    They mean 24/7. Phone service connects you to the on call plumber and they came out late at night after guests left and we luckily only had a soft clog between house and street. Otherwise downstairs toilet would have kept overflowing with dirty water with any usage. SO THANKFUL. Also reasonable pricing when we were very vulnerable. Fixed in less than an hour with rotor service.

    Excellent service by Dylan and staff!! The hot water pressure in my shower was awful and got worse every year. A huge thank you to Superior for replacing a faulty cartridge which solved my issue. I can’t wait to take a nice hot shower. I am so glad that they were able figure this out for me. If I could give them 100 stars I would! Highly recommend!!

    Needed annual checkups on equipment installed last year by tech Keno Fedorko.Keno came again this time and once again did an amazing job and also found a problem with one of my toilets and fixed it. He is great at his job and the office worked with me so I could be on his schedule. Pricing was competitive and I appreciated Keno making sure all was OK before he left.     If there was a ten star option I give ten stars. I can’t say enough good about the HONEST ,outstanding service I received from this company. I had a broken water meter line years ago at my previous home and had Bryce repair the damage with satisfaction. Little did I know that I needed him years later for a much bigger problem. I had s severe sewer smell in a home I just had bought and Bryce discovered and solved the issue like a puzzle. Outstanding service and I can’t thank him enough having to fix that issue within days that previous plumbers had failed to do. He discovered many broken, damaged pipes and went above and beyond in his service and repairs. I recommend him without hesitation to anyone in need of plumbing service. I am finally rid of the severe sewer smell. Thank you Bryce !

    The water main ruptured under my front yard. Superior Plumbing responded quickly, and provided great service with fair pricing. The Crew Chief was very knowledgeable and took care of all the details. The crew worked tirelessly in 115 degree heat, jackhammering and trenching for 2 days, replacing all the pipes. I was so happy to have water flowing again, with twice the pressure!! I highly recommend this company for any/all plumbing repairs

    We came home after shopping in the late afternoon and found our water heater leaking in the garage. My husband called Superior Plumbing on the recommendation of a friend and they set up an appointment for first thing the next morning since we would not be available that evening.Keno texted my husband the next morning and then showed up within 20 minutes. He assessed our situation and immediately began answering our questions. His years of expertise as a plumber were very obvious. He explained our options and showed us what needed to be done to complete the job including going over what was wrong with the previous water heater.There was no pressure and he wanted to make sure we understood everything before agreeing to the installation.Everything was done in the time frame he told us on his arrival to our home.We are extremely happy with Keno, his workmanship and professionalism.We thank you.

    As always happens with plumbing work, we started with a little fix that turned into a lot more. Old shut-off valves under the kitchen sink with 20 years of minerals built up, jammed up, faucet full of crud, years of accumulated calcium and minerals. Superior Plumbing sent Keno to our rescue, and he made quick work of removing the old jammed up pipes/valves/old RO system. Replaced the faucet and water dispenser as well. He was very concientious about the job, leaving a very nice, clean looking set of pipes under the sink. Based on our experience with Keno, we highly recommend this company. Showed up on time as promised, performed excellent work, cleaned up, and was friendly to boot. Very happy with the experience and the work.

    Keno and Saquan did a great job fixing my shower faucet! They worked very hard to remove the old cartridge which was basically calcified to the fixture. They were friendly and personable too.     We have used superior plumbing for years and have found them to be knowledgeable, caring, and most importantly treated us like family. Brandon has been wonderful to work with. Update 6/2024 We are still using superior plumbing, we had an emergent issue. We had to buy a new washing machine, after twenty one years. The installer found out the pipes in the wall were corroded. Bryce came over and took care of the problem. He made sure to reuse the box, in the wall, which saved us a lot of money. I love that this Company still treats us like family.

    I have used Superior 3 or 4 times and also recommended them to my parents when their water heater broke. They show up on time, do good work, and charge a fair price.     Wednesday morning I called Superior Plumbing to have a valve replaced. I had a plumber at my door step one hour after my call!!! After the valve replacement th plumber was kind enough to stay and help me trouble shoot a leak. As suspected and now confirmed the mainline between the meter and my home is leaking. Following a phone call and brief onsite meeting, Superior Plumbing will be replacing my mainline on Monday!!!WOW!!! What great service!!Thank you Superior Plumbing for all your help!!!!

    From the people answering the phone to the plumber they sent, Brandon K. I have to say they were awesome, Brandon is a great asset to this company. I had to have 2 appointments due to getting a new counter top.They showed up the day before to undo all plumbing, and came back the next day as scheduled as put all back to together and replace corroded shut off valves.     Had a under counter ice maker swapped out. The plumber (Bryce) and his apprentice were awesome, went above and beyond to get the job done. Very professional, cleaned up and were very careful using blankets and towels to protect floors and counters. My only complaint, and Im still getting used to the price gouging of Las Vegas, was that the job was 90 minutes and cost $349 (no material, labor only). GE had the job estimated at $150 in labor. Assuming all plumbing companies are pricing the same , I would definitely call them again as the quality of work was top notch.

    Superior Plumbing to the rescue again!!! When our kitchen sink backed up we didn’t hesitate to call Superior Plumbing again. They had been out a few months prior to help us with a sewer line issue and both times their response time was very fast, their technicians are professional and knowledgeable and they get the job done right the first time. Bryce helped us the second time and he did a GREAT job. He arrived on time, got right to work and we were back up and doing dishes within the hour of his arrival. He explained what the issue was and gave us tips to make sure this doesn’t happen again. The best part, I wasn’t stuck with a huge bill, their prices are very reasonable. I’m hoping I don’t ever have to call them again for my house (fingers crossed) but I will gladly refer them out to anyone who needs a plumber.     Preston and his father investigated a tree root problem in one toilet, flushed out another obstruction, and ran a camera through all the houses pipes under the house to check for other root damage. Then they discovered and fixed a leak and water damage under the bathroom sink before it resulted in even more serious water damage. And they came in on their day off to do it! Super friendly and knowledgeable, they explained everything in detail. They are my plumbers from now on!

    Update Nov 23, 2023: Superior Plumbing & Drain came to our Rescue again! We discovered a leak at the pipe that leads the main water supply to the house.     Had my water main break. They came out were very nice and professional. The guy looked all over for my shut off valve to my house which we found out I didnt have one just the valve in the sidewalk. So he gave me a reasonable estimate for the new line and to add a shut off valve to it. Had his people there two days later had it dug out and changed that day. Just had to wait for inspection so they could Burry it back up which was the next business day. they really did a great job cleaned up the mess and I cant even see where they dug up my yard.

Jay was professional, knowledgeable and CALM!!! Jay walked us through the situation, made recommendations and did not over charge us. Their prices are very, very reasonable especially for a next day, weekend appointment on Super Bowl Sunday. I had to call into the office and everyone was so nice and helpful there also. I now have Superior Plumbing on speed dial, hopefully I will never have another issue with my plumbing again (haha) but want to have their number handy for friends and family who need their services.     My experience with superior Plumbing and Melvin was exceptional. I contacted them for my Plumbing of the tub area in my condo.
