Our home warranty company dispatched our call for one of our furnaces not working. I submitted the claim on Sunday. The company called me within an hour of me putting the claim to schedule an appointment for the following Monday 8-noon. Nick showed up, diagnosed the issue and had it repaired within an hour. From the office to the technician Nick they were fabulous and professional. I will definitely use them again.

What can I say, just fantastic. My A/C Went out in the dead of summer. Its 117 degrees outside here daily..DAVID & BRIAN have to be some of the most stand up guys Ive dealt with. Went from panicking about it getting to hot for my Autistic child, to relaxing in some nice A/C in a matter of hours. David, hes the owner, he called me personally to make sure that everything was ok, and went above and beyond to ensure that we were ok. Brian, I believe hes the supervisor, contacted me when he was on his way. Extremely professional and understanding, I can be a bit mutch. He showed up and was very polite and courteous to me and mine.Most of the bad reviews on here are from insurance claims it seems where insurance companies dont do their best at communicating with the company they contract.Ill be going back to A&R for ALL my HVAC needs. My friends and family as well. Thank you again guys!!! You rock!!

It is never fun when your AC goes out in the middle of a heat wave. Jeremiah at A&R was super professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful with tips to get my home warranty to approve the repairs quickly so that he could get to resolving my issues. Also, everyone on the scheduling staff was friendly and helpful, answering my calls quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend.

This amazing company went above N beyond as far as great customer service and Service period. My A/C unit decided to go down today on the hottest days of summer so I called them close to closing hours explained my problem N they came out and replaced the motor in 20 minutes can you say WOW. I definitely recommend everyone that I know and dont know if they want the best company in Las Vegas all they need to do is give them a call N they will do the best service period.

I have American Home Shield Insurance. They contract with AR Complete. The guys that came out treated me with respect. They made sure both units were serviced because AHS only covers one unit a year. Since they only cover one, I had my AC units serviced. When it came time for my heater, I called AR directly and they gave me a great rate having to pay it myself. Would recommend them!!

They were sent from our Home Warranty American Home Shield. They actually called me the next day on a Sunday to schedule the service. They were great at communicating an update to the scheduled time and the tech called when he was 15 minutes out. He quickly determined the issue and got it up and running. He was very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with their service.

Unfortunate that other people had bad experiences with this company based on these reviews. But I went with them through my home warranty. Joel was the technician. He was very professional. We wanted a second opinion on our heater because we had Best Air Condition and Pluming Repair come out since they were doing free heater inspections. Of course, that guy recommended we get an entire new system, which was $13,000. Joel did his inspection and said we are fine and recommended a AC service in the spring, in which he will conduct for us, to get some water out of the pipes. He also mentioned called them directly for the service would be $79. Thats cheaper than going through my Home Warranty with is $125! It was a great experience with Joel and this company.

This was for a warranty claim. Only four stars since the first time they came out to fix they didnt really do anything and we had some issues with the tech. But the owner (David) called us and personally handled the issues. Second time around we had Antonio for a tech and he was amazing (highly recommend him!). He actually asked questions and looked at the whole system and was able to find the issue with the AC and fixed it quickly. The company as a whole seems to be pretty good. Prompt phone calls from the customer service and techs.

Brian came and diagnosed the issue with my furnace quickly. The part he installed ended up failing shortly after installation, but he was able to get a new part and come back within a few days to get it fixed. I have use this company twice now with my home warranty and both times I have received great service.

Put in a service request for my free yearly heating checkup with AHS. Was hesitant about using this company because of the bad reviews but my AHS rep said to give them a chance. Glad I did. Got a call within 2 hours of my service request for a next day appointment. Thats what I call quick service. Joel called to let me know he was on the way and arrived within the given time frame. Joel was quick and efficient and pointed out a couple of things I could do to improve my heating safety and productivity. Easy fix. Great customer service.

Great company and great service! I too was very surprised at the other reviews posted. We had an issue with our furnace and called our home warranty, who gave us A&R. They were quick to reach out and set up an appointment. They called prior to coming and were here when they said they would be. Techs were professional, honest, and did everything they could to get us back up and running! Thank you to A&R for being timely, honest, and professional... Its HARD to find these days!!

A & R has fixed my AC unit by replacing capacitors twice and were very prompt and courteous. This week, I called and asked for Brian to come check out a weird plumbing stoppage and possible valve issue and he was super nice and knowledgeable! We were able to discuss options and he was a great resource for me to make a decision on what to do. Then he was able to come back very quickly to fix the shower and clean out all the lines when we thought he would have to do that in 2 visits due to getting parts. The Office has always been able to accommodate scheduling pretty quickly and they have always been nice.

We submitted a service request in January through AHS because our furnace fan would not turn off and it wasn’t blowing warm air. Donnie and a trainee came out the next day and of course the furnace was working when they came out. He said if it happened again within 30 days we wouldn’t have to pay the $75 service call fee.Sure enough it happened a couple more times so I submitted another service request. The receptionist called me within 15 minutes and had me scheduled for an hour later.Donnie came out and was much more thorough this time and had the problem fixed within an hour. He explained to me what happened and what he did to fix it.Donnie was polite and professional and I appreciate that he was able to come out so quickly.

I have a warranty on my AC so my review isnt about cost. I am 38 weeks pregnant and called first thing in the morning. The lady on the phone was polite and I let her know my AC was blowing warm air and that I was pregnant. They scheduled someone to come out between 9am-1pm. The guy called at 9:45 and showed up five minutes later. Really nice and polite! He replaced a broken capacitor and the whole visit took 20 minutes. Gave him a gatroade as a tip since I know its 105 out today. Overall pretty good experience! Im pleased they could prioritize me due to being pregnant!

I called my home warranty company, AHS to request service. I got a call from A&R within 10 minutes. They were able to schedule me the very next morning. Joab, the technician called 30 minutes prior to appointment to confirm. He was on time and was professional, polite and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem. He had all the necessary parts and my AC was working good as new in 30 to 40 minutes. He was very good about answering my questions. I would definitely use them again.

Im reading through the reviews and Im kind of surprised. I had very good service. Alex contacted me and said he would be at my house in 20 minutes and he was. He explained everything he was doing and was very pleasant. Gave me tips on keeping my unit working better in the summer and I could not have asked for better customer service. I plan on having him come back to maintenance my heater in the fall. Not understanding why there is such a yo-yo of reviews from this company.

Michael was a real savior when our ac gave out in the middle of a heat wave.Our whole system is a million years old and a bit of a rats nest of wires and I was at my wits end.He got here earlier than expected and worked tirelessly to find the problem and get us back on line and out of the sweltering heat.He was kind, professional, and took the time to explain parts of the system that had confounded me for days.Thank you Michael :)

Our AC was blowing only hot air and we were referred thru AHS to A and R. Of course the AC went out on a sunday, so they didnt make it out until monday. (no fault of theirs) The tech,Pilot, was great! Found the trouble in about 5 minutes had it fixed ( dead capacitor ) in less than 10 minutes. No balloney about selling us more than we needed, great attitude competent and professional. As i reset the thermostat the unit turned off. I panicked and called Pilot on his cell. He was back at our house within 5 minutes. Embarrassing to me because i had screwed up turning the thermostat on. Lol he took it in stride and said to call them if we had any other issues. I recommend them thank you!

Quite impressed with their services. Home warranty sent them after I was gonna get ripped by another company so they were the 2nd opinion check off and found out that the other company diagnosed something that was still intact and was gonna charge $3000+ out of pocket. Leo was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem with a guarantee follow-up. Self Integrity goes a long way and you can sleep at night peacefully knowing you are a positive force in the world. Michael was the absolute BEST! Consummate professional, timely, knowledgeable, and got everything handled with our new HVAC and flue vent swiftly.He showed up after hours to assess the damage of our old system. Promptly shut off gas to protect us and our kiddo.Had a quote for me within an hour that was extremely competitive, and their customer service called the next morning to schedule appointment.Installed the system in a few hours, and doubled back to ensure everything was installed properly for A/C in the spring/summer too.Left me his direct cell for any follow-up.Often times techs and home warranty affiliates get a bad rep from a couple “bad apple” reviews, but honestly Michael was tremendous and we would recommend him and their group to anyone we know. Technician Carson was sent out to our property For our air conditioning through our home warranty company. I Was a little skeptical at first because he is a young man, but I was wrong to judge him. Carson was extremely respectful and professional and fixed our unit in a timely manner. He was able to give me a full breakdown of what was wrong and how the component makes the unit work, he even had shoe covers in his hand, ready to come into my house before I could ask if he had shoe covers. Highly recommend this technician and company!

Jered was my technician. He takes pride in what he does. The house inspector claimed that the HVAC system stopped working after half an hour. To prove his point that the system is working, he stayed for an hour or so to monitor the system & made sure it was working. You call that dedication & perseverance.

I had the pleasure of working with Lowell from A&R for my summer tune up on two AC units. Lowell was very knowledgeable, kind, clean, and quick. I inquired about possible upgrades as my units are quite old and he let me know of a current upgrade program they are offering where the incentives are better than any I have heard from other competitors. As they both still continue to work I told Lowell to take his time getting me the quote but I am eager to see final costs after hearing what A&R is currently offering. 10/10 would recommend.

Great experience - no issues. We have AHS home warranty and when A&R was assigned to fix our broken furnace of course I went online and got nervous because of the low reviews. After our good experience, I really wanted to share to try to even things out a bit. Both techs we interacted with (Eddie & Dane) called when they were on their way and were competent, friendly and professional. We had to have them out twice because the heater stopped again 9 days after the first fix (not the fault of the tech) - both times the front office schedulers were polite and helpful and worked with our availability. If we have any issues in the future, we wont be nervous at all - we feel like were in great hands w/A&R. Thanks!
