Garret, Michael, Luis, and his crew are all awesome! They have exceeded my expectations without knowing what to expect. They’re reliable, fast without sacrificing quality, knowledgeable, and hard-working people.First, let me preface the situation. We wanted to renovate everything inside our house except the bathtubs in our master and guest bathrooms. Update our cabinets, vanity bathrooms, new flooring, paint the entire inside house, repair windowsills, and a few other things. We also wanted to take down a wall section between our kitchen and living room to get a clear line of sight then change our hall closet into a pantry. Those were our major structural changes when looking into general contractors.Going into this world of renovation business, I didn’t know what to expect or how it was supposed to play out. I’ve watched a lot of home remodeling to build up some expectations, I know TV shows do much more than in reality so I kept my expectations in check somewhat. I got my first quote from another contractor to establish a baseline. Then I saw Your Dream Remodeling on Google Maps and gave them a try. They came, listened, measured, gave us a price quote, answered questions or concerns, and more.Between those 2 contractors were night and day in terms of their approach. Here’s where Dream Remodeling separated itself from other contractors. Their quote is detailed in nearly everything. Leaving nothing out so you know what to expect going in. Another contractor I’ve encountered left out a lot of details and was pretty vague on what to expect. So of course, I chose Dream Remodeling for that specific reason.With that said, I work from home and my family stayed home throughout the entire construction. They first worked in the kitchen and living room, worked their way to bathrooms then our bedrooms last. It was fascinating to watch and see how things progressed over time. Be warned, it was dusty, noisy, and crowded. But we managed and got through the hurdles. We were told it would take about 4 to 6 weeks, but they completed everything a little under 4 weeks which was fantastic and exciting to see it come to fruition.Things to note when going through renovation. If it’s not on the list of agreements, then it wont happen. If you want something changed or additions, it’s a change order. In my case, I wasn’t sure if they would replace the vent cover, outlet, and light switch/plug plates. Anything they took down or uninstalled is when I bought newer items to have them replaced without any additional charge. Furniture, appliances, and decorations are on your own. Although, I’m sure they’re more than capable of doing it for you if you want it included.Once we went through the final walkthrough, we gave them additional items that we noticed and they came back and fixed them. Again, Im tremendously happy with how it turned out and highly recommend them for any of your projects inside or outside the house.

My experience with Your Dream Remodeling has been exceptional in every way. From the first visit, I felt valued as a customer, and unlike other companies that quoted me for remodeling two bathrooms, I never felt rushed or pressured to sign a contract. I was offered a wide range of choices to design both the bathrooms and the kitchen, which allowed me to achieve the exact vision I had in mind. I especially appreciated visiting the showroom to see the materials in person rather than relying on pictures.During the renovation, my family and home were treated with the utmost respect and consideration. The crew was consistently punctual, highly professional, knowledgeable, and flexible. They even completed the job in less than half the estimated time. I would highly recommend them for any remodeling project—they truly are a five-star company.

Had a whole kitchen remodel and partial living room remodel with YDR. Absolutely a wonderful experience and masterful worksmanship. Garrett was helpful helping us design and plan for the project, and he is very very precise and meticulous in what he does. I highly recommend Your Dream Remodeling for a kitchen remodel. They recently completed a total kitchen remodel for me which included removing a load bearing wall and installing beams, new cabinets, new tile, a large island, a new pantry, all new appliances, painted the family room, installed new carpet on stairs and all new lighting, new doors. I feel like I have a NEW HOUSE !Garret and Mike did a great job keeping me informed during the process from beginning to end. I would definitely hire them again and hope to start another project in early 2025. What I liked most is when Garret said he would have a rendering or an estimate to you by a certain date he delivered.The secret weapon of Your Dream Remodeling is contractor Luis and his master craftsmen. I have completed a lot of projects… three-bathroom remodels, house painting, hardi plank installation, new floors for upstairs, roof etc. My experience with previous contractors caused me to drag my feet on the kitchen.Luis’s team was on time everyday @ 8:30 am, professional and experts at their craft. Luis is ALL BUSINESS and he even impressed my husband which is hard to do!

We wanted to update our 30 year old kitchen and Your Dream Remodeling made it a simple process. We are so in love with our new kitchen! Everything went smoothly due to their scheduling and planning, we were only without a kitchen for 3 weeks. Some minor communication issues but nothing major. We are especially happy with the tiling work on the backsplash, Eduardo and his team did such an amazing job on a complicated project and it is just stunning.

I used this company to completely remove and install new tile floors in my entire downstairs, repaint the downstairs, and redo my kitchen, including removing a weight bearing wall, gutting entire kitchen and installing a new island, cabinets, all appliances, electrical work, plumbing, etc.. I honestly could not be any happier. This was a big job and the team at Dream Remodeling was amazing! They were very knowledgeable and professional, guided me well in my choices, always courteous, did an excellent job, and always left the house cleaned up at the end of the day. The workers were very respectful. Ike quickly responded to all my questions and addressed any issues found. The project was on time even with the change orders I requested. We replaced the entire floor tiles and had them replace 2 different toilets. Our inquiry was last minute and also required a quick turn-around time. Not only did they accept the project, they completed it in the quick time-frame we requested. The shower turned out beautifully and they went above and beyond working with us and putting up with us (we were new to remodeling). Like many in the area, we experienced damage to our kitchen and family room when a pipe burst following the winter storm in February. From our initial meeting with Garret to completion of the job, Your Dream Remodeling was a joy to work with. Garret spent a good 2 hours on the initial consult. He took measurements, listened to our ideas, had samples ready to show, let us know what would and wouldnt work. Most importantly, he respected our budget! Ike, the man in charge of the project was considerate, made suggestions that we really appreciated (he actually showed me how to increase my counter top and cabinet space without us going over budget!), checked on the project regularly and really went the extra mile! ALL of the contractors, from the awesome crew that did the cabinet install, dry wall replacement, the flooring crew and the painting crew were professional, courteous and hauled away all of the trash, cleaned up after themselves. My husband and I are very pleased, beyond pleased with the results! We will be doing our upstairs soon and will absolutely employ Your Dream Remodeling for that project! They are in and out quickly and do an outstanding job. I had and issue with a light fixture that was falling out of the wall six years after it was installed. She sent a crew over the same day and fixed it, no questions asked and no charge!

Your Dream Remodeling was incredibly knowledgeable, resourceful, and easy and pleasant to work with.Background: My husband and I had a shower leak to repair on an upper floor that had dripped onto the ceiling of the floor below. We decided to take this opportunity to change our master bathroom to our liking. We vetted 5 different companies before finding and deciding to go with Your Dream Remodeling.Consultation: We were able to get a consultation soon after inquiring. Garrett was extremely punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. He quickly measured the space, gave us a plethora of options and samples to look at, and calculated a quote for us in a timely manner. He was patient with all our questions. We ended up going to the showroom with him and liked what we saw. We actually changed our plan after seeing some tile and other options we liked at the showroom. Again, Garrett was totally patient about making the changes in his program to accommodate our wishes. We ended the consultation by signing on the dotted line.The Work: We were given a warning during the consultation that something we wanted in our shower would take 7-8 weeks to custom order. After that, the work would take about a week to complete. The timeline was pretty true to form. Michael was our project manager, and he was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. The team of Suzana and Manuel did the demolition of our old shower and tub, as well as the tiling. They were fantastic. They really took care of our home by covering areas to minimize dirt/dust and cleaning up the workspace by sweeping and tidying up materials daily. The tile work was very neat and the work was not rushed. We then met with Michael and the glass fabricator to decide on optimal door placement. My husband and I settled on a plan and it looks beautiful and works well.Overall: I would highly recommend this company for renovations. From beginning to end, we felt good about our interactions. We never felt like we were being “sold” something or forced to compromise for something lesser than what we wanted. We had a say in changes or things we added last minute. We never felt like we were getting the run around with contractors. They were very transparent about scheduling. If you’ve ever had house work done, you know a good contractor is hard to find. And we are very pleased with the work Your Dream Remodeling has done in our home. We love our beautiful, new shower.

Not sure if I can say enough great things about Your Dream. I had 3 contractors come out to give me quotes and what was essentially a full home renovation. Garrett came out and really took the time to understand what we were looking for and how to balance that within our budget. His quote was fair, and the most detailed out of the other quotes I received. I knew the exact scope of the project. While the house did have some unforeseen circumstances, Garrett was always responsive and quick to provide options for us. I never felt like I was getting taken advantage of. When Garrett came out I could tell he was very knowledgeable and professional and made the whole process go very smoothly.From the start to the end we have felt the quality has been very high and all the workers including Jesse and Jose have been very professional.We had our bathroom shower remodeled as our other contractor before didnt do the best job. It had some mold and some water leaking along with some damage. Garrett and his team came out, evaluated the damage and we agreed to redo the entire shower tiles and glass. They used the Schluter system which should stop all water from penetrating under the tiles. We are extremely impressed with the workmanship, quality, and design of our new shower! We will be recommending your dream or modeling to our family and friends and will probably be doing more projects with them in the future.Garrett, thanks again for making our shower beautiful and giving us the confidence that this new system will remain for a very long time

My husband and I remodeled our bathroom in November, 2019 and we highly recommend Ike and his team. Ike is professional, patient, dedicate, and is always there to listen to our needs. Communication was a breeze and I really appreciate how Ike is willing to sit down and tailor everything to fit our budget. It took two weeks to finish our project and everything was done as planned and expected. Our bathroom looks so clean and modern now and I couldn’t be happier with the finished look.
