After searching for the perfect forever home in Spring Branch, we hired Rick and Trevor from Grall Construction to bring our new abode into this world. With a large-scale renovation of everything from kitchens to master suites and baths, we felt confident knowing that all work was going towards creating something special - one worth investing memories in! Thanks be given to Covid precautions which did cause some labor delays but kept us on budget; plus the added bonus of working with an honest local family business. Our experience couldnt have been more satisfying or enjoyable – its no wonder why Im recommending them without hesitation!

We hired Rick and Trevor to perform the extensive renovation that we recently performed on our forever home in Spring Branch. It was a significant renovation that involved renovation to kitchen, master suite/bath as well as several other specialty items. The quality of workmanship was very good, and although there were labor delays due to Covid, we did arrive at the completion of the project on budget. I was glad to deal with a local, family owned company for my project, and I have recommended Grall to other friends and family since the completion of my job.

We hired Grall Construction for our bathroom remodel. Trevor Grall was always professional, helpful and easy to work with. He made sure we were on schedule and things were completed in a timely manner. The end result was beautiful! We recently sold this home and the bathroom and work Grall Construction did was a major selling point to potential buyers.

Grall General Contractors did a complete renovation of our master bathroom and additional repairs to our master bedroom. Our house was built in 1953 and Trevor found that we actually had zero insulation in our bedroom walls which was contributing significantly to our temperature fluctuations. They removed existing sheetrock, insulated the walls and replaced sheetrock and paint. The finishes look brand new. Our bathroom turned out amazing. We had significant challenges with an older home and they were able to work around all of them. We now have a custom vanity with under mount sinks and wall mounted fixtures. It looks amazing. We also battled extensive lead times on fixtures and hardware that we ordered ourselves and Trevor and his crew were flexible and helped keep the project moving swiftly throughout the material delays. Overall, we would and intend to use Grall again for other projects iin the house. I work as a General Contractor in commercial construction and know the challenges they overcame throughout. Thanks to Trevor and the entire Grall team.

Since 1998, Grall General Contractors has been our general contractor weve hired for numerous home projects. This includes a kitchen makeover, interior and exterior painting, a complete house gut with remodel and in 2017, a complete first level renovation after Hurricane Harvey. Rick and Trevor advised, assisted and oversaw every single aspect of these projects with superior professionalism and expertise.They were always available to answer or explain any questions I had.Their workers clean up the work areas both inside and outside at the end of each and every day. You will never see a pile of debris or trash at any of their job sites. I just cant recommend them enough!
