I could not have had a better experience. Called was awesome ! I had recently been told by a prior company that I needed to replace my entire HVAC. So I hired Eneco to come out for a second look. They not only did a thorough inspection, spent time explaining everything he was doing, they also fixed the problem and it did not cost me an arm and a leg. After using a couple of other companies I asked some friends for their recommendations of who they used for their HVAC service. I immediately called Eneco. I was greeted by a very nice, helpful and informative woman who set me up with an appointment for the very next morning. She also informed me of their maintenance service which I have used previously with other companies so I signed up for that because it is definitely a great deal. Caleb and Preston arrived on time and were very personable and communicative. They explained everything they would be doing and again at the end explained what they had done. Caleb and Preston had excellent manners and respected my house by putting on the slippers. They are really pleasant young men. I always like it when I feel like I just had a good company take care of my home!!

Shane came out today and fixed an electrical issue I had in hardly no time. So thorough and so professional and so nice! I had forgotten that they did electrical work, and I had used someone local previously that were here for two hours and charged me almost $200 per their boss, and didn’t fix the issue. I do understand that people should be paid for their time, but the sad thing is that the problem was way more visible, and probably should’ve been found quite quicker and what they were proposing was going to be lot more work and time. I have used Eneco before for other things and will continue to use them for anything I need that they can do! He was so kind as was his assistant, working with him who will soon be doing the same, and so knowledgeable. I just really appreciate the kindness and the professionalism and finally getting something done around my house that needed to be done. It’s hard to find that these days. A true gem.

Eneco has serviced and maintained my HVAC system for several years the service has been excellent they have always been prompt and never left me hanging. Recently due to the age of my system and how less efficient it had became I decided to replace it they were out the next day with my new unit. In the process of changing the unit they also repaired some aged flooring around the unit. I am very pleased with the outcome the workmanship was great and was reasonably priced.

This is the only HVAC company I use. They only install HVAC systems under warranty, so it may cost a little more than your national chains, but you know your machine is covered, and they only install machines they trust as well. The guys are friendly and have answered my questions while working on my indoor unit and explained everything that needed to be done. They recommended I get a new unit as mine is very old and rusty but told me how long they thought it would last, didnt push, and got it running again. Rest assured when it finally does kick the bucket Ill be calling them for a new one!

Steve, the technician, came out to my house to fix my heater. He saw that I had my infant in my arms and noted immediate action to correct the part that was broken. Once he fixed it, another problem accrued that was related to the gas line; the meter/gas line was not working properly and so there was no gas for my heater. Informed me to get in touch with the gas company to have someone take a look at it. The gas company came and inspected it. He reassured me that the meter and gas line were working properly and it was something on Enecos end. I informed my landlord of the situation and Steve came back out and I told him what the gas technician told me. Steve showed me the reasoning why he believed the gas wasnt working and I was in agreement with him. I called the gas company again while he was still with me and the gas company reassured once more and read the techs note that everything was in working condition. I had asked if the tech could come out once more while Steve was here so they could find a solution to my heating problem and the company said it could be 24-48h before they get in touch with me to have someone come back out (an ice storm is supposed to approach in the next day or so). Steve was gracious and kind enough to offer his phone number so that he could sort out the problem with the gas tech. After a while, the gas tech and Steve were both at my house and were able to resolve the problem. There was a problem with the meter to which the tech fixed and my heater started working again. Steve was great and fabulous. He was definitely concerned and a strong advocate for my family and I to have my heating situation fixed ASAP. Im super thankful that he came out to help service my house. Definitely recommend.

Eneco was contacted by our realtor and came to the house to do a more thorough inspection of the roof and insulation at no charge. They were very professional and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them for work in the future.

I have recently renovated a very old house, and I used Eneco for everything from replacing the furnace and sump pump to all the fixtures, toilet etc, the electrical was inspected by them as well. Eneco is a whole house one stop shop with experienced and courteous plumbers and electricians, they were fantastic and I will always call them first. They are the best!!
