I got home a little after 9 pm to my account not working. I called Techcool and spoke with Hector and he had Fredd the technician out here in about half an hour. In about an hour, he had my ac up and running. I cant thank them enough for the quick response and professional work done. I would Recommend them to anybody who asks. Thank you again!!

Our AC went out the day we had family coming into town from Illinois. We got one quote from a different company but we felt we should get a second opinion and I am SO glad we did. Zack took one look at our AC unit and knew exactly what was wrong! He was here in 45 minutes of us calling and got us quoted. They came the same day to install and saved us about $5K compared to the quote we got from another company. These guys are skilled, knowledgeable and quick. Great group of people!! Showed up.on time, conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism. I didnt have the money to go through with all of the recommended repairs but i was given multiple options and solutions that got my AC back running that same day. Thanks guys and i will be calling soon to finish out the recommended repairs.

These guys were on it from the start when i called them for my AC system. Hector quoted me what it would cost for the type of unit and said his tech would be here at 7:30 am tomorrow. Hector came out before his tech arrived and checked the system out to ensure that the unit I ordered was the right one and what else he needed to pick up to make sure the job was complete. Freddy showed up and started on the old system at 7:30 am and told me the new unit would be here by 9:30. When the unit arrived, between he and Zach, they finished the work, insulated the copper lines, ensured everything was running smooth, air was cool and flowing right, and we had cool AC by 11:00 am! Great job and outstanding service and timely performance. Highly recommend Techcool AC Repair!
