We recently hired ABF Remodeling to remodel our kitchen. By removing a wall, they transformed our closed, small space (See before and after pictures, where the dark kitchen with a wall in between) into a big, open area, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, their team was professional, clean, and incredibly creative. They didn’t just do the work; they offered thoughtful recommendations that made our kitchen look even better than we imagined.Their pricing was fair, and they were transparent throughout the process—no surprises, which we really appreciated. What stood out the most was their attention to detail, especially toward the end of the project. We had a few small fixes and adjustments (the kind that are probably annoying for most contractors), but they never hesitated or complained. They just got it done with a smile, no extra charges, and a great attitude, which made us feel truly valued and stress-free throughout the process. For example, they replaced a decorative piece at the end of the kitchen cabinets that was slightly misaligned. Despite the kitchen already being completed, they seamlessly managed the rework involving carpenters and painters to make it perfect.If you’re looking for a remodeling team that’s talented, reliable, and genuinely cares about getting everything right, ABF Remodeling is the way to go. We absolutely love our kitchen remodel! ABF did a great job of giving us ideas and making our own challenging ideas come to life. Hiccups always happen, but all were addressed quickly and with 100% satisfaction. The various craftsmen were all skilled and courteous.

I just had our Master bathroom remodeled. I had the shower, tub, countertops, flooring and toilet removed. The shower was turned into a huge closet. The tub became a spacious beautiful shower. The counter top, floors and toilet were all replaced. We had to replace the window and add glass to the shower. It turned out gorgeous. I could not have done this remodel without the help of ABFs Sales and Design Consultant, Rico. He was always available. He was quick to return a phone call or stop by to check on our progress. The team of folks that came into my home to work were polite, courteous, clean and protected my floors and walls from damage going to and from the bathroom. I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend using them. Quality products and workmanship is you can expect.

I recently had a fairly large kitchen renovation completed, along with new hardwood floors and paint for approximately 3/4s of my house. Rico was wonderful to work with, and kept things moving until completion while checking on progress and assuring quality control along the way. I especially appreciated that he offered design suggestions that made big differences in the total outcome. All the subs were top notch and respectful of my property. One of the main reasons I chose ABF was that its a one-stop shop which saved a lot of legwork for me. The other was Rico who not only listened, but heard my needs from the first meeting.I highly recommend ABF for any remodeling needs and would use them again without hesitation.

Rico managed our project and did a wonderful job. He brought in super teams to design, build out, and paint our project. Everyone did a great job and we couldnt be happier with the final results which get rave reviews from our family and friends too. Post completion support to fix a few small issues that can happen with any remodeling project has been great too. Would definitely use them again!

Did a very beautiful job with upgrading our kitchen! David was very professional and also straight forward with his suggestions and concerns. It was time to upgrade the master bathroom and ABF hit it out of the park. I got 3 bids and ABF was in the middle, but they had a great BBB rating and reviews. I was beyond pleased with the work that was done. They were in and out of the house in less than a week. The guys who did the work were very professional. Hardly even knew they were in the house working. When they left for the day, the area was picked up and left clean. Mike helped us on the tile choices and we couldnt be happier. The tile combinations turned out better than we expected. Mike stopped by just about daily to check in on the progress and answer any questions we had on the work being done. I only wish we done this remodel years ago. I highly recommend ABF on your next remodel. We will use them again.

These folks did an amazing job on our recent refresh! All of the contractors who handled various specialties including plumbing, electrical, painting/sheetrock repair, slab installers were very polite and professional throughout the entire process. They all went above and beyond what was expected and cleaned up after they were done. In addition to that, the show room receptionist was always very pleasant and friendly. Rico, the consultant, deserves a special shout-out! He was a pleasure to work with. Not only was he patient and attentive with all my changes and concerns, he was always great at returning calls when he wasnt able to answer immediately. He kept everything running smoothly and stayed within timeline and budget.I will definitely use them again in the future.

Joe and his team at ABF Remodeling did a great job on our home improvements projects in the summer of 2023. It was a very simple and quick process to receive an initial quote and they were open to tailoring the project to meet our budget and needs. Joe was easy to communicate with and very responsive to our questions. The subcontractors they used all showed up on time and were able to complete the job quite efficiently and with attention to detail. We’re very happy with the end result and would definitely use ABF Remodeling again in the future.

As an attorney whose practice includes a significant amount of construction defect cases and suits against builders and contractors, I went into my home remodel with a certain amount of hope and skepticism. I am happy to report that ABF exceeded all of my expectations and they definitely over delivered. We had the entirety of our downstairs remodeled from removing a wall, to updates to the kitchen with all new cabinets, lighting, backsplash and counters — to the primary bath with new cabinetry, lighting, a freestanding tub and shower, and additional cabinetry in our laundry room. They redid our outdated popcorn ceilings as well. We added all new tile flooring downstairs, new countertops for all 4 bathrooms and a stone accent wall with lighting in our master. The work was performed on time and within budget. Most importantly their project manager, Rico, was simply incredible to work with. He was always reachable, communicated effectively and often and is the reason the project went so well. I have no problem at all recommending this company and their incredible team to anyone seeking their services.

David was very knowledgeable and helpful with all of our decisions. They did our entire lower floor and we recently finished up a bathroom. If I do a tile floor again I would like more advice on the type of grout and keeping it from changing colors . Overall they did a great job

TLDR; Full reno at an old beat up house. Two new restrooms, new kitchen, flooring throughout, new roof, framing, 3 walls removed, layout changes, gas line moved, new backyard patio, and new windows. Did I miss something mike 😂?A review long overdue. Mike was great. He was available for a walkthrough before we purchased it. We sat down and went through our wish list. The quote given to us at the time was competitive. We were getting so much more for the money Verses the other contractors.The subcontractors that Mike hired were always on time and stayed as long as was needed for the says work. Mike was able to fix any issues we found. We didnt see many issues, which was a plus.The one fault I would say was the scheduling of the permits. Mike assured it was due to the covid situation. However, being without heat because the plumbing inspector sucked.Budget. We went way over it. I would say around $13,500 was from things we found after opening up walls and leaks in the roof. Also, a few changes in the layout with closing up a doorway and installing a new patio door where a window was before.Financing. ABF had financing available at the time. This helped us out when the unknown issues were found.

Mike Bakare and his team were amazing in helping me prepare my home to be placed on the market. He assisted in replacing all carpets and flooring, the painting of the entire interior of the house, replacement of all overhead lights, along with exterior repairs and replacement of part of the fencing. The entire project was completed within a 10 day period, from meeting to develop an estimate, to selection of carpets and flooring, to interior painting and flooring installation, along with polishing and sealing of granite counters throughout. The work that was done was impeccable, and the thoroughness of Mike and his team in completing this project far exceeded my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend Mike and the ABF team for any home remodeling or repairs that you may need. Top notch from beginning to end.
