Angel Bravo was out technician; we had an issue with our wiring affecting various outlets - Angel literally diagnosed and repaired the issue in about 15 minutes. We are very satisfied.We were slightly frustrated that the dispatcher didnt give us a realistic time frame to expect Angel to arrive. She told us a broad window of 8-5 PM. Angel called us he was on his way around 5:20ish, so I dont think theres a good line of communication on how long jobs are taking.But Angel was awesome. If they allow you to request people for your appointments, Id hire Angel again as an electrician. Angel himself gets 5/5!

Called at 4:47 by 5;02:Levi and Dane quickly called saying they were on there way. They did assessment and found the issue with my water softener. They tried to help with getting me a new one. But unfortunately the company Im financing my current system thru Im not able to get out of it. But as for the service Levi and Dane provided was exceptional, fast response and great customer service. They showed they really like there jobs and care for there customers.

I used their services summer of 2023 and it came from a recommendation from an acquaintance. It was right at the start of the summer season and my air was blowing 90 degrees in my house. They were the only company that was able to come out in 24 hours, unlike other companies that said it was going to be a week before they could get out. The gentleman that came out to service my unit found the problem piece, got the replacement part, and fixed it within 3 hours. I have recommended them to anyone that needs AC service.

We submitted a ticket through our home warranty company due to our A/C going out. When Willie and Bryan came out, they did as much as they could that first day to let us know what was wrong. We ended up having to have both our A/C and furnaces replaced due to age and being miss serviced. They came out before 9 am and stayed until almost 8pm making sure everything was taken care of and up to our standards. They were more than courteous, answered all of our questions, and made sure we knew what was done and why. We will be calling them again for maintenance and repairs.

If you have any fixtures that needs replacing in your home this is the BEST company to call. The installer Nate was very helpful reviewing our current needs. The company also gave us a very good estimate for the electrical labor needed to complete the job. There was no hassle/delay setting up the appointment and completing the work. Nate was also the installer for our project. He is a very efficient worker, nice, and friendly, we will recommend/request him for any future projects. We will be using this company again for additional work. I only add a couple of pics of a all day job at our home. Again, I would highly recommend this company for your future home projects.

We fixed our Toilet and now it’s fine ! The tech NEVER used anything to try and get it out.A waste of $85 using our warranty. We never want this company to come out AGAIN!!

David has helped me on multiple air conditioning items and is always nice and explains everything in detail so I understand. After completing a diagnostic and finding my compressor is amping high, but still working overall, I decided not to do any replacement at this time. However, due to having pets, I was concerned about the indoor temperature and I only had a standard thermostat. David and I discussed getting a programmable thermostat so I can monitor the indoor temperature of my home in case my a/c stopped working. David just installed a Sensi programmable thermostat (made by Emerson) and I am so pleased with the install and the peace of mind it gives me. Scheduling was easy and David was communicative to let me know he was on his way. The installation was professional and the thermostat is hard wired, so I dont have to use anymore batteries. Im so glad David took care of this for me because I know the install was done correctly and I can be rest assured that when Im not home, I know what temperature my home is. In addition, Ive used Ideal Services for other work in the past and they are always friendly and willing to help if I have any questions, even after the install. Thank you!

This is the third time Ive used the services at ideal services. Dwayne has been out the past two times for plumbing issues. He is fantastic and so professional. This time our water heater went out. He came out, inspected it. The base was soaked so we had two options to have the base taken out, dry out the wall and replace the base box or replace the water heater with a tankless system for a little bit more than the wall work and a tanked water heater. We went with the tankless as it will save money and be more efficient in the long run. Dwayne was so nice and explained everything to us about the new tankless water heater and after the install he followed up to see how we liked it that night. We love the new tankless water heater. It is so nice to always have hot water and never worry about it getting cold. I highly recommend ideal services for your plumbing needs!

I cant say enough about this company! Ideal Services came out the same day and were so professional and fast. Jason Garcia was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything to me and my elderly aunt and uncle (who the services were provided to). What I appreciate the most and value was his customer service because again he explained the problem my relatives were having with their plumbing and he offered a solution that they were comfortable with. My appointment was scheduled very quickly, and the assigned Technician was very personable, knowledgeable, and found what was happening with my homes waterpipes quickly. For the duration of the issues detection and repairs I noted the Tech to be very organized, prepared, and did a very thorough job in finding where my homes waterpipe was leaking which made his repairing it very fast. His efforts quickly found the issue, explained what repair work needs to be done and recommend ways for me to minimize water damage. Really happy with the quality of repair work done!

Nathan arrived within the scheduled time frame for electrical service. This being the pandemic months, he was also wearing a face mask. He quickly troubleshooted the problem and resolved the issue (outlets not working). He explained how some of the wiring works on GFCI outlets. On the second issue, with a broken GFCI breaker at the power panel, he verified the problem and worked quickly to replace the malfunctioning GFCI breaker.

The service was excellent. That said, getting this company and my First American Home Owners insurance on the same page was a nightmare. Although I was assured by the insurance company that the job had been approved and giving me a work order for it, Ideal Services apparently would never find the work order or the emails from my insurance company. It has been very frustrating. No hot water for12 days. The repair man who came was great though. Nice person and quality work. I’ve given them 5 stars because of the repairman. Not because of the office staff. One more thing, be ready to be put on hold for more than half an hour when you call.
