This was a few months ago but I realized I forgot to leave a review. I had some leaky pipes under my house so I called holt and they sent Dee out to fix them. He found another issue after fixing the pipes and got a new wax ring to seal the toilet with. He was the nicest guy to have working on the pipes. He even tried to say that I didn’t owe for the extra 15 minutes, but I didn’t mind paying for it. He’s a fantastic plumber.

Holt Plumbing just completed a complex shower remodel installation that included wall sprayers, rain shower head, hand-held sprayer and steam bath. Chris did a great job with the installation, showing a lot of attention to detail in spite of some technically challenging conditions. Holt Plumbing replaced my hot water heater last year. The technician did such a great job that Im actually following up on writing the review I told him I would. Rodney was very conscientious and great to work with. When the replacement unit that hed originally brought didnt fit my space, he coordinated to get a better fit and Holt sent someone in a truck with one in very short order. Rodney was amazing to work with and an excellent professional. I had a great experience overall with Holt.Ill also note, a friend of mine is a plumber but was out of town that week. He recommended I call Holt as he felt they were ethical and a good company that, in our area, operated the most like plumbing businesses used to. I dont really know what the means except that he meant it positively. I had a great experience from first call to finish.

I was in a huge mess with everything going on and already started this bathroom project before. I ordered 2 vanities and come to find out 1 didnt fit properly and the other had to be positioned in a way where the pipes weren’t directly under the sink.Ricky came out and he was absolutely fantastic! It felt like it was going to be touch and go for a bit, but he managed to create an opening in 1 vanity to allow for the pipes as well 2 small holes for the water lines. ANd it turned out looking great!For the other bathroom, he worked so hard to get all the pieces aligned and Ive never been happier! He even noticed the stopper in my toilet was corroded and fixed it AND determined that there was something wrong with the water pressure. I’ll definitely make sure we call them to have it corrected!After all of the things that went wrong with project- we are so grateful for them.

The first time plumber came out was positive experience, and I thought problem was solved, but it wasnt. Technician admitted on second visit that he failed to clean out pipe from dishwasher so water accumulated and leaked out of dishwasher when not in use. I got charged same amount again. I wont call Holt Plumbing again. I AM CHANGING MY REVIEW OF HOLT PLUMBING. THEY WERE RESPONSIVE AND REMOVED SECOND CHARGE. THANK YOU!

Mark was very nice, very knowledgeable and fixed our leak right up. We just bought a new house and the kitchen faucet developed a leak a couple of days after taking possession. We turned everything off underneath to look at later only to find two days later it was still leaking significantly! We put a pan underneath and used the service request form on Holts website as it was late and we could wait a bit. We received an email pretty promptly with a variety of emergency and regular schedules so we could pick the best option for us from that night, any time this weekend or next week. We took the next day, and are very satisfied with the work and Mark.

There is not much (if anything) that Holt Plumbing cannot handle. Our company often needs plumbing emergencies addressed at communities, and Holt is the first company we go to. Today we had a main sewer line back up at a condominium complex, and Chris Earls along with Darius and Mark J were extremely helpful and were able to get the issues addressed (on a Saturday) within a matter of hours (which prevented a potentially catastrophic situation). Chris Earls provided constant updates throughout this situation and was very helpful in explaining the issues along with what he was doing to address them. Chris along with other Holt Plumbing employees have been extremely helpful and reliable, and we appreciate their great customer service.

Honest, friendly service. We had a leaking outdoor hose faucet and needed to move a water heater. Holt Plumbing was the only company that gave us a fair price up front so we wouldnt have to guess how much it would cost. Very pleased to work with Holt Plumbing. They actually just left today and the job is 100% complete and I am very satisfied with both the work and price. My issue was with our main sewer line becoming clogged ( with what we found out was YEARS of a tree root growing inside). They came out and quickly diagnosed the issue, even leaving me a copy of the video footage. Then came back out in just a few business days to dig up and expose the pipe, repair/replace, and also reseeded and placed hay on my lawn. A few days before leaving for vacation our water heater started to leak. Dealing with this on top of preparing for vacation was extremely stressful. Holt Plumbing relieved all my stress. With one call I was assured the problem would be fixed within the time frame I needed. They followed through beautifully. The workers from the company were extremely considerate and professional. There have been no further issues with the water heater.While on vacation a neighbor called to say an outside facuet burst. We were in California and had no way to see what was happening. I contacted Holt again. They responded the same day. The plumber called and stated he stopped the leak but would not do any major repairs until I was in town and could make an informed decision. I cannot say how much I aprreciate their quick responses, good work and level of professionalism.

I can not say enough good things about Holt Plumbing. We have used them many times in the past. On Monday they had a huge job to do for us and we are very pleased. We live in a 38 year old house which had 38 year old pipes that would burst from time to time resultingin our basementbeing flooded. Holtvwoukd always come repair them in a timely manner. The time had come for us to do something about this.. We contracted Holt Plumbing to replace all the pipes in our home. We have a big house. They came at 10 a.m. Monday morning and worked tirelessly until 5 a.m. Tuesday. The leader of the work crew was the BEST. We are very happy and highly recommend Holt Plumbing

I cannot say enough about this company. I bought a house a few months ago and have had several plumbing issues that they have addressed with punctuality, professionalism, and cost efficiency. Additionally, this past weekend my hot water heater exploded, and they came and replaced it same day. The next day it still was not heating water so they came out and fixed it at no charge. Mark is the person who came on both occasions and was very professional, friendly, and efficient. I wanted to make sure to put a review up because I rarely post reviews. However, anyone would be lucky to work with Holt Plumbing, and I will continue to use and recommend them to anyone in need.

I had an outside faucet freeze and burst. It was not an emergency, so I called the plumber who had installed the faucet two years earlier. He quoted me over $700. I told him no thanks and called Holt. Mike came out and installed a new faucet in less than an hour. He was courteous and efficient. The total charge was $159 for one hour labor plus $41 for the faucet, which was about what HD or Lowes would have charged. I couldn’t be happier with Mike’s work and Holt Plumbing.

Our upstairs bathroom had two leaks. One in the sink and one in the shower. My handy husband, or even i, would fix it ourselves but just dont have the time right now, plus the plumbing issue was causing some sort of leak from our shower causing water to drip through and down to the first floor. I assumed it was a deep clog or leaky pipe. Mitch came out at a very accommodating hour, fixed it up, sent me pictures of everything for my husband, tested everything to make sure there were no leaks, and charged reasonably. A few days later I noticed a drip still coming from the shower, but only while in use. I called Mitch back who came over asap, found that the problem wasnt the plumbing/piping, but a silicone issue with our upstairs tub/shower. An easy solution that I didnt even see!! After he took the time to thoroughly describe and show me the real issue for my dripping ceiling, I thanked him again and asked him how much for coming out again and he insisted on no charge! Ive never had a better, more reasonable, more accommodating experience with any professional plumbing service before! Highly recommended! :)

Originally, the first availability they had was the following day, but they made efforts and were able to fit us in same day due to the nature of our issue.The techs were very thorough and were professional and respectful on site.There was a lack of communication on the billing end of the service call and a discrepancy on the invoice, but the Manager (Mr. Johnson) contacted me directly to discuss and was very honest, professional and courteous in talking care of those issues for a fair result.I would try them again.

Crystal said that the diagnosis sounded strange to her and if it was wet, for us to get a fan and a hairdryer and try to dry it out before lighting the pilot light again. We did that and sure enough it lit right up!In addition, we called ABS to complain and they said they never even tried to re-light the pilot (WHAT?!). Madness.HUGE THANK YOU to Crystal and Holt. Called on Saturday morning about a less-than-2-year-old ECO Smart Electric Tankless water heater than was making a banging noise, but was still working, so agreed to Monday appt. By the time James got here on Monday, the unit had stopped working. James did all of the suggested troubleshooting without success. Called technical support (which is only available M-F, 9-5 (which is an issue in itself . . . ). Had to order parts which took several days to ship.I know that James spent a minimum of 3 hours on the phone with technical support (more than half on hold). James and HOLT staff communicated with me at least once each day to update me on status, even though it was completely outside of their control.Once parts were received, James replaced, tested and tested some more. I could not be more pleased with the customer service and attention that I received from James and the office staff. Not only that - I was shocked - let me say again - SHOCKED at the total price. They did NOT mark up on parts (I know this because I checked), and I was probably only charged for about half of the time that James actually committed to this project. The Electric Tankless Hot Water Heaters are relatively new, and pretty tricky. I appreciate the fact that HOLT Plumbing did not use my service call as an opportunity for exposure to this new technology. Theyve got a customer for life.
