These people are wonderful! I had a clog I fought for a month and they got it fixed. The women on the phone were friendly and helped me understand pricing and scheduling. The tech showed up on time, he was both clean and respectful. He got it fixed quick and explained the issue and how he fixed it. Payment was easy, the whole experience was easy. Price was fair and there is warranty if I need it. Im glad I called em.

Outstanding service! David was able to come earlier than our afternoon appointment time, and he inspected the water heater. After showing us the pictures, he shared options for replacement. We selected the traditional water heater, and he went to the office to retrieve the unit. Once he and the apprentice returned, they worked efficiently to install the unit up a flight and then into the attic. The job was completed within two hours.

The technician Eddie Caballero was very friendly and courteous when he arrived at my place. He looked at my old leaking water heater and evaluated the replacement heater with good payments planned for me. Everything was done in the same day. Once replace he explained about the new water heater to me and how to clean it off myself if I wanted to do it. Im happy to say I would recommend them to my family and friends.

They were able to schedule a same day appointment with the arrival Field Supervisor (Josh Hanson) within 3-4 hours of my call. Josh was able to provide a detailed explanation and resolve the issue within 30 mins - an hour. Wonderful and efficient service! I appreciate the communication and being able to ask as much questions with the attention to detail and helpful answers. We had a very positive experience with Village Plumbing. After a late night plumbing issue, Travis and Rick arrived early the following day and diagnosed the issue. Ultimately we would require several days of excavation and repair work due to broken pipes beneath the foundation. However, Edwin and Jonah were able to get mostly everything functional the first day they arrived after excavation was complete.The team was communicative throughout the process and checked in with us often. Everyone was friendly and very professional. Very happy with the service we received.

We had a toilet connection fail after returning from vacation and turning on the main water supply to the house.We called on Friday afternoon and Quin the tech arrived Saturday afternoon. He was very helpful, and answered our questions. His work was completed quickly and neatly.All that aside, the price for the job was very expensive. I considered travel time to and from his work place at 2 hours, time to complete the work and materials. Even considering it was a weekend i didn’t feel the cost was justified.As a follow up, I received a call from Scott the Customer Service Manager. We discussed the issue and came to an agreement on what would make me change my review. I want to say again that Quin the Tech was excellent and thanks to Scott for reaching out to me. My issue with the cost was resolved and I changed my score to 4 stars.

I gave VILLAGE PLUMBING only 5 stars because that was all there was posted to respond to! If at all possible I would have given VILLAGE PLUMBING a 10 Star approval rating. From start to finish VILLAGE PLUMBING made everything a breeze!! My technician (Joel Shutt) was a Army veteran which made my day even better as we all owe our veterans!!!! Then he was completely a gentleman from beginning to the end and was more than thorough in checking out my heating system for winter. Joel you made my day a little brighter!! Thank you!!!

I’ve had two service calls in the last week and both times they have been great. My first tech was Jeremy, the man showed up Sunday night and apologized for being late. Jeremy, sir, you don’t need to apologize when you’re the one working on Sunday! Christian was great as well, very to the point and got the problem fixed.Best part, the price is unbeatable. Tech knew his trade, was very helpful. Nice guy and informative. But as for what the company charges I think it’s too high. Just to unclog one bathtub drain was $200 and that also included the tech coming back and dropping a camera into to main sewer lines and toilet lines. I didn’t need that. The tech gave me a bid to change 2 toilets in my house , lol, I saw the price and about had a stroke! No way, I can do it myself or I can buy the toilets and pay to have them installed ALOT cheaper.

They are currently offering a promotion that includes both a camera inspection and drain snaking. Additionally, they provided helpful long-term maintenance recommendations. Village Plumbing was excellent from start to finish.Travis Mettler was the Plumber who serviced kitchen clog. We are in a 60 year old residence with copper pipes = soft, and care had to be taken to clear the clog but not damage the pipe. Trevor was patient & competent and informed us along the way what he was doing and why. He was excellent. I will use Village Plumbing again absolutely and if Travis was available Id request him. Again, and excellent job from inception to final resolution.

We were told that it would take all day until around 6pm. Antonio completed the job by 3pm. They respected my property.

The service team kept me posted on timing and information relating to my AC situation. John and Zach spent a total of 3 hours at our house diagnosing the situation. With last storm my A/C went on the fritz. I called on Wednesday evening and tech was out by 8am on Thursday. Zach Copper arrived on time and was super courteous. He called their dispatch and arranged for Mike to add my house to his list. He arrived around 5 and seemed in no hurry. When he arrived, he got right to work and fixed a couple of other issues along the way. Mike White and Village Plumbing are a great answer to your plumbing problems. Michael put us at ease letting us know it wasn’t too short it was the same as all of our neighbors and then it’s their standard to do a walk through of the homes plumping features and he turned our water heater temperature down, and just let us know about Houston’s hard water, etc. It was a great experience because I trusted Michael’s pov and it didn’t feel like he was trying to push any particular water softening system he was letting us know our options and the whole thing was $79. That’s their visit fee, which is CHEAPER than our home warranty fee and it was way more informative. 10/10 would recommend!

In March 2024, we had our annual A/C inspection completed on two units. Shortly after that date, we started experiencing a check a/c error message from one unit. The error message on the thermostat would appear for 2 to 3 seconds and then disappear. During the next five months, other a/c representatives were unable to determine why we were receiving the error message. In August, the error message returned and the unit completely stop cooling. Zach conducted a detail review of the unit and found that a communication wire needed to be tighten to make a better connection. HVAC technician Reggie came over as part of the VIP membership annual inspection. After a brief discussion on some issues I noticed with my old unit he went about his inspection and quickly diagnosed that I had an old unit, like “barely legal” kind of old. He professional discussed several options for repair but we ultimately decided it would be best to replace the unit. Reggie knowing how the summers are in Houston brought in his Project manager, Allen, who showed up personally later that evening. Allen did his own inspection and came up with several courses of action based on my desires and budget. Not only did he put together a well thought out invoice, but was able to schedule installation for a couple days later. I applaud these two gentlemen for being so professional and even staying late to ensure that my all my HVAC needs were met.========InstallationMichael and his assistant showed up early Saturday morning as scheduled and quickly took aport the old unit and setup the new one. What was estimated to be a 4-6 hour job took them only 3 hours. Before leaving they wanted to ensure the unit was working. As it wouldn’t turn on they spent some time troubleshooting the situation and determined it was a wiring issue which they quickly resolved. Now I’m enjoying cool temperatures thanks to my brand new AC unit.==========ETA 10/24/24Annual plumbing inspection by Noah CG. Don’t let his young age fool you. He’s very passionate about his job and ensuring your plumbing needs are met. He’s very detail oriented, which is expected from someone that enjoys building and flying his own RC planes. We hired Viiliage to repair our AC. We unfortunately needed a whole new system. I cannot say enough good things about John Gonzalez who came out and assessed the damage and did what he could to get us back up and running! He is an absolute God Send. Because of him we won’t be ever using another HVAC Company. We have used all the other big name companies and mom and pops in our area Band-aiding our system for years. But we put our trust into John to do us right and replaced the system and I’m so unbelievably grateful. The guys that came out and physically replaced the system were fantastic as well. After work was done I had a few questions and after being there in the heat all day working his butt off Jose Ramos walked with me with Patience and a smile to answer my questions and any concerns I may have had. They did absolutely outstanding and if you have been screwed over like we have i highly recommend you give Village just one chance and I promise you won’t regret it. On top of hiring them for the AC. After addressing my issues with the AC and getting us paid for and scheduling John got me set up with an electrician due to another issue I had and Jeremy was phenomenal as well! The quality of work and customer service and care for their customers is what any homeowner expects when hiring someone to work in and on their home. My home was left clean and cooling better than ever!
