    We own a handful of commercial properties and Atlas Plumbing does all my Back Flow Prevention test and I love this company man it’s easy hassle free and Jennifer is always there to help and answer any questions. Thank you so much for all your great work Jennifer. ROD the technician that does the back flow test also is an amazing person. Always calls before and communicates with us and lets us know when he will be at the property!! So far we never have had any issues and we look forward to many many years as customers to atlas plumbing !!!

    I’ve never used Atlas Plumbing before, but I will most definitely use them in the future. Glenn and Elvis arrived within my time frame and Glenn went so far as to send me a text message telling me a little about himself and his experience. They did an awesome job on my water heater. It looks great( better than the one they replaced!!! They are courteous, very knowledgeable and and thorough!! Very respectful of my home and me. I couldn’t be more happier with the result!!!     The service technician, Juan, was polite, friendly, respectful yet very professional. He examined the three problems and provided quotes. As well, as requested, a separate quote for hot water replacement. All quotes were very competitive.Two of the three problems were completed quickly, and without problems. The third problem was put on hold, by me, while I seek warranty replacement of a kitchen faucet.The completed jobs were reviewed by Juan and myself to be complete and correctly done. Juan is efficient, thorough, very knowledgeable, and very professional. I highly recommend Atlas Plumbing.

    These guys did a fantastic job. They came within an hours even in the evening. There was a communication snafu on my part and unfortunately they had to come back a second time, but they did. And they also came back the next morning and replaced the hot water heater. Agustin was a very accommodating and extremely customer friendly guy. Hopefully we won’t need to but if we do we definitely use them again.

    When we had another plumbing contractor who completed a commercial retail T.I. project refuse to complete their work and were unresponsive, I called Atlas Plumbing. They were very polite and were able to dispatch a plumber to help complete a few remaining items that allowed the new store to open. Their communication and notifications ahead of the plumber arriving to the stie was great, and their follow up once completed was great as well. I highly recommend Atlas Plumbing!

    Firstly, I appreciate Atlas response on short notice. I had a leak in an exterior irrigation pipe that needed immediate attention. Shayne responded with 90 minutes of my call and quickly diagnosed the problem. After the repair was completed, I was about to settle the bill and bid him goodbye when the repair failed. Apparently, the PVC cement had not cured sufficiently before pressure was applied. A second repair was accomplished and the cement was allowed additional time to cure before water pressure was applied. A minor inconvenience only as long as the repair is successful. Again, I appreciate the quick response.

    Atlas was suggested by a friend of my family. I called and they sent Glen the next day. Glenn is the most professional and problem solving based plumber I have ever met. He is highly skilled at his job and fantastic with communication. From here on in, theres no one else we want for our flooding issues than Atlas.

    Atlas Plumbing was able to scheduled me a same day appointment first thing in the morning. Shayne Gates came out quickly and was able to determine what the issue was. He also pointed out at a flaw within the sink that caused the pipe to leak and was able to explain to professionally.

    This was a brand new build. A Mobil Home. I made it as easy as possible for him and removed all chemicals and bags from underneath the sink. He installed a new garbage disposal and also pointed out incorrect work of the builders. He fixed it at no extra cost. It wasnt much just some un-glued fittings.     Atlas Plumping came highly recommended and their plumbing tech, Justin lived up to my expectations. First, I appreciated him arriving on time. He installed toilet; a touchless motion sense faucet; sink; garbage disposal; and added a TMP drain line, which was not on the original to do list in approximately 3 hrs and this includes the time he had to go and purchase the part(s) for TMP line. I also appreciated that he wore booties: leaving my.home neat and clean. He checked for leaks and answered ALL my questions as well. Lastly, I asked him if Atlas could install my Enagic water unit. He will investigate installing my Enagic and let me know. This was a very positive experience. Thanks a million Justin!!

    First, Sunshine is amazing. I was upset about a perceived issue between her company and another company, whom they gave me a referral for. She called me immediately, apologized (it turned out not to even be a Atlas Plumbing problem, but rather the other company) and she pushed for a resolution on the other side by contacting them and asking them to touch base with me. Super professional and cares about her customers. Well be using Atlas Plumbing again!

    I was referred by a great neighbor to use Atlas plumbing for some valve repairs. When I first called Atlas to make an appointment, they were very quick with offering me same day! I need to schedule the following week! When I called back I explained and wondered if they were able to do the services same day and told the woman on the phone what was happening. She immediately pushed my appointment a couple hours ahead, which I truly appreciated to get the job done earlier. That was the first exceptional customer service thing that happened with Atlas. The next thing was one the man who helped us. Juan was AMAZING!!!! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and just a real nice guy! He definitely knows what he’s doing. He was very time efficient and explained in detail to myself as well as my husband who was not there at the time! During the service he was very professional well mannered!!!     My tankless water heater started acting up, and today it stopped working altogether. I needed a plumber, if I enjoy hot water. I went to the Henderson chamber website directory find colleague in the chamber. This company was my first call. The service advisor was outstanding, even moved some appointments around to make sure I get covered today. The two techs showed up early before the window, which was great. They were thorough and efficient and got right to the problem. They were great at explaining exactly what the problem was and why it happened. Everything is working fantastic now tomorrow morning I will have a hot shower before I start the day!

    Juan came out in a timely manner and was very professional. Offered to wear shoe covers before coming in. He was able to unclog and clean my kitchen sink piping in about 2 hours. It was a tough clog. He also gave me pointers in how to keep the pipes clean to avoid further backup.

    I had an issue come up with my fairly new Rheem tankless water heater. Eliseo from Atlas came out and diagnosed the problem quickly. It wasn’t a problem with my tankless, as Rheem had suggested, but was a problem with another valve in the house allowing cross connection between the hot and cold lines. No charge for the diagnosis. And the other plumber who installed the cross connected valve came back and corrected the problem.Atlas could have taken advantage of me and sold me stuff I didn’t need. They could’ve charged me some coin just for coming out. But they didn’t. That’s a sign of honesty. And honesty means everything today. Atlas has earned a lifetime customer.

    After two other plumbers came over and could not figure out how to fix our re-circulation system for our tankless instant-on hot water heater, Glenn came by and, wow, what a rockstar. First off, he actually listened to my explanation of the problem and what wed been through and when things changed. Second, he came up with a theory of the problem and figured out what was wrong almost immediately (after two other companies had no clue). And third, he fixed it, same-day, including picking up a part from a local warehouse! I couldnt believe it.Our tankless water heater is now instantly hot and working like its new and weve asked Glenn to come back for some other fixes, too. We are so lucky we found him!

    I found I had a busted water pipe this this morning and my front yard, the first plumbing company I called said they would have a Plumbing technician come out on a an emergency basis, 2 hours later I still had no one contact me and a plumbing technician never showed up . So I found Atlas when I Googled Henderson plumbers, when I called Atlas, I believe I spoke with Kat she was very helpful, and super friendly. I Immediately received a text message confirming the repairs, and I had a plumbing technician out to the house within 2 hours. It was a stressful situation , they relieved all my stress and it turned out just fine. it was fairly inexpensive. Im definitely keeping their contact information because I will in the future should I need assistance again I will be contacting Atlas definitely. Even with all the rain and flooding around towntoday they still got the job done in a timely fashion. The plumbing technician was very friendly and explained everything to me as he went so I understood what he was doing. BIG THANK YOU TO ATLAS PLUMBING.

    They were very quick to respond and came out the next day after I called them. The service men were prompt as promised and they called to let me know they were within 15 minutes of arrival. They were very professional and explained why parts had to be replaced. The job was done in about a half hour and they cleaned up after they were finished. Atlas Plumbing does great work but they are very expensive.

    If I could give above the 5 Starts I would! This company from first call to end of install was Fantastic! My water heater gave out with water allllll over my garage and running under garage door to driveway in the evening of Christmas Day. The next morning 1st thing - before business hours - I called Atlas Plumbing and the nicest lady took my information. She was caring and nice and she was the answering service! She made sure she had all my information. The office manager called me back on her way to the office before it even opened and let me know they would have someone to my home with new water heater that morning! And they did!!     Wow! Thanks, Atlas! Juan is an absolute miracle worker. My heating system uses hot water from my water heater to heat my condo. It is complicated and confusing. A previous owner had also done some crazy faucet installations that never properly mixed hot and cold water. Multiple plumbing companies over multiple years have been unable to correct these problems in a meaningful way. Juan took the time to thoroughly examine and diagnose each aspect. He went out of his way to explain every step, and he then proceeded to fix every problem in such a way that, weeks later, everything is still working perfectly.     Atlas Plumbing is most definitely my first goto for my plumbing needs especially because of their plumber named Glen. Had a shower leak and even prior to providing a quote for the cartridge replacement after thorough inspection, Glen verified that the cartridge wasn’t still under warranty first. Glen also went above and beyond double checking possible options to savage the existing leaking sink fixture, but to prevent further issues with leaks he recommended the proper type that would specifically fit the existing sink that should be purchased. Not only, did he do a seamless yet difficult install but also cleaned the built up lime residue leaving the entire work area cleaner than it was originally presented. I truly feel Glen is a true asset to the company as he is a honest, resourceful service man and provides multiple solutions for all types of budgets. Am grateful to Glen at Atlas Plumbing for his speedy and efficient repairs. Lastly even though his work is warranted for a whole year after his repairs, I haven’t yet found any reason to redeem this extra reinforcement of his quality work.

No more than 30 minutes later I got a text saying Richard was already on his way! He was able to diagnose and fix the issue without a hitch.     I hired Atlas to come fix a tub spout that was dripping. The men who arrived, Juan and someone else were professional and friendly especially towards my new puppy. They fixed the leak; however, there were some issues.#1: $450 for a shower cartridge replacement is astronomically high. The national average for this type of repair is around $200.#2: if the cartridge repair hadnt worked, they quoted over $800 to replace the shower valve assembly which should be closer to around $500 with parts and labor included.My suggestion, use them if you want good quality work, but shop around for better prices if you are on a budget and dont want to spend 2 hours or more being upselled on repairs and accessories that arent necessary.5 stars for fixing the issue I had.

    I recently experienced a failed water heater. Atlas sent technicians within an hour of my first call. The lead plumber sent his photo ahead along with his bio. When he and his assistant arrived they assessed the situation and immediately began solving g the problem. I felt safe, respected, and well treated. I am very happy with the tankless system I selected, it was a reasonable price,, and it was installed that same day. They also connected me with a highly reliable company (WFM) for the water damage and a respected company to do the drywall and floor repair. It wasnt a happy day to find water that day, but once Atlas Plumbing arrived, I knew how I was going to get through it. They are family owned and they do their job well!

    Ive had Atlas Plumbing come out prior on a former home for water softener install and was satisfied; and today on current residence Mario came out and exceeded expectations. He was punctual, professional, personable, knew his stuff and was efficient with time (which was super important considering this was a condo and water to all residents had to be turned off while he worked). Would definitely recommend Atlas again (and Mario) based on my experiences today!

    After calling 13 different plumbers in Las Vegas area that claimed to be 24 hours, Atlas was the ONLY business that truly stood by this claim. When our main water shut off valve/gate would not turn back on and we had zero water to our house they were willing to come out late on a Saturday night. Tricia was so incredibly helpful and kind, she worked with me to get someone out quickly since we had a house full of guests and no running water. She was attentive and called back exactly when she said she would. She sent Danny to our home and he was on time (early actually), very fast and professional. He replaced the broken gate valve and also installed a pressure regulator that was missing from our home. Danny and his partner were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend Atlas Plumbing and appreciate their willingness to help and to try be available 24 hours. Not all plumbing issues can wait until after the weekend! Thank you Atlas!

    Will I start off searching for the plumber by reading reviews and what kind of work they can perform. I called several plumbers and told them I have an emergency about main water line break but they couldn’t get anyone out to my property. So then I call Atlas Plumbing, spoke to either Kat or Michell (sorry ladies if I got you mixed up.) Jason (technician) , Hudo and Jopi was sent out to the property, these guys have great knowledge of what needs to be repair. I like to give a shout out Hugo and Jopi for doing amazing job on Main water pipe line. These guys are such a great workers, from cutting the concrete and digging up dirt to get to the main source. I recommend these 3 guys and I give them 5++stars.

    Eliseo was very professional, informative and qualified. He was also very responsive and was at my house within an hour of calling Atlas plumbing. The person who originally took my call was also very helpful in explaining the steps I needed to take with restorative measures and sent DFW Resoration out to my house with the plumber. He also did a great job of explaining the process that needed to happen. I would recommend both of these companies without reservation.

    Mario was super friendly and got the job done quickly! He was very helpful and explained everything to me, he even took the time to show me where the water shutoff was in case I ever need to use it. Great company! I rent my home now but when we buy a house in the next few years this is the company I will definitely use!

    Had leak on the recirculating heater. They answers my call without waiting and immediately verified a tech was available. He arrived on time 20 minutes later looking very professional. He quickly assessed the problem and said he could immediately fix it. Which he did very neatly. The tech Stanley was efficient, professional and neat cleaning up after he completed the project quickly with quality. I highly recommend this company to any one who needs service.

    Words can not express how grateful I am that Glenn is honest, professional, skilled and knowledgeable! I had a flooded bedroom from a hot water pipe leak under the cement floor.He found the leak, refitted the piping through the walls and ceiling and finished all of this in one day!! Not only will I use Atlas again and request Glenn, but I have already given his card out 3 times. Yesterday was my repair!!

    I went with Atlas after getting a quote with a competitor. Their prices, and service made me do more research. David was awesome, and he showed a willingness to help. He quoted me a good price, and he did what he could because he was on light-duty. The next day Thomas came, and finished the job in a timely manner, with the sun on his back. In addition, he helped with a side project, which I thought would cost another appointment.Ive learned a lot about plumbing from Atlas, and I trust them to recommend to my friend who just bought a new build.

    I had a pipe burst in my front yard. I called Atlas as I had a good experience with them before. Brandon came out within 15 minutes of me calling. Quick service! The pipe outside was wrapped but it still burst with the cold weather. Seeing the condition of the pipe I asked him if we could replace both parts and the fittings. I didnt want to fix one part and have the old part work harder and possibly burst. He examined it and said it didnt need to be done but understood my concern. He explained what he was going to do and made sure I understood. He was respectful and courteous. I would call Atlas again and recommend them.

    I called Atlas Plumbing after reading great reviews about them. I needed to try another plumbing company as I have a feeling that the previous company I had is unreliable as the problem reoccur again today. Lashawn scheduled me first thing next morning. However, she was kind and sent a technician to check quickly to ensure that we dont have a major leak problem. How awesome is that! She cares like she is part of the family and in these day and age we seldom have this kind of genuine care for clients. Great thing about this company is they sent a picture of the technician coming to your home with a great get to know them briefer. I love it!I was also blown away by Technician Danny for his expertise, no BS and honest diagnostics. He immediately pointed out that the leak was NOT our main water line but the main sprinkler line and matter of fact said, Maam , I can fix that but you dont want me to do that coz I would be too expensive to do that. Just call for landscaper person. He then proceeded to educate me where the main water line to the house and the main sprinkler line is and how to turn off on both valves. Checks my water heater and gave diagnostics and honest opinion/recommendations.This business company is truly honest and reliable in the truest sense. Highly recommend!

    Atlas Plumbing did my Shower drain and replaced a corroded Delta valve cartridge for a lot less than other plumbing companies quoted me. David S. was my plumber and hes a great guy. Very nice and a good worker. Great company..Highly recommend if you want to be treated fair

    I called Atlas to assist me with changing out my shower drain and check for leaks To make a long story short, Eric came by and told me that I really didnt need his help. There was no leak, and the replacement I purchased could be installed without his help. Eric was soooooo nice, professional, and helpful!     Atlas was recommended to me via a friend after I was getting nowhere with a serious sewage issue that my home warrantee and related service providers were completely unhelpful about. After taking matters into my own hands, I got quotes from three companies and Atlas was the most affordable and most thorough in their assessment of the issue. David B was kind and detailed. You could tell he really cared about his workmanship. He helped me understand the problem, provided a clear estimate and performed the work quickly, cleanly and with honesty.     Water heater took a dive this morning. Started calling around to see who could replace it today vs. tomorrow or next week. Atlas Plumbing said no problem. The lady who answered the phone was awesome, friendly and most of all helpful unlike the other three business I called. She said she needed to make sure they could get my water heater (warranty) and she would call me back and guess what? She actually CALLED ME BACK! I know. I was blown away too. Said her tech would be here between 6 - 8 pm but they finished their other job early and got here at 3 pm. Sent me a very nice text to give me info on the tech (nice touch!). Took a couple of hours and we are back to taking showers. The two techs were friendly and knowlegeable (and masked up of course). Cannot recommend this company highly enough. They were listed on the site of the water heater but they will be my go-to plumbers in the future.

    I urgently needed a commode cleared. I called on a Thursday and was scheduled for Saturday morning. Their tech had a family emergency and I was rescheduled for the afternoon.     Absolutely amazing customer service from the moment I went on the website to get some info. I was in contacted by a customer service rep who took down my info so that I can get the ball rolling on an appointment. Received call early morning, was able to get same day appointment. The service technician, Brandon, was awesome. He answered my questions and helped me find the source of my leak fast (garden water line). I have a resolution in place and peace of mind knowing that my house is leak free. I would recommend them for anyone who wants to get good professional courteous service. Again, than you to Brandon.     Needed a new water heater for my manufactured home. The tech Eric came out and gave me a price, which I thought was fair. Was able to get a new tank and installed within about 3 hours. Very impressed. Mentioned something about the water line coming into the home and a way to increase water flow. I will asking for him to come back and take care of that as well.

    I woke up to a wet garage floor due to leaky water heater. Atlas answered my call at 6:15am and Eric E was at my door by 11am. The water heater was under warranty so I only needed to pay for labor/install. Eric was very friendly, helpful, and endured a 2+ hour long phone hold with the manufacturer to confirm the warranty exchange. I very much appreciate Eric and the team and will use Atlas again!
