Jared and Jonah came out to install two outdoor spigots and fix a leaking bath tub faucet. They got there right at the time they said they would. They gave me a quote before beginning work and I was stunned that it was nearly half the cost of what Roto Rooter was going to charge! They also got the work done in less than an hour! Jared answered all questions I had and both guys were great to talk to. I’d also like to say thank you to Samantha, who was the person who answered my call and handled scheduling. When I initially called, I was in an emergency situation. While they were unable to get to it that day, she checked in with me later that evening to see if if I still needed repair work done the following day. We talked first thing in the morning and she scheduled Jared and Jonah to come out that afternoon when I could get off of work. I had a great all-around experience with this company, and will be using them again for plumbing work!

The first time I used 3rd Rock plumbing was in January of 2023 two young gentlemen Lloyd and Jonah came out and fixed a leak that I had underneath my kitchen sink they were very courteous respectful and kind and did a very wonderful job! The second time I needed them was of June 2023 when I had a toilet problem and a leak under my bathroom sink Lloyd showed up was also very courteous kind and very respectful and friendly and did the job within timely manner I am so happy with 3rd Rock plumbing and their workers and from the very first time that I used them, I will continue to use them for any of my plumbing problems their employees are so nice courteous respectful and friendly and I put all my faith and trust and them in this company. Thank you 3rd Rock plumbing and special thanks to Lloyd for doing such a fantastic job for me and I will always request Lloyd whenever I need something fixed thank you again for having such great employees third Rock plumbing and for sending Lloyd out to me!!! I had a great experience with 3rd Rock! They were much faster at giving us an estimate on and completing the replacement of our tankless hot water heater than any other company I contacted. Dacia was extremely personable and responsive, both over the phone and through text. Cole, our technician, was very professional and knowledgeable and kept me informed on his progress every step of the way. I would definitely hire them again for any of our plumbing needs!

Never having to call a plumber on my own, I relied on social media for recommendations. I had several people recommending 3rd Rock. I was not disappointed. They came out the same day due to a leak under my kitchen sink. They fixed it in a timely manner and the charge was reasonable. Two days later I had to call about what I presumed to be the same leak. They showed up again in a timely manner and found the leak to be right beside the previous leak. They fixed the second leak at no charge due to being there previously and not catching it. I highly recommend 3rd Rock. Both technicians were extremely helpful and very nice.

In addition to the leak, the pressure regulator was corroded so he had to go to the plumbing supply house to get a new one. He got it fixed and we once again had water. Being new to the area, I got their name from my daughter and son-in-law. They had used them and they highly recommended 3rd Rock. The work was to install a utility sink in our garage. Mike came to my house to give an estimate for the work. The estimate was very good and the work was scheduled. Mike and another worker arrived and they went right to work. They were friendly and the work was professionally completed. They left my garage as clean as it was when they arrived. I am very pleased with the work that was done. David and Dakota, and Gabriel and Lucas were all great to work with. They were flexible and fit my cafe plumbing in between other jobs to get it done faster. They did a seamless job with the piping and cosmetically it looks very nice. They also worked with me to install a faucet I found to match a sink I bought through another supplier which was greatly appreciated. They also found the water heater I needed cheaper on eBay and went through the trouble to acquire it due to the price break it offered me. As a small business I appreciated their timely, quality affordable work and would recommend them.

Had a blocked kitchen sink. Michael came in an proceeded to eliminate the blockage and noticed that the pipe components, including the shank that came from the sink drain to the pipes was not properly fitted. We had that replaced along with some new PVC pipes that had missing threads. Now the underneath part of the sink is working properly. Thank you, Michael. Good Job.

After years of chasing plumbers with little luck, I have found a great one! Mike came out and answered my questions, made suggestions, and gave some very honest advice. Robert and David showed up on time, discussed the plan, and went right to work. And, boy, did they work! They really went the extra mile to complete the work; I have not seen this level of hard work in years. Definitely call 3rd Rock Plumbing!I bought a newly-renovated 60s-era duplex, that previously sat empty for 10+ years, as a rental investment. Unbeknownst to anyone, a tree in the front yard had fallen years ago and destroyed the sewer pipe from the house to the road.3rd Rocks crew came to the rescue! Mike responded to an emergency weekend call to troubleshoot and diagnose the issue. Then, David and Dakota spent several days in the rain digging and working with the city utilities crew to locate the city sewer connection and install a new sewer pipe across the yard.Later, and in two separate phases, David, Jay, Robert and crew replaced all of the cast iron sewer pipe under the house when it became a problem. Yay! No more cast iron!I have also had Mike out to work on the tubs and sinks at my actual home. He did a great job!Thanks to David, Dakota, Mike, Jay, Robert, Dacia, Gabriel, and the rest of the crew for all the hard work, phone calls, texts and emails to make me a happy customer!

Mike came by but couldnt give me much information except that he would talk to others to find the best way to handle the job. Finally David and Spud came. They were so nice and let me know exactly what they could do to fix the problem. It took a few days but it is fixed. They knew what they were doing and were so nice to work with. Mike was my night in shinning armor !! He definitely saved the day!!!! He was quick , thorough and very reasonably priced!! I cannot stress enough how amazing he was. I called with an emergency situation and he was here within 15 min of my call and fixed everything and somethings I didn’t know would be a problem all for less than a standard service call from other plumbers!

I used 3rd Rock plumbing to undo a bad plumbing job whilst trying to sell a house! They had to dig up pipes that were installed by another plumber who had done a very poor job. They managed to do the job quickly which stopped the sale of my house from falling through. Would definitely use again.

We had a pressing issue, water main leak right outside of house. They came immediately, fixed that problem, replaced a sump pump that was leaking, and replaced a pressure valve that had broken. They were quick, professional, and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a plumbing issue.

Weve used 3rd Rock several times over the past 7 years. EXCELLENT service, very professional. They arrive on time, wear boot/shoe covers in the house, and fully clean up after theyve finished the repair. They have repaired our basement grinder pump, run a water line outside (underground) to our dock and outdoor shower, replumbed our gray water line inside the house, repaired a ruptured pipe in the ceiling/wall and a few other jobs for us. Always done well and on time. Professional and a pleasure to work with. I have them on Speed Dial.

We are a veterinary practice in Sherrills Ford, NC and desperately needed a reputable plumber when we realized upon arriving one morning that we had no water ! Their representatives were super efficient and found the problem immediately! While they were here they went ahead and fixed two leaky faucets for us.
