He was very upfront and honest and told me that they wouldn’t be able to get the part I needed recommended someone who can get me the part, told me if I can get the part they’d be more than happy to come out and help me fix my walk-in tubs very wonderful great customer service 100% recommend just on that fact alone.

I was having a problem with not heat. Mike Lawrence was my tech, who showed up. He got my system up in running in not time. He was very professional and explained everything he did (not that I understood) and had photos. He was very neat and respectful of the property. Called Sunrise this am and was very lucky to have Nathan as my tech. He was courteous, knowledgable, and was very thorough.After he checked out my 3 ACs and 3 furnaces, we sat down to discuss all options.I never felt pressured. WOW! Words cannot express how much Nathan impressed me with his character, professionalism, abilities and attention to details. I was lucky to see his work truck at my neighbors house called the office and was fitted on today’s schedule. The problem was quickly diagnosed, explained with repair cost and fixed. I’m grateful as a retired veteran and senior that Sunrise AC services has him on there team. I highly recommend this young man and company if you in need of Hivac repair.

You ever have a day where everything is just going wrong? Thats how it felt when my water heater busted and flooded my garage. Ive had so much on my plate lately and no hot water was the cherry on top. Justin Lopez showed up promptly when my property manager called and was so friendly! He kept me well informed with everything he was doing and replaced our water heater SO quickly! As a not-so-plumbing-savvy person, I asked what I would need to do in case I ever encounter such an issue again and he was happy to teach me how the water heater operates and what to do. (so Im NOT panic calling my significant other at work instead). Sunrise Service has always been wonderful and Justin was prompt, efficient, thorough, quick, professional and friendly! He also identified the cause of the issue and informed me he would make sure the proper people were made aware so Sunrise can set up a time to fix the root of the issue so this doesnt happen again anytime soon. I had my house gas furnace inspected and serviced by SUNRISE Mechanical Service technicians Nathan and Albert today as part of a seasonal service contract. SUNRISE staff were effective in communicating when my service was scheduled. The technicians provided early notification about their expected arrival to my home. The technicians were well groomed, polite and wore shoe covers to limit dirtying my floors. They explained the work they would perform and then completed the work in a timely manner. When they were finished Nathan reviewed the results of his inspection and provided a recommendation about additional non-critical work to consider. They completed cleaning up loose attic insulation before they left. SUNRISE is fortunate to have these exemplary employees. I look forward to continuing working with SUNRISE.

I have been with Sunrise since moving to LV in 2016 and I continue to be impressed and highly recommend them. Their team is dedicated to providing the best service possible, and it shows in every interaction.I have been in the HVAC discount club and having preventative maintenance twice a year gives me peace of mind.I just had my summer maintenance done. My technician Dan is great. He has been doing my service for several years and I appreciate the consistency of having someone who knows me and my house. He is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. This visit he replaced the capacitor on one of my ac units. I am glad he was able to get it replaced so I don’t have problems especially this time of year.In December 2023 I signed up for the Plumbing discount club and I am glad I did. The first visit they had to replace the anode rod in my water heater (picture old & new). My water heater is only a couple years old and I had no idea about maintenance.I just had my second plumbing service and Zolt and Robert were my technicians. They were great. They were polite, knowledgeable and clearly explained that I needed the circulating pump replaced. Also, the shutoff valve was very difficult to turn and they were concerned that I would have trouble turning it off in an emergency. I am greatful for their consideration of what they thought was best for me. They did not have the pump but were able to get it and return to replace it. I appreciate them arranging to get it all completed so I would not have to schedule a separate appointment. I will definitely request them for my future appointments.

I lived in Henderson for 15+ years. The last 6-7 years I’ve used Sunrise to service my AC units in my homes. I ended up getting the most knowledgeable technician in the beginning, I believe his name is Phillip. I continued to request him every time as he was thorough, professional, fast, and very friendly every time. He ensured that every single unit was up to par and thankfully I never had any major issues and I chalk that up to him. Now that I have relocated out of state, it weighed on me to write this as I have had multiple issues with my units and have gone through multiple companies to fix them. When I tell you I wish I could just fly Phil out here to fix the problems, I really mean it. Hope management sees the value he brings to your company.

Sunrise has been our Heating and AC company for the last few years. They are excellent. Phil is our usual technician, and hes always super knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We have an annual service plan, and they do a winter and summer inspection and maintenance. Occasionally, theyll have to replace a capacitor or something, which is to be expected. They are fair and reasonable, and keep our system running perfectly.

It was determined that the compressor in the unit was bad which it shouldn’t have been for being such a brand new unit. I was able to coordinate with my home builder which then coordinated with Sunrise to get the issue resolved. Had the privilege of dealing with Dan R. at Sunrise who was very professional and was awesome overall guy. Dan and I kept in contact over the few days and he was able to get back out with the new part and install it in a couple of days. Overall great company and great professionalism from their employees. Weve been using Sunrise since they installed our heating/AC units in our new home about 20 years ago. A few years ago, they replaced the old upstairs AC unit and earlier this week the downstairs one. They provide excellent service and have fair pricing. Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, we were nervous about having technicians in our home but they followed all health and safety protocols. The people in this company are great to work with, but two standouts are Jerome Logan and Cody Martinez. Jerome is responsive basically 24/7. We chose Sunrise because of our neighbor who was quite satisfied with her new HVAC system. We needed replacement because of a problem with water condensation on old coils in our attic. We went with their mid-range air conditioner from Carrier (Model 24APB6) with up to 16 SEER. Their price was not cheap but competitive. Their service was outstanding. The finished the entire installation of two Acs and two furnaces with all new ducts in less than one day. Their supervisor, Cody Martinez was excellent. Their crew caused some minor damage to the attic panel. He came back with a custom made replacement with a perfect paint match in three days.

I connect with Mike in the office and he dispatches the tech who can best service my home. Most recently, I needed a 2nd opinion on a plumbing leak. Ryan F. was sent to my home to diagnose/find the leak. It was a homeowners claim with a challenging location and a more subtle, slow drip. It took some time and Ryan was able to locate and repair the leak. The entire time, he was patient with my questions and concerns as a homeowner. He arrived on time, was neat and clean when working, and took his time to check and see that repair was done correctly and made sure no additional leaks were present. He was available afterwards to answer additional questions I had and was always easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend Ryan F. and Sunrise for plumbing repairs.
