My experience with this company was awesome. I got a quote which covered all of the details I had concerns about. Vick gave me an honest quote. Referred to things I had no idea about and explained everything to me. I then worked with the office to coordinate a time to come out to do the work. They worked within my timetable, They showed up on time, They were neat Clean and works steadily until the job was complete. One of the best plumbing experiences I have ever had if you are looking for someone honest, Priced within reason and someone who’s going to do the work with integrity then 702plumbers are the way to go. Totally recommend them to anyone who is unsure of what plumbers to use. It’s a family owned business which is nice to see these days, and they have integrity. Their staff Is kind, courteous, considerate I would definitely use them again.

The receptionists are also very friendly and responded to me right away. The price is probably medium high, but they do a great job for the price. I highly recommend this company.

Absolutely incredible. I noticed a leak on my garage ceiling on a Sunday and called to get it fixed. It was a slow seeping drip. George identified the location, coordinated the opening of the ceiling and repaired two corroded pipes while the second team treated for mold prevention and worked to completely dry the site within 24 hours.Upon completion of the immediate concerning leak, George reviewed some of my other concerns with me. He replaced my water softener that was not functioning and added a whole home water filter, brought my water heater back to code by re-piping the lines, added a pressure regulator, adjusted my main shut-off valve to make it more accessible, re-plummed my humidifier drain and fixed a leak of an external water valve in the back yard.His professionalism and dedication to my concerns gave me great peace of mind that is unmatched. The work ethic and attention to detail is clearly reflected in the craftsmanship of the work provided. The quality of the equipment installed is excellent as well. I will never use another plumber and I highly recommend 702plumbair.

Excellent job repairing our water main! Danny, Gordo and Jaime were the best! Came out of Thursday. Gave the right proposal. Friday morning Jaime and Gordo came out and repaired our water main from the street, trenched AND put everything back as though they were never here! Great guys, great work. I would 100% recommend you use 702. Additional note: I called out 702 after my home warranty sent out their vendor who seemed genuinely inexperienced. His proposal to the warranty company was $7800. Danny Valdivia came out again for 702, scoped the pipe (with me) and we realized it was not nearly as bad as warranty thought. 702 fixed it for $730. There was any number of times Danny could have just said yeah its bad. I would not have known. 702PlumbAir has done the right thing for my family now twice. Call them. Thank you.

Zack Reynolds and 702 Plumbing and Air are on a different level. That level is a human level that encompasses compassion, trust and honesty. This is something that some home contractors lack in the valley. Although everyone has a budget you can not put a price on a company that cares for their clients. When pricing is fair, clear, and upfront you also know you can trust it. 702 also empowers their techs and allows them to protect both the company and their customer while assessing a job. 702 techs are also extremely knowledgeable and that gives you the assurance you have a professional on the inside working for you. Please bare with me as I share my experience with 702 and Zack below so you can know how truly different 702 really is.Let me first set the table so that readers can understand the complete situation. I am currently disabled and have a son with a compromised immune system. I apologize for any grammar or spelling mistakes as I also have a brain injury. On 9/22/24 my A/C unit broke and I contacted my Home Warranty (Old Republic) they have been good, but some of their providers are hit and miss. The contractor they sent out took my unit apart and took some of the parts with them. The contractor left my family and I with no A/C and no E.T.A for repairs. The overnight temperature in my condo is over 90 degrees and it is not designed for window units or portable AC units. I tried multiple times (over two days) to contact my home warranties contractor for an update with no success.This is when I turned to 702 Plumbing and Air and their outstanding tech Zack. Jessica at 702 HQ answered my call immediately and showed empathy for my situation and let me know they would be sending a tech WITHIN A FEW HOURS and put a note in my file about my current indoor temp. I also received updates via text and email with Zacks arrival. Zack arrived before his window and immediately showed compassion when stepping out his truck. Zack checked out my unit and even called my Home Waranty company on my behalf to find out how the ball had been dropped so badly, and how he could fix the problem today. Zack was emotionally moved that my son was suffering and was doing everything he could do to help fix the complicated situation. Since the other contractor took all my parts, Zack said he and 702 would be on stand by to make everything right if they continue to not return my calls. Zack even called his suppliers to make sure he could get all parts asap! 702 and Zack are different and I write this with tears in my eyes.Thank You,Zack and 702

Honestly, I don’t know where to begin to properly explain how INCREDIBLE the service was from GEORGE! We had a dire EMERGENCY with a broken pipe that needed FAST fixing. Water was GUSHING 20 feet into the air flooding the entire side of the house and making a river that went have way up the block! I didn’t even know how to turn off the water until the kind, friendly women on the phone explained where I could find the turn off valve. I Turned off the outside valve and then received a call back to let me know that GEORGE was on his way to access the problem and to correct it. In less than 5 minutes I received a text from GEORGE to tell me he was on his way and not to stress about the problem. He made me feel very comfortable, knowing that there apparently wasn’t any plumbing problem he couldn’t handle. He arrived very promptly with a big smile on his face to shake my hand and to tell me that he would check out the issue and get it repaired as quickly as possible. The pipe which extended from the house into the ground to the main waterline had cracked apparently from the heat and temperature change from evening to daytime, from past plumbers, who did not do a good job, and he said he knew exactly what to do and would handle it. He told me just to relax and to go into the house , and he would let me know when everything was finished. Within less than 20 minutes, he knocked on the door to tell me the job I’ve been completely taken care of and there would be no more expensive loss of water for a long time. That was music to my ears because we had the same pipe repaired two other times by two other plumbing companies, and each time their repair work failed miserably and we lost thousand and thousands of gallons of water which of course could not be removed from the water bill. This time with how GEORGE HANDLED THE SITUATION AND MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE, I KNEW THAT THIS TIME THE PROBLEM WOULD FINALLY BE FIXED. AND I WAS RIGHT AND SO WAS HE. HE DID AN ABSOLUTELY AMAZING JOB NOT ONLY QUICKLY, BUT HIS WORK WAS VERY NEAT WITH NO MESS WHATSOEVER ANYWHERE NEAR THE JOB SITE, LIKE THE OTHER COMPANIES DID. GEORGE COMPLETELY REPLACED THE PIPE, SEALED IT WITH WEATHER RESISTANT/HEAT RESISTANT SEALANT, COVERED IT WITH SPECIAL INSULATION AND APPLIED AN EXTREMELY HEAVY LAYER OF SPECIAL TAPE TO KEEP EVERYTHING IN PLACE. SO, HAPPILY I CAN ONLY SAY THAT IF YOU NEED FAST, EFFICIENT, FRIENDLY and EXPERT plumbing SERVICE … This is the company you ABSOLUTELY must call above all others. GEORGE was a miracle worker and I cannot thank him enough, as well as the friendly lady on the telephone who told me very patiently as to how to turn off the street water valve. Their rates are very fair and I can’t complain in anyway about the money I paid them because they were so damn good! They were not expensive. This is the best plumbing company that I have ever had, and I will NOT use any other companies in the future except them. I’m usually helped by Raquel for estimates and scheduling, and she is awesome about communicating with me via email, voicemail, or text. When we first moved into our home, Matt and his team helped us with replacing all the toilets and the water heater (we got the elite package because it comes with the best warranty and additional services). They had to work around an issue with the previous toilets and did a great job. Later on, Bob helped us with fixing our kitchen faucet and a hose thing in the backyard. Bob was really great because he actually caught a hidden problem from the previous install and was able to fix that as well, and he gave us advice how to prevent further damage. Today Brandon helped us with replacing our garbage disposal, new anode rod for the water heater, and cleaning out drains. Everything went really well and we will be in touch again about additional work needed in the bathroom. The HVAC guys always do great work and they are very efficient. We also recommend being in their membership club, because it makes it super easy to stay on top of plumbing and hvac maintenance plus you get discounts, free services, etc. nothing beats having the peace of mind that if we have any issues, we can easily contact 702 PlumbAIR and they can quickly help us out.

I had what I thought was a bad compressor, so I called out 702 PlumbAIR for a compressor replacement estimate. I mustve loosely connected one of capacitor connectors because it fell off. PlumbAIR came over, figured that out and it kicked right on. No service charge. Outstanding, professional, and ethical service is hard to find.

Eliseo, the tech, was very helpful, gave his recommendations and explained what he was doing through the process. I was not happy with the total price of the service, felt it was too high but happy with the results.

We just noticed a water bill of more than $800 in the evening of Friday June 30 and called 702 PlumbAir on Saturday at 7:30 am for help. Stanley visited our house on the same day around 4 pm. I had 2 valves, one shower that I could no longer adjust the hot and cold and one tub that was leaking in my 20 yo + home. AHS sent out a plumber to repair them. Bottom line 1) didnt attempt to repair shower, so still could not adjust hot or cold and 2) stopped leak in #2 but I couldnt adjust the hot or cold. Needed a real plumber to come out and properly assess what the issues were. 702PlumbAIR sent Victor who was amazing from the jump. He explained in detail the issues and with a bit of a struggle, especially in the shower, fixed both. Now I have no leaky tub valve and I can adjust the hot and cold in shower and tub. Brandon and Danny came out to my house because my main line had a break. Another company quoted me double the amount, couldnt come out right away, etc. but these guys came out the next day and worked from 3pm to 9pm straight until I forced them to take a break for 10 minutes and eat something. They said they just wanted to make sure everything was done correctly and tested because of the holidays coming up. They were very polite and cleaned up very well after everything.
