    I recently hired Astro Plumbing for a garbage disposal installation, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service! From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional.     Astro Plumbing did such an amazing job installing our water heater when our old one busted. They gave a us great price for a new tankless water heater, water softener, and RO water filtration system. The set up is simply stunning. After the job was completed, a sudden leak started under the sink. They were quick to respond and helped us identified the issue and even gave us a great discount to install a new faucet and put in new lines! Everyone on the team was so friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them in the future!!

    We unfortunately found ourselves with a water main leak somewhere between the meter in the street and the house. Luckily, Pirate Plumbing responded to my request for quotes for repair. Unlike many other companies, they did not require $50-$125 just to provide a quote! Donny the ops manager arrived on time and quickly provided options to get the problem fixed. We ultimately opted for a full line replacement and they quickly got to work. The work was as promised, very professional and quick all at a fair price. Even the city inspector commented on the quality of the work! Donny is an excellent plumber and everyone I came into contact at Pirate is the same. Professional, friendly and accommodating to get the job done. We have now found our plumbing company for all our needs moving forward. Thank you Pirate for the great work!!

    The 2-man team from Astro did a very good job. They were timely, professional, and thorough. They explained well what repair work needs to be done and the expected result of the repair work.     Astro plumbing is phenomenal! First, I got a call back on a Sunday. Michael was very professional and told me a 2 hour window for the following day. He texted me on his way which was in the timeline.Second, Astro had fantastic communication through the entire process. Kevin and Joseph always let me know when they would be there and what they were doing as the process continued.Third, this company is very trustworthy. I was never concerned about them being in my house and basically had run of the house.BTW, this started as a water leak in copper in the attic which I asked to have the entire house redone.I highly recommend this company.     The leak was a loose gasket at top of water softener and Matt fixed in minutes and no charge. Someone using walker right now as rod in left leg as fell backwards 11/15/23. Doing better but people’s help like your company and Matt are great till I am able to walk better.

    I had a water leak at the valve box, in front of the house. I called Astro plumbing and was able to have Nick there to fix a few leaks within a couple hours. The service was professional, affordable and extremely friendly. They treated me as if I knew the owner. I highly recommend Astro Plumbing and will refer any and everyone to them.     Great experience! The girl who set my appointment was very thorough, professional, and polite. The text reminders were all on point. When Nick came out he was amazing! He was polite, professional, and best of all honest! I mightve been a little over reactive thinking I had a problem with a new toilet. Nick took the time to show me the mechanics and explain why it was making the noise it was making. While he was there I asked about replacing a water softener we havent used in forever. Again, he was extremely knowledgeable and honest and explained things we never knew about them. Even showed us how regardless of not using our current system our water was still going through it, and showed us the bypass line to stop it from doing that. I luckily might not need them... But I definitely will keep them saved as my new plumbers and recommend them to anyone who asks.

    Mike and his crew from Pirate Plumbing were awesome. They took the time to talk with us on the phone, to help diagnose a potential problem and solution. They were super honest and friendly, making us feel like family. This was reassuring and relieving for us, because 3-4 plumbers we spoke with prior to them gave us the run around, high price quotes, and didnt take the time to listen to us. Mike and his crew changed that. When they came out, they worked professionally and with quality customer service. Their pricing was amazing and the end result was beyond what we could expect.     Will was phenomenal. I had a clogged sewer line. We had tried another company originally and they didnt get the job done and gave up telling us it wasnt fixable but Will did it. He didnt give up and then talked to my dad for awhile to help us figure out a plan to prevent it from happening in the future. I cannot say enough good things about will. Great company and amazing customer service. He went above and beyond.Edit: have used again since my initial review and the rebrand to astro plumbing and have received the same phenomenal service each time. Nick is a hero. He cleared a line another 2 companies my home warranty sent out couldnt and was super kind and made me feel so much better about a really terrible situation. Honestly will always recommend astro plumbing and will continue to use each time I need a plumber as they are reliable and trustworthy.

    I had a garbage disposal issue right before Thanksgiving and Pirate Plumbing was called in to repair. The technician that came out was very friendly and extremely professional. He advised me of his status and followed up with an ETA call, which he arrived as he stated. He replaced the disposal very quickly and I was back to using my sink and new disposal in no time.

    I had a shower handle that was falling apart and the screw was stripped. I called Astro Plumbing to help get the old handle off and put the new one on. Nick came over and had to saw off the handle. He was careful to protect my house by wearing shoe covers, he was cautious in my shower, and even washed the shower once everything was completed. Great service and my new shower handle works great!

    Kelvin was very professional when he arrived. He wore dust cover ensuring his shoes will not bring the dirt to my house. His time frame was reasonable within 2 hours range instead of many days 9-5. He is skillful in his trade , fixing the disposal within 30 minutes like he estimated.

    A copper pipe on my 7-year old whole house filtration system located in the garage accidentally got bent and started leaking at 10pm. Called 8 other 24/7 plumbers, explained the leak and what needed to be repaired, but none of them had the parts on hand or the staff available to fix the leak until the next day. Pirate Plumbing, however, knew exactly what was needed to do the repair and Technician Nick volunteered to take on the job at 11:30pm. Nick was on site by midnight, did a thorough inspection to validate my assessment of the repair needed, and had our water running again by 2am. He was professional, hard working, and polite--traits that are difficult to find amongst the workforce these days. Thanks to Pirate Plumbing, my brood of children were able to take showers and get ready for school in the morning. Highly recommend Pirate Plumbing, especially in an emergency situation.

    I cannot rant and rave enough about Ken and his crew. I had a sewer emergency Memorial Day weekend and kept getting the run around from Other companies and my home warranty company. Finally I got in contact with Kenny at Pirate and he came over and was there till about 10pm figuring out a plan that I felt comfortable with. Work started at 8am that next morning... yes- on a holiday weekend & on memorial day!!! I just bought my house and havent even been in at six months and had to replace the sewer pipe outside my house as this was the second time I had a back up inside. The job was totally crazy and my pipes were full of tree roof, but Kenny assured me everything would be done correctly and on time. I cannot recommend Ken and his crew enough because not only were they fantastic to work with, they are all talented and very skilled and knowledgeable of what they are doing. I will recommend Ken to anyone and everyone i know. Thank you so so much for being so throughout and professional, easing my stress and anxieties, Abs truly being top notch!     Amazing Customer service from The Dispatch Department to the Plumber who did our repair, which was Donny. Not only was Donny on time but he was very knowledgeable.     What can I say? I have a home warranty that connected me to pirate plumbing and I was skeptical at first especially after reading the reviews because nothing can be that good right? Well I was wrong. They were awesome. Not only were they able to work around their crazy booked schedule to help me out just to get water pressure to my shower when the water heater went out they expedited my claim to get the ball moving with my hmc to get it done quickly. I highly recommend this company for anything plumbing wise.

    No one enjoys having to contact a plumber, especially on a Friday morning. I called Pirate Plumbing and Donny answered the call prior to them even opening. He was down the street from my house and came over to evaluate my water heater. He determined quickly that it needed to be replaced. After that his front office rep Ashely submitted my claim to our home warranty. She did everything to expedite the service and stayed in contact with me through out the weekend.     Had a water heater replaced by another company because it had developed a leak...Pirate Plumbing came out and relocated the new water heater so the recovery/clean up company could do their work.Pirate Plumbing arrived on time and had the water heater moved and set up in its new-temporary position much quicker than I had expected.     So happy with my experience with Pirate Plumbing. My master bath stopped getting hot, after having a few other companies come they kept telling me I needed to replace my water heater because it was too small for my house. I knew that wasn’t true as my tub had been getting hot for the past year and my heater didn’t randomly shrink! Pirate plumbing came over and identified that the cartridge in the faucet had gone bad. Because it was a custom faucet the part was hard to get but they were able to and replace quickly! I now have very hot water coming to my bath again and am so happy. Thank you Pirate Plumbing!!!!!

    The workman Ryan Brenes arrived within 30 min of when we made the online request. Quick and professional in his assessment (knew what he was looking at). Said he needed parts and would put me in que for the following day. He called me mid morning and said he was working til late but would be here. The removal of the shower valve was quite difficult. Ryan muscled up and pulledd for all he was worth and Got It! I work in the trades and this guy is a doer, he gets it done. He quickly fine tumed the valve. He did yeomans work. I was impressed as he hurried of to the next job even though it was late. Thus guy is out earning all you guys money for real. Kudos to Pirate Plumbing for hiring and fielding professional techs and big thanks to Ryan for his efforts!

    Weve been having trouble with the toilet plugging. Kevin came out and made some adjustments and augerd it for the cost of a service call. He also gave us tips on this type toilet along with quotes on other work. Very fair. Toilet had issues the next day and Kevin came out ...coincidentally the chain had broke...he replaced the flapper and chain an advised replacing the toilet if we continue having issues with it. No additional charge. I found him to be very fair , knowledgeable and honest...would definitely hire him again!

    The technician was very thorough. He was able to detect the leak using an infrared camera. The other plumbers did not do that. Others immediately said it was the dishwasher causing the problem when all along I have a broken pipe on another side of the wall they did not take the time to look at. This technician did. I will from here on out use Pirate Plumbing.

    We literally cannot thank Joey enough. We had a water heater under warranty that the manufacturer was indicating they couldn’t find the parts needed for repair. He went out of his way to get the parts, and fixed it in a reasonable time frame given all the headaches he dealt with on our behalf.     Ken was our plumber I think we got really lucky because he was not only professional but his quality of work was great we couldn’t be happier he is really personable we have two dogs and he let the little one watch him work he really is awesome very fair pricing.     I had Donnie out to check on water leaking out between pavers in our driveway. He is a super nice guy and very professional. He took the time to find the pipe and then he told us to hire a landscaper due to the pavers. Plus, he described what are the proper materials for a do-it-yourself fix.     The were just the best. I bought my own water softner and called Pirate to install it. Unfortunately the water softner was defective so they went with me to return it and get another one but it was at another store. The guys picked it up for me. Unfortunately that one had a crack - so we returned that one as well the guys followed me to return that unit. Finally ordered one and they picked it up and installed it. They were wonderful!!     The young man who came put a new part, a fill valve I believe, in one toilet and did a very good job of explaining why he wasn’t allowed by AHS to fix the rocking of that toilet or to do anything to the other toilet because it was just making a noise like the first toilet and that isn’t on AHS’s list of things they will fix.     CALL THESE GUYS NOW!! I was having a plumbing Emergency and had already been screwed over by another plumbing group appointed by my HW. It had been almost 24hours with no resolve to my issue. I then reached out to the Pirates because I had a freaking awesome experience simply getting a quote for Filter / Softener Install roughly a week or so before.Understanding the Urgency of the issue I was in, they were able to get to me within an hour or so of getting off the phone. Once they arrived, I ran through the series of events and they were able to dial in on the culprit right away. They busted out the snake camera to confirm their suspicion and had me taken care of (what felt like) very quickly.If you want something taken care of the right way, call these guys. Heck, put them in your phone as a contact right now. Absolute True Professionals.
