Danny Thigpen has been over a huge remediation at our apartments. He has been wonderful to work with and very attentive and polite to the tenants. The contractors he uses are very hard workers and very respectful when they are in our homes. Even though this has been stressful, it has been a pleasure to deal with Danny and his contractors. Especially Walter Arenas who has gone above and beyond to make sure things are done right. And the flooring crew. Oh my it was hot and they just worked so hard and did a great job. It has been really amazing to watch these guys work. They have obviously worked together for years and it is like a fine tuned machine when they get going in these small spaces. Many thanks to Danny and his contractors for being respectful to us while we are going through a whole lot in this lengthy process.
