MCH did a great job installing a new geothermal heat pump. It was an easy, straightforward and timely process. The installers were very professional. James Lasater, the manager who was my contact, is very knowledgeable. The geothermal heat pump is a huge improvement over my old traditional heat pump, with superior efficiency and comfort, and is also very quiet.

Update (Dec 2024): MCH came back out to replaced a separate HVAC system for my house and I had another positive experience. This time they installed two hyper-efficient mini split heat pumps with solar panels. Since they partner with TVA, I got a $1500 rebate from TVA plus Ill file for the 30% federal tax credit ($2700 ) on my 2024 taxes. Crew was professional, respectful, and had a high quality of craftsmanship (including installing the solar panels on the roof). Highly recommend!Original review (April 2020): Jason and his crew installed a new super-efficient Mitsubishi heat pump in my 1925 home in East Nashville and they did fantastic work. Their pricing was right in line with another quote I received and they were very respectful, clean, and communicative during installation. They were also diligent about wearing masks in the middle of COVID which was greatly appreciated because we have a newborn and mother-in-law living with us. We’re thrilled with the new unit and highly recommend MCH!

Had our sewer and underground utilities run by MCH. Landscapers, doing what landscapers do, broke the new sewer line digging a french drain and replaced it with corrugated drainage pipe leading to a sewer clog - they should have just alerted us on the problem. MCH came out and fixed it fast. Almost 6 months later we found another section that was probably damaged by the landscapers and MCH once again came out and got on it. They camerad the lines and it all looks good now - no secret fixes by landscapers.Was a super easy process for me. Kyle and G kept me updated and got service restored quickly with pretty minimal disruption to the yard despite the digging they had to do.I believe they dealt with costs/money with the landscapers through my GC and the second time they chalked it up to warranty. I didnt have to deal with any extra thanks to them. I often dont expect much from warranties these days but MCH clearly does warranty their work and thats great to know. Hopefully the new sewer lines are good for 60 more years. Would definitely hire them again.

I bought a new Mitsubishi HVAC system through MCH recently. Their installation team did an excellent job installing the indoor, outdoor and thermostat systems. A service tech came out to my home a couple of weeks later and did some system setup adjustments to my specific liking. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and MCHs professionalism and highly recommend them.

I just bought my first house and the AC unit was giving me trouble. MCH came highly recommended, and I loved that they are a family owned business. They came out within 24 hours, and Aaron was extremely thorough. He meticulously cleaned my unit, replacing a part for me, and was communicative the entire time. He let me know as long as I take care of it I dont have to get a new unit any time soon. Every employee I spoke with from start to finish was so kind and helpful. I love seeing a small business be really really good at what they do, and plan to only use MCH for all my future needs.

Even though I am quite remote from their location they work to get me whats needed to keep my system fully operational, and my elect bills have been under $20.00/ month for most all of the year. Deepest winter uses some grid energy due to lack of sun hours.

After learning from an annual HVAC checkup my 24-year old system had a dangerous-to-humans crack in the middle of a freak early November cold spell, I had to act fast for the sake of my tenants. The first two quotes: $11.5 and $13k and a 10-day start date from providers affiliated by my home warranty insurer. I sensed a panicked customer ripoff. My property manager called MCH and in less than two days a replacement heat/cooling system had been completed for $7500. Color me relieved.

MCH Nashville are perfect professionals. Their service is quick and proficient and their techs are considerate — from their kindness to making sure they keep your house clean if they have to come inside. The office staff also delivers patient customer service and never make the urgency of your issue a bother.We recently had 5 service calls for our HVAC between thanksgiving and February. We knew the unit didn’t have much life left but when it died, it went quickly. Our tech Aaron was diligent to help our unit last as long as possible but ultimately recommended an immediate replacement. He informed us of the TVA UpLift program which is linked on the MCH website through which we were approved to receive a grant for a new HVAC unit and other energy efficient improvements to our home, saving us thousands of dollars this year and in the years to come. We were even able to request MCH as our preferred contractor for our UpLift installation.We’ve found our go-to techs for all our home maintenance needs. Thank you, MCH!

I just had an excellent experience with MCH this past week. Our AC went out (in this crazy heatwave) in the middle of the night. Someone was able to come out on a holiday (July 4) to assess the situation. By 11am the next morning our unit was completely replaced, up and running. The crew was professional and did a great job. Can’t say enough about how well this was handled and with such expediency.

Ok, Had a new HVAC unit put in a couple of weeks ago and it works great. I got a quote from 3 different companies and MCH was the best. Not only the price but the customer service was top notch. I called several times to ask question before I pulled the pin with this company. They answered the phone or called back quick and answered them. Once I decided to go with MCH the wait time was short (1 day) until the crew came and began their work. Everything was done professional and the crew was very friendly. I decided to get some plumbing done outside the HVAC and the plumber Steven was first rate. Just so nice to have a professional like him come over and do the job. He explained everything was going to do and then everything he did. The finished work of both the plumbing and HVAC were done to perfection. I now have a plumber and heating and AC in my contacts in my phone. They will be my first call if I have any future needs.MCH is an easy first choice. Kevin.
