Patrick was absolutely fantastic! I was out of state when my relatives home was damaged storm. I contacted Marwood Construction on a Friday afternoon before a long weekend, and he took the time to call me back personally to see how Marwood could help. Then he drove all the way over to the property and showed me everything on video, so he could make sure the property was safe before the holiday. Bonus! Marwood provided the best bid for the repairs! I went with Marwood Construction on my kitchen remodel. I had some special requests and Patrick was there to help me. He was very professional, communicative and friendly. He and his team were wonderful, always on time, worked hard every day and were very respectful to my home. The project was complete on time and within my budget. Everything went smooth and my kitchen turned out great. I highly recommend Marwood Construction, they provide excellent quality at very reasonable costs!

I just got off the phone with Patrick, I can honestly say that at the end of the hour conversation I was left feeling extremely thankful for the honesty, information and guidance! It was an awesome experience and it is rare that you find someone who knows early on in the conversation that you are better off going another direction with your project and then still spending an hour with you to walk you through how to do this so you dont get screwed! He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, knowing and learning everything about my home even though he wasnt here in person. Thank you Patrick for helping my wife and I through our learning curve!

I got a call from this company, after he asked me about the details, he knew my job is too small for them, but Petric, the owner didn’t simply hang up on me but advised me what I should do for my best interest, and explained to me about it. Now I am very clear about what I need to do and how to do it step by step, he is a really patient gentle considerate guy, and I hope his business get well known by his good attitude and service. Called for an estimate for a home structural repair. He Listened and assessed the situation, took the time to explain and educate me. Gave me all of the tools needed to repair it myself or to use a handyman instead of a general contractor. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable!
