Miguel , Cesar , Jose are an amazing crew. Did a great job and went above and beyond putting in our new ac system. On time worked hard and made sure everything was running great. Very nice on top of everything else. I would give ten stars. You want done same day fast and a great crew Houston’s ac express is the best!!!

Every person I worked with at this company was wonderful. They were helpful through every step of the process. They even offered to bring a portable AC to cool one room until they could get a technician out. Jason was my technician and he was very kind and explained everything he was checking and gave me options for a fix. I ended up needing a new outside unit and they were able to help me through financing and got it installed all on the same day. I searched some prices for the work they did and I feel that I was charged a more than fair amount for the work that was done. After the work was completed they even reached out for a follow up to make sure I was satisfied. Very happy with this company 😊

I wanted to leave this review for everyone that assisted me in getting my AC fixed. It had been going out for over a month straight And my property management company failed to do there do diligence in assisting me. Houston AC didnt hesitate to assist in getting me a portable after weeks of requesting this from my PM. Jay and especially Shawn, were great in helping access the issue. They were able to get Mario, yanny and Juedo out here to correct the issue. Queen the, the rep at Houston AC jept me informed every step of the way. I am so thankful for all of there assistance.

Yoan was a great technician. The other two AC companies sent by the warranty company wouldnt even attempt to fix an AC duct because it was in a tight spot in the attic, but Yoan fixed it quickly, checked his work, checked the AC unit outside, and made sure everything was working properly.

These guys are AWESOME! They came out one day to replace our whole unit, they were the most polite, cleanest, and most thorough crew Ive ever met. Then a week later we started having issues, they came out at 9 at night to resolve our issues and again, had a wonderful attitude! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Amazing company to use.

I had an AC issue and installation driven by a warranty direction. LaQueena was great! It was August and hot and she was diligent, thorough, and coordinated prompt service! Her team came in and did the installation correctly! They repaired all the poor work done by previous companies. Next time I have an issue, I WILL CALL HOUSTON A/C Express!

Upon first speaking with Ms. Queena everything just continued to get better, she sent out a young man Mr. Lewis who was very professional and very thorough in informing me on everything that was a problem. Ms. Quenna then called me back to let me know that they were here to Help and Take Care of my problems. Every conversation with her just got better, Mr. Eduardo and his crew came and gave me a new coil system (beautiful) and two days later Mr. Eduardo and Mr. Jose came and did the insulation and new ducts. They finished the job with no mess left behind to clean up. They were very Professional in every way. from the first phone with Ms. Queena, and by the time I had my last phone conversation with Ms. Mayra, whom I had spoken with a couple of times and last call was 5 STAR FROM BEGINNING TO END.THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH.A BEAUTIFUL JOB AND COMPANY

Houstons AC were able to come to my home on time and delivery good professional service, I had a new system installed at my home and i was offered a year warranty of labor plus 10 year warranty on my equipment, i am more than satisfied with the work completed and the good customer service provided by Mrs. Quenna. Outstanding service! They replaced my old 4 ton HVAC unit with a new 4 ton Trane. Both the office staff and the installation crew were extremely helpful in answering my questions. They did every thing in accordance with their bid. The crew worked hard to ensure that I was pleased. They covered the carpet with drop cloths, wore shoe covers whenever they left the protected area, cleaned up all the mess and walked me through what they did. I will most definitely use them again!
