Our experience with their customer service has been great. They are quick to respond and send someone out as soon as possible. They worked with us regarding pricing. Everyone that we encountered was respectful and honest. We are happy with our new AC unit. We also signed up for a maintenance subscription, which we like because it is convenient, they are thorough, and encourages us to schedule maintenance versus putting it off until a larger issue arises down the road. I hope to be able to continue a long-term relationship with this company and hope they do not disappoint in the future.Skylar Barron was awesome--he was respectful, introduced himself properly prior to entering my home, explained what I should expect during the time of service, explained thoroughly of what was needed, and would show where exactly the issue was. Little things like making sure to wear shoe covers in the house, laying a towel down before entering my attic and making sure the house is not left a mess upon leaving. All of these things were much appreciated.

Besides the price that was about Half of what the big 3 companies wanted to do the work and they left my yard ready for my dog no trash no mess. From the start, I was impressed with the leadership. Not only was the job I requested done in a timely manner but the work was later inspected by the master electrician. The master electrician also pointed out a couple of issues I had that could have led to bigger issues if not taken care of. They were back a few days later and took care of this issue. Im now in the process of getting a quote from them on one more project. I would definitely recommend A1 Plus.. thank you A1 Plus.

Scheduled installation for Friday and Saturday, my off days. Showed up Friday and thats the last I saw of them. Job still is unfinished! Had to call TWICE today to get a supervisor call back! Their communication with customers is LACKING TO SAY THE LEAST!!! Their workmanship is YET to be determined!!!So far so good! Supervisor Billy extended both warranties for 2 Years for my inconvenience.The technician Stephon came out 12/13/24 to finalize the setup and he was very thorough in explaining it.4 stars, almost made 5! They did make it right!The Generator started up Monday as scheduled for routine maintenance.I would refer A1 to my family and friends. They did a great job in the end!

My ac went out. Called an ac company to fix it. They said compressor is finished and need new ac. Got in touch with A1 Plus. They sent me an amazing, honest man! Beside being friendly and professional and competent, honesty is what got me to have him do the work. He came out, checked the ac, changed the fan motor and the contactor. Now I have a working ac. Sergio came out to my house for a no cost estimate for an interlock system for my generator. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He discussed the different options with me and was even early. Doesnt get much better than that. Estimate of cost was on par with my research.Their phone staff are also very helpful and quick.Emilio installed the 50 amp inlet/breaker and interlock kit quickly and everything looks great.Overall great experience

I’ve used this company about four times in the last decade, most recently today to troubleshoot a lighting issue (ended up replacing photo cell) and replacing some lightbulbs high up on external balcony.Every time has been responsive, friendly, and the issues stayed fixed.Update: Eric came out today to diagnose and repair a non functional kitchen light. He worked quickly and efficiently (it was clear he knew what he was doing), while still being friendly and willing to answer questions and explain what he was doing. Great job!Still Definitely recommend.

My initial need was for 2 new receptacles/outlets to be installed in my 2 bathrooms for some new backlit mirrors. However, my recent DIY attempt to replace multiple light fixtures in the rest of my home and coming across some tricky old wiring in my 1960s house, cemented the fact that I needed a pro. Larry with A1 Plus was able to come out the next day and provide a proper quote to diagnose my 2 ceiling fixtures as well as install 2 new outlets in my bathrooms. The work was scheduled for the following Friday. Larry arrived within the scheduled window and was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his work regardless of the issues that were discovered. He even took the time to give me some pointers when working with electricity on this old house. Thanks for the professional help! I will definitely keep this company in mind for future projects.

He found my issue and repaired it quickly. His concern for my floors due to all the water from his shoes was very genuine, despite my reassurances. I give 5 stars because the experience was phenomenal. A1 plus team scheduled quickly the first introduction meeting for a proper quote. But this first meeting was what convinced to do business with A1. Ricardo was not a pushy sales man, he offered me different options to save me money prior to showing the most expensive options. When we agreed to the product to purchase from A1 plus, he then showed me the most convenient financial payment for us. The rest of the process was seamless and the team from A1 plus provided constant updates on the progress of the project. The day of construction the crew came in and explained to me what was going to happen and they needed from me. The entire process I can attest that I felt I understand everything they were doing. As of now I’m a happy customer and will happily refer them to anyone.

I have had a nuisance furnace issue for quite some time. Last winter, the HVAC servicer provided one non-HVAC explanation, but I was unable to stress test said theory before the season changed. I explained my dilemma to the A1+ electrician (i.e., EB). He patiently listened, explained what he was going to do to troubleshoot, executed said troubleshooting, then documented his findings. Based on EBs professionalism, I am not armed with a credible report with which to approach the HVAC servicer for what should be a warranty repair. Oftentimes, good help is hard to find, but with A1+, I may have found a cheat code.

Jan 2025 update:We did the work from the original post, and have since had other work done by A1 Plus. Ryan came out and did some more work at our house, and we still prefer A1 Plus.
