We contacted Cody at Integris shortly after hurricane Beryl, along with several other roofing companies. We found his price to be the most competitive while still using high quality shingles and building materials. (130 mph wind rated, class 3 impact resistant and algae resistant shingles with 25/50 year labor & material warranties) Cody gave us a bid for our entire 8 unit townhouse development, then split the build into 8 contracts so each tenant could pay their own portion of the work. After waiting several weeks for clear weather, the Integris team completed the entire roof replacement in just over 2 days! The quality of work was excellent, and they cleaned up each day to minimize any loose nails or other debris in the parking lot and yards. Cody and his team were very professional. I would recommend them for any type of roofing repair or replacement work.

Had a great experience with Cody and his team at Integris. They were very quick to get out on sight to perform and inspection and provide bids. Below are a few highlights.- In addition to being very efficient and fast…. they use a tarping system that catches the debris falling from the roof to protect your landscaping and expedite clean up. Very thoughtful and non- typical for a contractor.- They are also very up to date with technology used. Pre- bid Cody used google earth to inspect the roof size/shape/estimated age, etc., which sped the inspection process up. They also have a web-app that provided minute by minute picture updates of the project while it was under way. This was great for me, since I was traveling while they were performing the work.Al in all- great experience and would highly recommend.See attached drone pictures Cody shared of the project at completion.

Integris roofing out of Houston has been amazing. I had a really bad leak, that was pouring trough from Beryl, and before. I kid you not, its the morning after the hurricane and theyre already on my roof! I was so worried, and the agent, Cody, has been very helpful with all of the annoying questions, even on off days.They will send pics of the whole process, with plenty of updates. They come in person for inspection, and quotThey have great prices, equal to other companies of less quality, but they offer the best materials, and a 30 year transferable warranty. You dont have to worry if there are any patch ups needed, later. They workers are great too! They are all very kind, and careful with your stuff.They also can help with some small repairs, like drywall, from leaks. I couldnt be happier.

I was in the market for a roof replacement, old roof was over 20 years old and with significant wear a tear due the age. I contacted 4 different companies for an assessment and recommendations, some of the other roofers does not provided quotes and recommended go with insurance first, however, based on a truly inspection the roof has no visible storm or hail damage.Form the very beginning, Cody and Kirk performed a complete inspection (over the roof and inside through the attic) and documented all damage due the age and wear the roof has. (BTW Integris Roofing was the only company that performed a complete inspection).I received other formal quotes and all of them in the same range in pricing, however, Integris was the only company that offered Atlas system with included benefits and breakdown all materials and labor cost.They provided a complete renovation as well on the old dormers the house has (Metal fabrication and new siding professionally installed) and the roof with new vents including bullet boot flashings.Contract was clearly defined in all terms; service was performed on time respecting price and completing the job in a clean way.We highly recommend Integris Roofing for all your roofing needs.

I solicited estimates from several roofing contractors to address damage on my roof and asked for recommendation between repair vs. replacement. Codys attention to detail set him apart. Unlike another contractor who merely noted the high temperature of the roof as the cause of damage, Cody identified the root cause—a lack of soffit leading to poor air circulation—and the solution to fix it. His insightful analysis and clear communication helped me understand the issues at hand.Even though he provided several options, he didn’t pressure me toward a more expensive replacement. Codys transparency, along with his reasonable pricing for repair, made me confident in my decision to opt for repairs. The work was done in a couple of hours. Looking ahead, when a complete roof replacement becomes necessary in several years, he would be my top choice for the job.

His report included detailed pictures and provided the evidence needed for them (the bad roofing company) to fix their errors and messy work. Cody helped me to prioritize issues and develop work-around solutions as well. Cody is an excellent communicator and provided valuable information that saved me thousands of dollars in repair. He also did not bad-mouth the other company; he explained what probably happened in a matter-of-fact way, which was helpful.

Integris Roofing is a 1st rate, class act company to work with. I had storm damage from those crazy January wind and rain storms. I saw Integris working on one of my neighbors roofs and asked the project manager (Kirk Veronie) if he could help me get someone from his company schedule to come out and talk a look at mine because after all that crazy weather, I had water running through my master bathroom light fixture. Kirk made a few calls and before the day was over, he actually walked/inspected my roof and had Jesus Rodriguez some out and explain the process to me.After the initial claim, Jesus explained the process to me and even came out and met the Insurance Adjuster when he came to inspect my roof on behalf of the Insurance Co.Talk about above and beyond customer service, Jesus continued to work with the insurance Rep managing my claim throughout the entire process. Truly an amazing experience, I was initially stressed, (I dont like having to deal with these kind of major home repair issues), but Jesus took care of all the communication details. I was fully approved and had an entire new roof on my home within 10 days (from claim to installation).The installation crew was managed by Kirk Veronie, who stayed on site the entire day to ensure his workers properly protect mine and both my neighbors A/Cs and landscaping. Kirk kept me updated on the progress and was occasionally up on the roof ensuring his crew was safe and monitoring the project. Kurt even stayed behind afterward sweep all areas to ensure all the nails and any roofing shingles debris was picked up.I cannot say enough about the excellent level of service received by gentlemen. If all of Integris employees are this dedicated and professional, Im sure theyll continue to grow and have many, many future satisfied customers.

I would recommend Integris Roofing to ANYBODY! I even referred my brother to Integris as well after hurricane Delta did a number to both of our roofs. The workers were great, they cleaned up the yard after they were finished and didn’t leave anything behind. Cody & Kurt came by to have us sign a contract for the roof a few days prior and visited with us like they were family. My roof is exceptionally beautiful and I am VERY happy with the results.

I was very pleased with the responsiveness of Integris Roofing. Within a day Cody & Kirk came out for an inspection and estimate, and one week later the replacement was done. The contractors were hard working but also professional and polite. Kirk was on-site all day to oversee the job. All debris and nails were cleaned up when the job was finished. Integris Roofing is a certified Atlas shingle contractor and I would highly recommend them for your roofing job.

I wish I could give integris more stars. Had an absolutely incredible experience. As always when I called the insurance company they said that most likely the wind and hail damage wouldn’t be covered and all it would do is raise my rate for submitting a claim. Well I went through with it anyways and Cody handled the whole process. The day the adjuster came he was there to meet with him to make sure they were doing everything to cover our roof! Which they did! The day before installation they came to set up catch guards around our bushes and plants to make sure nothing was damaged. They got there at 7 am and got started. We have a 2200 sq foot house with a detached garage and they knocked out the whole project in 1 day, and it looks perfect! When they left everything was clean and there wasn’t left over materials all over yard. The next morning they came back again with the magnet to make sure no nails were left behind! Couldn’t be happier with the process and product from the integris team!

Look no further for an affordable, trustworthy, and professional roofer. Cody is extremely knowledgeable and very detailed.He showed up within one hour after I called requesting an estimate for my roof leak. He checked it out and gave me multiple options. He recommended I replace the entire roof based on the age and multiple issues he viewed on the roof. I’m glad I listened to him because there were over 9 leaks later identified when the roof was replaced.He quoted me an extremely affordable rate that was the best out of 6 total quotes. He responded the quickest and had the most detailed quote. The entire roof was replaced one week after he came out for an estimate.Please give this company a shot, I cannot recommend Integris and Cody enough.

While roof repair is likely a time will tell type deal, the repairs Cody performed about a month ago have held up so far. When initially contacted, he came out and did the inspection/made an estimate promptly. His estimate was below that of another company (for similar work). The repairs themselves only took a morning, and he offers a 3yr warranty on his work. He was good with communication and pictures throughout. This was my only experience with roof repair, so not much to compare with; but I have no complaints!

I was unaware that my roof was leaking until the bathroom ceiling fell, so I immediately started searching the internet for roofing companies. I read the reviews and choose Integris Roofing, because this company received the best reviews. Cody and his Team were AWESOME from start to finish!!! Cody came to do a roof inspection the first day I called and came back the next day to tarp the roof. Cody took pictures and explained where the leak occurred, why the leak occurred, and what had to be repaired/replaced. Cody worked with me and the insurance company to ensure that we had all the information to start and complete the claims process. I received updates from Cody during the entire installation and repair process. I knew what day/time the crew was coming and who was coming. Cody came by periodically during the roof installation to inspect the crews work and progress. Once the job was complete, Cody came back for a final inspection. He did the same for the bathroom repairs; came by to check on the progress and came back for a final inspection. In addition, I asked Cody to replace the soffits and fascia boards across the back of my house. The quote was very reasonable and the workers did a GREAT job!!!! Integris Roofing did an AMAZING job on my roof, bathroom, and soffits. Cody is very professional and reasonable. I highly recommend Integris Roofing and will definitely use them for future needs.

Integris did a fabulous job on my 4200-sf flat roof for a reasonable price. The crew was competent and polite, and they delivered the best product out of all the roofs I have commissioned in the past 30 years. The new roof is guaranteed for 20 years, what a relief that is. Also, my new siliconized roof is cool to the touch, it feels just a degree or two above ambient temperature even on a sunny day. In contrast, my older roof would heat up to 140 ͦ F or more. I expect this new cooler roof will make a big difference on my A/C electrical bill. All and all, I am very satisfied with the whole Integris Roofing experience.

I know, all of the five star reviews are pretty unbelievable until you work with Cody. One of the biggest concerns I always have as a homeowner when doing repairs is finding a company that I can trust. I took about 2 months and contacted 7 roofers before I decided on Integris Roofing. I wasn’t looking for the cheapest, but simply a company that I could count on to be honest and give me what I’m paying for. When it comes to roofs, you just don’t know if the cheapest roofer is cutting corners be the lowest cost. Cody was the first roofer I met with and pretty much set the bar with his professionalism and attention to detail. With Integris you will receive a very detailed quote, explanation, and a walk through of the entire job. During the job, they were punctual and provided over a hundred photos as the work progressed throughout the day (Integris provides a link where they post the photos – It’s nuts! I was so impressed). I felt like I was on the roof with them! You literally see every layer that’s taken out and put down. I live in a private townhouse/community and even my normally picky neighbors only had great things to say about them. They were friendly, considerate, very respectful of the property and sooo clean. I live in a complex, so they had to walk trash to their trucks all day, too. They spent 3 days and each day, they were so clean, you could not tell they were even there. During the final walk through, you could really see the attention to detail in their work. There are a lot of extra steps that they took to do the best job possible (used extra TPO layers in potential trouble areas, making sure there weren’t nails used unnecessarily or even termination strips which none of the other roofers mentioned). Definitely give Integris Roofing a call and save yourself a bit of time.
