Hands down the best experience from start to finish with helping to fix a leak. Office manager Amanda was so easy to call and helped get us scheduled right away. Kept us updated until service arrived and even provided a text update and photo identification for who was arriving.Branden and Brent were extremely professional and gave honest feedback about the issue but also offered advise on potential issues that they assisted with. Communicated throughout the entire process and the service was completed quickly and for a reasonable price. This company is wonderful to work with!

Wow! What incredible service! I called A&B yesterday afternoon about a tub leak. Branden was here by 8:00 am! He and his apprentice were so professional and pleasant. They explained the situation and the fix, shared the very reasonable price and I gave them the go ahead to do the job! They also kindly took care of a couple of extra minor plumbing issues. From the moment they came in (with booties on and a professional uniform) to paying for the service, it was a wonderful experience. Ill be using A&B for all my plumbing needs and recommending them to friends!

He told me the reason for the leak was due to a faulty piece in the faucet, to contact the manufacturer & have them replace it vs paying hundreds to replace it himself. Outstanding plumbing company! Branden from A&B Plumbing is by far the best plumber we have ever hired. We are grateful that we contacted him. Branden responded quickly to our phone call and arrived on time with a prior text. He fixed a leak in the line to our ice maker which had caused our tile floor beside the refrigerator to crack and sink. In addition, he replaced a very long dryer vent under our house which had fallen apart. Then, he went beyond our expectations and repaired a bathroom sink. We reached out to A&B Plumbing to replace an exterior faucet and also give us hot water (great for washing cars in cold weather). Branden needed to order the part since its not normally in stock. He gave me some options concerning which exact faucet I wanted to order. Took about a week or so for the part. I was called, we agreed on a date and an arrival window of 2 hours. He called and texted me before he arrived. It took him a total of roughly an hour to swap out the old for the new plus add the hot water line. Very knowledgeable, fast worker. Id easily recommend A&B for any plumbing work.

Ive had 10 years of Navien problems and this is the first time Ive met someone who knows them inside out. My experience with A&B Plumbing (Branden) was awesome. I had to call them on Black Friday with a plumbing emergency. Branden was at my house within one and a half hours of my call. He was able to get my toilets operating efficiently enough to get us through the weekend until the stores reopened on Monday. He explained to me what the problem was and the options available to me to correct them and the prices associated with each option. Branden returned on Monday and fixed everything as promised, explaining it all in detail (pictures included) of his work. I am a 70 year old woman and am cautious when hiring anyone to do work for me but I can tell you with complete confidence that A&B Plumbing (Branden) will be my go to plumber from now on. His professionalism and work ethics are outstanding. I would personally recommend him to everyone I know. He is THAT good!!! 😊

We have used A&B Plumbing for several issues in our Lake Norman home. With the recent storm/tornado that passed through here (MM 19 area), and the loss of power for a couple of days, our well system stopped working even when the power came back on. Today, Brandon diagnosed and repaired a burned out component on our well mechanism, and we’re back in business. To be very clear, Brandon made room for us in his very busy schedule, knowing that being completely without water can be a huge pain. My wife is now happy, which means the world can be happy again. Needed a leak prevention system installed because my insurance company didnt want to cover me unless I had one installed. I called A&B and explained to them my situation which was time sensitive. They arrived a day later to give me a quote on the specific job and other future projects I may be interested in. Branden was respectful and his knowledge on the subject matter was impressive and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the hickory, conover area. A week later, he installed the leak prevention system and talked me through the wifi setup in person. He also took pictures of his work so that we can show our insurance company. I tell everyone about A&B now.

My elderly grandma who is almost 90 years old had a water heater expansion tank that had rusted out and sprung a leak during the winter storm. Branden responded super fast via phone, set a time frame, called ahead of time in a beautiful box truck that he had stocked with everything he’d need. He made the repair and guaranteed the tank for a year. Even more, because of the deadly winter weather all across America, he prioritized elderly and emergencies and worked through these conditions. A&B Plumbing replaced a very old and leaking double handle shower faucet built from the 1970’s and replaced it with a brand new Delta single handle shower.Branden is professional and straight forward with the project (cost, labor, materials). He replaced and installed the new shower faucet in a timely manner and was helpful in identifying leaks in the basement and gave his expertise.Branden recommended to contact septic cleaning services to resolve the leak flowing from below the toliet as the septic tank was full. After the leaking shower project was complete, Branden inspected and tightened a few loose pipe valves in the basement located beneath the shower unit to ensure no leaks were present due to the leak. Because of Branden’s knowledge and experience, 3 different leaks in the house were fixed.I highly recommend anyone in need of plumbing services to use A&B Plumbing.Thank you Branden for the plumbing service and great conversations during the repair.

We bought a 1966 house that has been primarily used through the years as a weekender. We needed to fix it up to use full time. Brandon has done everything from installing outside water faucets to reaming out a 50+ year old cast iron septic line which was almost closed from so many years of misuse. He replaced a failing instant water heater, installed appliances and replaced a well pump. Brandon has exhibited high level skills, professionalism and excellent communication skills. We would highly recommend A&B Plumbing to you with confidence!We continue to use A&B! This time Brandon hooked two gas grill up to the main gas tank so we no longer have to replace bottled gas. He also adjusted the flame levels on my gas stovetop. All was very well done!

After looking over several choices, we decided to give A&B Plumbing LLC a try, and it was definitely an excellent choice. The next morning, he was back and the problem was fixed in a timely manner. He made sure that all was working properly before leaving, checking everything outside as well as inside. This may have been our first time using this plumber, but it certainly will not be our last as he was very proficient when it came to what tasks needed to be completed.

I had over 60 gallons of water leak out of my hot water heater, through my ceiling, and into my bedroom due to a faulty gate valve... At 12:30 in the morning I started calling for a plumber... The first two companies went to voicemail and stated that they couldnt get out to emergency calls due to lack of staffing... I found A&B Plumbing and the owner answered on the second ring. I explained my situation and we made a plan to get through the night. First thing in the morning A&B was right on time and in minutes the valve was changed stopping the leak! Once the chaos was behind us, I was presented with several different options to help prevent such a disaster from happening in the future.
