We had Jack Dish Plumbing come out to replace vaccum water preventer valve. It was replaced but a couple days later we found a small leak. We called them and they sent Valentino out the same day I called back. Valentino was great and fixed the problem. That was several days ago and still no issues. We really like this company.

Highly recommend this company. They saved the day after two days of working with a nightmare plumbing company. The job of replacing our washing machine water valves was done quickly and efficiently. Two (or so years ago) I had toilet problems. New house, cheap materials. You know the drill. Contractors cutting corners.The house was five years old at the time. Those A$$HOLE commercial, TV, Yellow Page, big ticket plumbing companies basically considered my issues too minor to be bothered with.One local company gave me a quote over the phone that was so astronomical, it took everything I had not to.... nevermind.They essentially told me what I needed and what they werent going to do. Even though I wanted something specific and I would waive the warranty.Anyway, this rant is too long.I got Jack!JACK DISH himself came out because he was short-handed!Thats a cool neighborhood guy with quality work at reasonable prices.Not cheap, but reasonable.Sorry for the late review Mr. Dish.

Nelson and Frankie were fantastic!! Super friendly and professional. The company itself had plumbers available right away (especially since I only have one bathroom, so it was a fairly dire need for a replacement), and finished the job so much quicker than I was expecting. They were personable, fun & easy to talk to, and did a stellar job with the installation. It looks perfect. They caulked the area and left no mess whatsoever, then hauled away the old unit. I work from home and they made zero disturbances while I was working. They also even went and picked up the toilet from Lowes for me before arriving for the install, which saved me from having to carry it or bring it upstairs, and we’re very complimentary of my home and the area. They also didn’t try to upsell on anything, they came and did the job that they were assigned to do (SO refreshing compared to many other companies who really just send out sales people disguised as technicians). HIGHLY recommend this company, and these plumbers specifically. I will most definitely be using Jack Dish Plumbing from now on, and my parents are also prepared to use them when the time may come. Plus I’ll be telling any of my friends and coworkers who might need any plumbing work done as well.

My only downstairs toilet clogged due to a hard object being accidentally flushed down. My mother uses this bathroom, as she is 85 and cannot climb stairs. Jack Dish Plumbing came highly recommended by a family member. We called and he came out in less than 24 hours and managed to snake the object out. Amazing and very efficient work!!We asked if he had a few more minutes to look at an upstairs shower, which he was happy to do. Shower fixed and he did a tune up on the toilet.I would highly recommend this company. My family member was serviced by Jacks sons for a job that required some heavy digging outdoors. This company seems to be equipped to handle any plumbing work, both big and small. Great family, nice guys, very professional, and all for a really really reasonable price. Dont waste your time calling any other company.Thanks again Jack. I wanted to tip you, but its in poor taste to tip the owner.

Fantastic help from Dan. We moved into a new house to discover the water heater was not working. Not something you want to find out after a day moving heavy furniture (thankfully it wasnt July). Dan worked with the management company to quickly get approval for the replacement unit, then tracked one down and got it installed for us same day so we didnt have to wait a third day to shower.Very professional, very friendly and did excellent work. I would absolutely recommend Dan and Jack Dish Plumbing.

I called Jack Dish Plumbing because I had success with them years back when they beat another plumbers quote for a sink install.This time I called them because I noticed my water bill going up for months. So I knew I had a leak... and it was getting worse.It wasnt easy to isolate the leak, they checked different lines, and finally figured out how the plumbing was routed into my house as it splits off for a water softener thats no longer there.They diagnosed and worked on it over 2 days. The price was very very reasonable!Everyone who was here was very clean with their work, and my water meter is no longer showing a leak!I highly recommend Jack Dish Plumbing!Thanks guys!

Had Jack come out to replace a 13 year old kitchen faucet. He did an outstanding job. He had to replace a corroded hot water valve in order to install the new faucet. He had all the parts necessary and installed the faucet in under an hour. Very personable and the price was most reasonable. The plumbers were kind, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way.My only complaint is that they advertise a senior discount on their website, but would not directly answer my question about this until the end. At the time of payment, they gave me a $10 discount on a $950 bill. I found this offensive since most senior discounts are at least 5-10%.

I am writing about my customer experience with Jack Dish Plumbing. We had a kitchen faucet replaced in February 2023. Kudos to Jack Dish Plumbing from beginning to end to and to their excellent employees for their interest and professionalism (Jennifer & Nelson).In addition, Jack Dish Plumbing went above and beyond to solve our leak problem. In September we returned from vacation to find our floor puffed up and a strange smell from the sink. They connected us with a mold restoration company who did demo looking for the leak but without luck. Then plumbers Nelson, David and Joey came out multiple times to investigate and found the cause of the leak. Jennifer worked dilligently with me repeatedly to help send the proper materials to AAA to ensure coverage of our damages due to the leak. Come to find out, insurance covers damages but not the plumbing costs. In any event, this family owned business, Jack Dish Plumbing, helped us through this catastrophic experience. I would enthusiastically recommend Jack Dish Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

I have been using Jack Dish for the last 6 or 7 years. Starting w some pretty basic drain clearing and moving to bigger projects from there. I have found them to always be responsive when needed. Professional and personable. We always feel comfortable with letting them in the door and into our home. Jennifer in the office is a pleasure to work with. She handles the challenges of scheduling around our crazy lives with alacrity and aplomb. Nelson and Josh and Chris and all the guys work with the calm confidence of experience and competentcy. They are quick and efficient. They never leave a mess either. Its like you never had a problem in the first place. Top notch. Cannot recommend them enough. If you have a plumbing problem they will solve it.

Friendly scheduler Erin found time in a busy holiday week to schedule a water heater replacement and installation of a recirculating pump. Dan came on time and quickly performed the work.
