I would recommend Ruff Roofing to everyone in need of a roofing job! AD and AB did our initial consultation . They were very thorough in their presentation and addressed all of our questions. Both were great representatives for your company. They explained the products used and what to expect in the roof replacement process. Always very professional and polite. Jacob came today to manage the crew and he was also very polite and professional. It was a pleasure to meet and work with these 3 men! The crew that hewas managing were very efficient and cleaned up ensuring that everything was as they found it when they started. And how about they started at about 6:00am this morning in 38 degree weather and were done by 12pm!If you need a roof no need to look any place else! Do yourself a favor and call Ruff Roofing!

No one ever wants to have a new roof placed, and I agree.The thing is, all we can hope to do is to find a roofing company we feel we can trust with reasonable prices.Well, I found the best one, Ruff Roofing.I called, and the next day I was visited by Mr. Danny and Mr. Mario.Both men were very informative and upfront about the issues, and the pricing.The company was flexible with the possible work dates, the price was very reasonable, and the men were extremely professional.While waiting, I had a few questions. I did not call the office, or leave a message, I actually called Mr. Danny directly, and he cleared my concerns.Today the work is being done, started at 5:45am, and just about ready to complete the job.All I can do is suggest you call Ruff Roofing before agreeing to anything with another company. There is no way the other company can be more professional, or more reasonably priced than Ruff.I am far from a roofing expert, but I do know good professional people, and Ruff Roofing fits that description.Give Ruff a try, you will not regret it.

We had a wonderful experience with Ruff Roofing. They showed up 30 minutes before daylight and worked until after dark. We were escorted around the neighborhood allowing us to see the Owens Corning shingles actually installed on homes. That alone made a huge impact on our choice. Chris went into great detail about the whole roof install answering any questions we might have concerning the entire process. They were very receptive with any concerns or suggestions we had. The final walk around confirmed they had covered all our wishes. Our insurance company even gave us a substantial refund on our home owners premium rate. We would highly recommend this experienced team to anyone interested in a new roof.

Incredibly the best experience I have ever had with a housing contractor.!!!!! Fast, Courteous and Efficient; Ruff Roofing literally bent over backwards to please me at every stage of the negotiations and the financing and signing of the contracts.!!!!…The two sales reps that presented the Dow-Corning products to me demonstrated in great detail the capabilities of these products.!!!!!…Then when I presented to them an impossibly low figure I was willing to pay for a monthly payment; They adapted their contract to my capabilities to pay to guarantee me the lowest possible payment I could expect to make for this beautiful 30 year fiberglass reinforced Dow-Corning roofing system.!!!!!…The HOA in my area refused to give approval in less that five weeks; and yetthe Ruff Roofing ,Problem Solver In Charge, Mr. AD Nass worked closely with me during the five weeks to help me get through the Approval Process and get the job rapidly completed in spite of weather obstacles.!!!!…Without any question I can say this is the nicest roof Ive had on this house in 31 years; and if I may say so, one of the nicest roofs in our neighborhood.!!!!!…I was happy to work all day today beside the installation crew and they were some of the kindest and most professional young men I have ever had the privilege to work with.!!!!! Ruff roofing replaced my roof after hurricane Beryl and they did a great job. The price was very reasonable for the premium roofing materials used and the service was excellent. Mustafa contacted me every step of the way until the job was completed to keep me informed. Great professionalism by him and Dell the project manager. The roofers did a great job on installation and cleaned my yard and pool area really well. As a building material manager, I am glad to see that there are contractors out there still going above and beyond great service.

Jordan came out and did a very thorough inspection of our roof and definitely agreed with what we already suspected: our roof needs replacing. He was very knowledgeable about the products his company provided and provided a thorough explanation of all of them. After getting a few bids from other companies, we decided on Ruff Roofing. They provided, by far, the best product and warranty as well as a 15 year maintenance plan. Juan and his team came out a few weeks later and got the entire roof knocked out in a single day and needless to say we are very pleased with the results! Ruff Roofing was definitely the right decision!

Did a lot of research and got a lot of quotes from different companies. Ruff Roofing came out and gave the best presentation, they had actual samples of the materials that I was getting! I was blown away with the sales associates knowledge and his courtesy(Ameer). They gave me the best price for all the work they are doing. For me its customer service and they are 100% spot on with keeping in touch answering my questions. All of the workers are hard working and very friendly. Also met Dell the field supervisor who came out to oversee the job as well as keeping the site clean, he also had a very nice drone that he used to fly over my house and take pictures as the work was being done. Great overall experience with Ruff Roofing. The communication and timing were excellent. The only issue I had is that I found roofing nails and copper colored nails in my yard after the clean up. I was able to clean those up with minimal effort.

Andres came out to my place 50 miles south of Houston. He went above and beyond to help me, and explain every detail about their products, warranty, and maintenance they do after your roof is completed. He sat down with me and answered all my questions. He didn’t just show up to measure the roof and leave like most have and send a quote a few days later. I had a quote before he left my house. I got to hold and touch samples of the products they use. I was very impressed with the results of our visit. I say visit, because we even got off topic about the roof. We talked about cars, family, you name it. Very nice young man and very knowledgeable at his job.

The sales rep, Dani Darieddine showed me the procedure of laying down the Owens Corning singles in detail while the field supervisor, Mustafa Yousif, came early in the morning of 4-12-24, and then left to buy breakfast for the workers who labored for 14 continuous hours as the decking had to be replaced and rain was expected the next day.My final words are: If you want a Owens Corning roof with a 50 years warranty for materials and labor, please employ Ruff Roofing who is a Corning trained contractor.I am very happy with their work and their smiles.
