It turns out my damages weren’t bad from a functional standpoint so any repairs would be cosmetic. If ever I need to get my shower tiles fixed or upgraded this would be my go to company

The work on our Master Bathroom from BTR Company was nothing short of AWESOME. Kurt Hoffman and team were wonderful to work with.Being senior citizens in our late 60s, we wanted simple, functional, easy to maintain and still look fabulous. We did not want slippery surfaces in the shower floor or glass panels to clean afterwards.I asked Kurt what type of shower he had in his house and he mentioned pony walls. He showed us some pictures and we loved it. Exactly what we wanted.BTR gutted the bathroom, ripped out old small shower, removed jacuzzi style tub. We couldnt get in or out of it without worrying about slipping and falling.Our shower landed being 8 foot long and 43inched wide, with a walk in entrance of 33 inches and pony walls 4 feet high. Super nice shower head on one end and an adjustable or removable hand held shower head on the other end with a fold down wooden teak seat (that they install on remodel bathrooms on TV) from the wall.My wife and I are so gratefull to Kurt on our amazing bathroom.

The folks at Bath & Tile Restoration really know what they are doing. When you call them to discuss the work you are considering, they usually come to your house to inspect the area within 1-2 days. Most times, they can give you an estimate that same day. Their workers are punctual, courteous and professional relative to grout/tile cleaning, replacement, caulking etc. They are also very thorough with covering the floor surfaces they have to walk on when going to/from the work areas. They clean up very well after their work is complete. Definitely call them to discuss your work.

I really enjoyed working with Kurt. He was very responsive and upfront. We employed him to repair the shower in our bathroom. He quickly arranged a series of polite and thorough sub contractors. Unfortunately we were not happy with the glass install (several relatively minor problems). I raised this to Kurt. He did not attempt to make excuses or explain away the problem as many contractors do. Instead he took full responsibly and worked hard to get the glass reinstalled and up to the quality that we were happy with. I will definitely come back to Kurt for my next project because he is honest and legitimately cares about his customer.

Blake helped us through a lot damage repairs to our house after the freeze. He was great. He worked with and coordinated plumbers, tile speacialists, painters and carpenters and was always on time and communicated very well when ther were any unplanned issues like more burts pipes than I thought. He was also great with some design options for the tile and a shed holding the outside plumbing. We will be using him for any of our house projects going forward. Great work !!

Wow, these guys did a great job. My master bathroom looks brand new and it was worth every penny. Not only was the service great, but I have to mention their honesty. There were some significant structural issues I was prepared to deal with (a potential faulty shower pan), but these guys identified the problem and were able to address it in an economical way.
