Houston has dozens, if not hundreds, of home builders to choose from, and we are very glad we chose Nick Silvers as our builder. From start to finish, Nick was responsive, on time and on budget. He took time to develop a budget specific to us, taking into consideration our preferences for building materials and furnishings, and stuck to that budget throughout the process. His suppliers were responsive to him and to us.Our project was a single-family custom home, made perhaps more challenging by the fact that we did not live in Houston full time while the home was being built. Nick was unfazed; he’d send us pictures of items he may have had questions about, and would be immediately available by text, phone or email if we had questions for him. Communication was open and easy, which we felt was essential, given the magnitude of the project.Quality of workmanship: Outstanding! We were able to view the construction in various stages, from framing to plumbing to insulation to drywall, through the entire process. Nick doesn’t take shortcuts. All aspects of construction were top notch.We were able to move in right after final inspection. Though there were minor details that still needed to be done, Nick was right there to ensure everything was done to our satisfaction. We recommend him to anyone without reservation!

Nick Silvers built our custom home and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is a second generation home builder with over 30 years of experience. Nick was on site daily during the building process and was very hands on.My wife and I had an independent inspector evaluate our home prior to move in. Our inspector stated that this was a top 5 home with respect to build quality and structural integrity out of the thousands of homes he has inspected.18 months after moving in, Nick is only a phone call away to help me with anything related to the house.

Nick and his team are absolutely fantastic to work with. I would recommend them to anyone.We hired Nick and his team after firing our previous contractor, who absolutely botched the remodel of our River Oaks (Houston) home. We were living in an unlivable house - half painted walls, strong chemical smell, construction/demolition work half complete, dirt everywhere. Nick and his team stepped in, took control of the situation, developed and executed a plan/timeline as described to us. They were there everyday, communicating clearly what we should expect and what was going on. They performed above and beyond our expectations. The quality of the work - new floors, new paint, new extension to our home, new bathrooms, new landscape... - is top notch.You will not go wrong working with the team.

Nick was a life saver! He and his team are extremely professional and honor their word. He was punctual and had excellent follow up after his work was completed. He is a master at his craft and is excellent at explaining every detail of the job he is performing. I highly recommend him to any one who is needing a custom build or repair work!

During the winter storm of February 2021, plumbers were difficult to come by. Having consulted Silvers Homes for a remodel in the past, I called for a recommendation after my previous plumbers could not be found. Nick, the owner responded personally and immediately. After giving advice over the phone to help limit the damage, he provided plumbers to fix the 5 leaks in our house. The high quality work was done quickly and professionally. Within one day of finding the leak, our household was up and running. I highly recommend this company.

If you are looking at Nicks review, then youre already on the right path. There are so many options in Houston to choose from but finding one that is reliable, honest, timely and forthright isnt as easy as you would think. You may find a contractor with one of the qualities, maybe even two, but all four plus more, youll only find that in Nick Silvers. Not only has been helpful to me but one evening he came by to check on his staff, and my neighbor had an issue. He went out of his way to come back that evening and help him at 9 pm. I dont write many reviews but when I do, it is well deserved.

Nick Silver and Silvers Construction are amazing! During our Houston freeze, Silver Construction was available and reliable and provided excellent service! While others were unable to get emergency help, one call to Silvers Construction is all that it took. He and his team were on site within an hour, and were able to diagnose and repair my problem in no time at all! If you are looking for a full service, honest; reliable construction company, look no further! Nick Silvers and Silvers Construction is it!
