Shane came on short notice, same day and did a great job! After the inspection he gave us a thorough explanation of the issues that needed to be fixed and additional reccomendations. We were able to pick which services we wanted based on the information he provided. After, he did an additional walk through to make sure everything was working properly again and to ensurr nothing was over looked. I would definitely request for his help again!

Jed Beltran is absolutely wonderful!! I would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing assistance!! We had a shower/bathtub clog, and though we are on a septic tank property he was able to assist us with our issue. He was very thorough and knowledgeable, and he is an extremely hard worker. He cleared our clog, and even educated us on our pipes and our issues! He informed us on how our cast iron pipes catch easier than most, and after clearing our issue he was even knowledgeable enough to know what was a recent clog, and what may be attributed to previous home owners. Thanks Jed! He is seriously the best! Your company should seriously reward this guys for absolutely exceptional service!!!

Jed from Rooter Hero Plumbing was very professional and pleasant. For my scheduled appointment, he called early to let me know he would arrive in 15-20 minutes. He arrived promptly and told me the cost for the work before proceeding. It was a bit pricey even with a coupon. I agreed and he quickly went to work. I was pleased the with the service provided, water heater flushed. Jed said there was quite a bit of sediment collected. He recommended flushing be done every 1 to 2 years. Job well done but I recommend calling around for the price that is agreeable to you. In the long run, regular flushing preserves the life of the water heater and spares the expense of buying a new one.

Rooter Hero was excellent, and they arrived earlier than scheduled! In addition to garbage disposal installation, they put in a new water supply line at no additional charge when they determined the one we had was leaking. Now the water pressure is correct again thanks to their water supply line replacement! Brandon did an amazing job and got the job done quickly and professionally. He also explained the entire process and asked for verbal consent prior to beginning the work. Thank you so much, Brandon, and Rooter Hero!

A neighbor notified me of a sewage backup in my front lawn on Saturday night at 7:0pm. I contacted Roto Hero and within 15 minutes they had a technician call me for further information. Once I described to him that the sewer was at the edge of my lawn near the sidewalk and not at the sewer right next to my house, he advised that this was a city sewer problem rather than a homeowner problem. I really appreciate them giving me that advice. They could have easily dispatched a technician and billed me for a service call in which there would have been nothing they could do. Kudos to them for not taking advantage of a homeowner and being honest.

Mike Caspillo is great!At 10pm last night (a Friday night) I had sewage backing up in all bathrooms in the house. I called Rooter Hero right away and was greeted by a very nice woman who said she’d see if anyone was available and report back in 10-15 minutes. After 5 minutes I got a text that Mike was on his way, followed up by Mile calling me as well to say he’d be here in 25 minutes.Once he got here, we spent a bit of time trying to find the clean out which had been buried under dirt and rocks - I recently moved into the house and didn’t know where it was located. We then looked through the rest of the plumbing under the house and he quickly identified numerous problem areas that weren’t discovered in our recent home inspections and immediately knew what the best solution was. He was able to get water flowing through the system again set up a follow-up meeting the next morning at 9am, where he and Greg showed up 10 minutes early.My experience has been great from the get-go. Mike had a great attitude throughout, even given the hour (midnight on a Friday). On top of that, he took the time to explain things to me in detail, which I really appreciate. It was clear both Mike and Greg know their stuff, and I appreciate that they were focused on the solution to the problem and not just quick fixes.While I’m going to get a second quote, this is primarily for peace of mind - my wife and I have a rule that we have to get a second quote for any services/projects over a certain amount due to an unrelated past experience (locksmith) where we were taken advantage of. I have no doubt we will be proceeding with Greg and Mike for the fixes to our system.

He is well spoken and explained to multiple managers and owners of the business what the issues at hand were, why they happened and what would be needed to fix and maintenance them. He consulted his manager if needed, but mostly he knew what needed to be done and seemed experienced in his field. His explanations of issues were thorough and understandable. He left himself open to questions and was willing to answer anything. He set up a plan of further actions. Work was done in Newcastle Ca, so they were willing to travel. His partner or boss, Nathaniel, was also helpful and professional.

The gentleman was on time, very professional, knew his job, n was very reasonably priced. Was wary when I saw the company name because of the several bad reviews on Yelp but couldnt of been more pleased when he completed the job n the job cost exactly what they quoted me. I had had another company come out before them n they quoted me a price that was twice n 5 times what this company charged me for the same exact service. It just shows that not all companies are represented by their reviews on Yelp. I would recommend this company n especially this technician to everyone that needed this service. The only negative I have to report is that they were suppose to send me the receipt for the service n send me a quote for a service I asked about ni have not received either but I may be jumping the gun on that, they may sent both to my husbands email n I have just not received it yet. Other than that, I couldnt be more satisfied with this company n will use them again if the need arise as well recommending them to anyone that needs this service done.

I cannot say enough about the company and office staff but above all Oliver our service tech. The office was prompt in getting me an appointment and answered all of my questions that I had prior to the service. Oliver himself was AMAZING! He not only explained what the possible causes for our issues were, he took the time to walk me through step by step with great patience and clarity. He was not only friendly and personable, he was thorough and worked hard to get the issue resolved. Just wow! Technician Nathan was great! Friendly, engaging, told me what parts to buy to save me money. No charge for the prompt Sunday evening estimate. Came back the next morning to complete the job w the parts I bought. Then he even gave me a 15% discount when the bill on the job was due. It was a messy and complicated pull-out and new install. And Nathan made it wow! This is a really great plumbing outfit, and as a homeowner of a 1923 home and a landlord of property Ive seen my share of plumbers over the last 25 years. Absolutely stellar service! Jeremy Schooley from Rooter Hero was out in a flash to help diagnose our shower valve problem. When it couldnt be immediately fixed, he discussed our options and explained the work necessary. He was back the next morning, bright and early, to replace our shower valve and put in a new shower head. Start to finish took just three hours! Very respectful, made sure we were happy with the job, and clearly takes pride in his work. We are absolutely thrilled with the new shower and will be calling Jeremy in the future for any of our plumbing needs!

I was very impressed by their professional service. I had sewer water backing up into my bathtub and the toilets were not flushing. They had the equipment to quickly find the clean out buried under the landscape rock and used a camera to find the clog/problem. The cast iron clean out was rusted through and clogged by roots. It was replaced with an ABS bullhorn clean out. I would definitely recommend Rooter Hero and use them again! Very professional.

The technician assigned to respond to our call was Jordan Simas. He was terrific!!! He located the cause of our problems right away and explained thoroughly what needed to be done and why... We informed him that we were strapped for cash and on a fixed income. He explained to us our options, and worked out a plan that would remedy our problem at the lowest cost to us. He stayed late in to the evening to get the job completed, and he cleaned every area where work was done and put everything back as it was prior to his arrival.
