Absolutely first class service! Heat pump thermostat had an error code with an ice storm forecast the next day. Called our usual HVAC service (who claim to have 24/7 emergency service). Answering service got a hold of on call technician who took an hour to call us. Honestly sounded drunk on the phone and made the statement I bet youre cold! Said would head our way - never showed up and no further contact. Cold night in the house. Ice storm started next morning so I called On-Time HVAC (honestly not expecting anyone to come out in the terrible conditions but mainly to get on their list of appointments once the weather improved). Technician (think his name was Brandon) called back almost immediately and after asking a few questions said he would be on his way and was at our house about an hour later. Made a temporary fix with system to get us heat until the weather improves. Excellent service, recommend 5 stars! Will be using On Time for all our HVAC service in the future.

I have used them 3 times now for different issues and they are always polite and nice with explanations when I need one. They do a good job. I left a message on Saturday, they called today and were here by 10:30 am. The problem was my toilet. By process of elimination the problem is in the vent. He recommended another service who has special cameras to do the job because they dont have any. I am fine with that but would recommend the company buying one. We will be getting a total house Halo water filtration system through them soon. Sounds like it will take care of the fair quality water here in Owensboro.

Everything went like clockwork! The tech(Devin?) was knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. He informed me that I could have surge protectors installed and explained how they protect my heat pump from being destroyed or damaged. I really appreciated his advice and had two installed: one on the inside unit and one on the outside unit. Also he asked me when I had my heat pump installed and when I looked it up he informed me that my warranty expired next May and it would be wise to replace an expensive circuit board before the warranty expires. I agreed so he ordered the part and he will install it when it arrives. I am very pleased with my experience and I highly recommend Ontime! Also I like that I am told exactly what it will cost before the work is done. Also he inspected my unit thoroughly.

The technician went above and beyond! I was not at home, however he didn’t just turn around and leave like most people would. He took the time to call me and we agreed to him starting the project of finding out why my heater wasn’t working. He was honest in letting me know the problem was so simple and explained the fact that 2 switches on air handler were not breakers. They are the on and off switches. However, he didn’t just do the job at hand and flip the switches and leave. He actually checked my ductwork and come to find out. I have a critter in my crawlspace that has destroyed some ductwork and I had a feeling that that was happening because I heard the critter. Most technicians would have left immediately when I wasn’t there would have never explained the situation to me and would have never went further in the immediate job and actually checked everything. I just wanna say thank you and as always, you provide excellent service I don’t know where you find your technicians, but they are always top-notch and I appreciate that. Excellent customer service. Your technicians are your asset- treat them good!

The plumber that came to connect my new faucet was excellent. I give him 5 stars. The cost of the installation (I purchased the faucet separately) was exorbitant. $300to hook up a faucet is double what other plumbers charge plus a $79 fee to come to my house, highway robbery. So, if I chose not to pay $300 for the faucet hook up, I was still on the hook for $79. For that reason, I will never call On Time again.

OnTime is the only HAVC company I will ever use. We started with them about 5 years ago. Always polite, considerate and very knowledgeable. Actually, one of the techs just left my house after, replacing a part in the outside unit. My problem was unit freezing up. Tech Devin had found a wasp nest inside the panel box that shorted out the defrost timer. He was here a couple days ago and came back today to finish the job and get me up and running again. My upstairs master bath started leaking last week behind the wall and the “do it myselfer” person that i am tried fixing it myself only to still have a leak… once i realized that i was probably in over my head, i decided to call in the pros! So i gave On-Time Heating & Air a call and they had someone out the same day within 2 hours… He arrived and I explained the situation and he began thoroughly inspecting everything we could see.. within a short time he found the cause of the leak from a faulty O Ring and corrected the issue.. Me thinking that by calling a plumber out I’d be out hundreds of dollars, simply was nothing more than a service call! Our ac unit quit working during these high temps, they came out same day (a Friday no less) to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately my unit was so old the manufacturer quit making parts and my unit needed to be replaced. Like many I don’t have a lot of funds stacked in my bank account and they were very tentative and understanding to my financial needs. They worked magic getting the cost as low as possible for a new installation and will begin the process on Monday. They were absolutely the best I have worked with and didn’t push unnecessary up sales.

Our A/C went out on a Wednesday and a technician was at my house that day within hours of calling them. Turns out it was the blower and they needed to order a new one. So they ordered it and it arrived on Friday and they were able to get there and get it install by 4:30p.I took a way 1 star for 2 reasons and it’s not so much as complaints as I would and will use this company again and have been using them for the past 12+ years.*My A/C was installed by this company so I was surprised they didn’t have a blower for my a/c on hand. Maybe this is normal, I don’t know I would have just assumed they would since it’s their a/c. I equipment changes over the years but considering they installed it and I’ve been doing their maintenance memberships since I just thought they would have one on hand. A blower just seems to be a part that probably goes out after awhile as I’ve heard or several others saying the same thing. Either way they ordered it and got it install 2 days later so it all worked out.*Wednesday we were told they would order the part and they would call to let us know eta. Thursday yes hadn’t heard from them so my husband called and was told they would check eta and call him back in the afternoon. We never heard from them so Friday around I guess it was around 1:30/2 I called and they were very apologetic but said they would check and call me back. At this point I didn’t figure it wasn’t there so even if it did arrive they most likely wouldn’t be able to get to us and we would have to go all weekend w/out a/c so I left to go purchase a window unit because it was 91 degrees in this out and the next day temps would getting higher over the weekend. I got the a/c was headed home when I got the call the part arrived and they would be there within the house to install it. This made me happy, and it was great service that they could get there that day I just felt like if there had been more communication that would have saved me from doing this. I mean we all know when parts are headed our way these days, right? I get constant updates from fedex and ups regarding my orders going out for delivery. However, I know maybe they were short handed or maybe it was just an oversight. Either way it wasn’t a huge deal since I was able to return the a/c unused. But that did bring me to an idea.They should have a portable or window unit they can loan to customers while they are waiting on parts when it’s going to be so hot and humid out and if it will take longer than a 24/48 hours for the repair to be completed. **Especially, for their club members **Maybe have a stipulation of a hold on the card for the a/c or the service and parts they are awaiting must be paid for in advance. I don’t know, I was just thinking that would be some type of customer service if they offered something like that. I was mentioning this to someone and was told another local business does offer this. Anyway just something to think about.Otherwise, I am very happy with this company and will continue to use them for our a/c & heating issues.

When I called to request a service technician to repair my ac unit, it was already after hours & me & my 5 fur babies were absolutely miserable as it was 84° in the house. I was told there would be someone to look at my unit soon as he completed the job he was on & Gage arrived within an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem, discussed pricing & options, & made arrangements to return early the following day since he didnt have the part needed on hand. He was knowledgeable, friendly, very polite, & thoroughly explained the problem & the corrective actions needed to get my unit working again ( he was also considerate enough to wear shoe coverings when he came inside to look at the furnace).In my opinion, although it was a somewhat pricey repair, it was fair & worth every penny, taking into consideration that it was fixed within a 24 hour window, with a 1 hour response time on the initial call. I plan on installing a new unit next summer & will not hesitate to have OnTime do the work - they also offer a great financing program. Im a very happy customer.

Our air conditioner tried to take the weekend off unbeknownst to me...but those plans were thankfully thwarted! I noticed the house feeling stuffy around 6 pm Friday evening. I knew they were predicting temps to be in the mid 90s for the upcoming weekend and I do not do hot! I have Multiple Sclerosis and the heat of our summers are my kryptonite. We managed to stay somewhat cool overnight but come Saturday around noon, I was done with it! We tried to get the AC going but had no luck. I was not sure who to even call as we are new to Robards and fearing the worst, I got busy calling the local repair shops I found on Google. I called one of the most recommended places, On Time Heating and Air. I got an answering machine and decided to not leave a message but would call back in a few. To my surprise, my phone rang immediately- it was the On Time scheduling rep. She was so very polite and she wasted no time getting my basic info and stated the tech would be at my house in approximately 1 hour. She said he would call when he was nearing the house. Quicker than a 30 minutes or less pizza guy, we had a tech pulling in the drive. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and he was able to fix our problem. He even loved on our sweet Great Dane Gypsy! I was so very thankful for On Time and the service tech for responding so quickly and kindly. My health would have suffered so much if they had not been prepared with replacement parts and a well trained technicians who took so much pride in his work. Again, On Time is the bees knees! 100/10

We spent over $9000.00 for a new heating and air system from Ontime. It has never worked right. The service tech is always friendly but lacking in skills. In the summer you cant use the air because it continues to freeze up you must turn it off often so that the BLOCK OF ICE will melt, they still cant figure out what is causing that. Now I have no heat and the thermostat reads CALL FOR SERVICE . I called and ask to speak with the manager, guess what NO RETURN CALL, as of yet. I wanted to speak with the manager because we are tired of paying for service visits for this $9000.00 LEMON.Guess what good business starts at the top if management dont care its going to trickle down.11/14/2022 UPDATING MY RESPONSE.I finally did receive a call back from the manager same day 5 hours later. He was concerned and was willing to send the techs out that same day. But I requested the next day. They came and was able to discover that we had a bad part that was causing all the problems. They ordered a new part and put a temp on until the new part came in. The new part has been installed and system in working fine so far. Again the techs were very friendly and helpful. So I am changing my rating from two stars to four stars. I also want to thank the manager for all his time and concerns, they all did go above and beyond.

We always use On Time to maintain our HVAC because we cannot manage accessing our filter placement. They always come and do the job easily and quickly. They are very courteous and friendly!
