We had a great experience with Zap Plumbing! When we had a waterline bust near our well pump in our laundry room over the weekend, James helped us out over the phone to get the water to stop and worked us in quickly to get the problem fully resolved first thing Monday morning. They offer emergency services outside of normal business hours however we chose to wait til Monday. James was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and did an excellent job fixing our issue. We highly recommend Zap Plumbing and will use them again in the future!

Our drain stopped up late in afternoon, called zap and friendly voice said we get someone out as soon as we can. dry friendly plumber arrived within the hour and freed up our drain in no time. Needed a new disposal ASAP!I called ZAP because I heard they had new ownership. In this cold freezing weather I expected to wait a week or ten days.But they were out here on Monday after I called on Friday. Wow. They Came. Did the job. Cleaned up. My mother and I went to Zap plumbing ,The people in the office were very kind, and understanding what we needed fixed.They called us the next day saying they were coming out to fix the problem.James was an excellent worker. Even thou I sprayed the yellow jackets around the hole.He managed to fix the problem and not get stung.I am ever so grateful for Zap plumbing.

We had a leaky faucet in our shower, plus an outdoor spigot that had been broke for awhile. This was our first time to use Zap Plumbing, they were at my house within an hour of the initial phone call. They were very professional and had our problems fixed quickly!!! We will definitely call them for our plumbing needs!!! My in laws were impressed with their time and work and will use them if needed as well!!!!! Job well done!

They have always been great to work with. This last time we had trouble with a toilet, they came in and quickly fixed the issue and did not make us feel bad that we were unsure how to fix it ourselves, LOL. Their prices are fair and reasonable, employees are nice and helpful. Very pleased with their services and highly recommend them to others!

I just had my old propane water heater replaced with a new tankless water heater. I purchased the tankless water heater and had Zap Plumbing install it. They came out the same day that I called. The 2 plumbers who did the work (Steve and James) were very professional and had the installation completed in less than 2 hours. I am very satisfied with the work that Zap Plumbing did at my home and would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work. I would also recommend that if you need a new water heater, get a tankless. My new tankless works great, I never run out of hot water and I should see a significant savings on my propane usage.

He explained everything clearly and spent a good 15 to 20 minutes talking with my daughter Anna and me, making us feel completely at ease.Not only did James fix the problem efficiently, but he also showed genuine affection for our dog, Jack (a Rottweiler/Blue-heeler mix), which truly touched our hearts.
