    Steven was so wonderful. Professional and so kind. He advised what would be necessary to change out our shower head for what I would like and all new tub set. He got everything ordered quickly and we can’t wait for arrival and to have installed. Quote was excellent as well, moving from PA to Georgia we didn’t know anyone and a local realtor recommended. We are so very pleased. Not only did we get our appt quickly, but the communication in arrival time was just perfect! Perfect ten experience.     D&S was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. They were the first place I called and I was sold instantly at the quick callback. I think the woman I spoke with on the phone was Ashley, she was very helpful and kind. Jason came to my home and was able to fix my issue same day. He was great in explaining the issues to me and was very kind as well.I loved that they responded so quickly. Jason showed up within an hour of calling. I had to call them back out the next day and everything with this company was still perfect! Will definitely use them again if needed.

    I really enjoyed working with D&S Plumbing and will certainly work with them again in the future. Im doing a small remodeling project that involved moving a water heater and some other plumbing odds and ends. Ashley was friendly and made the scheduling really easy. The plumber Seth came out the next day to talk to me about what I wanted and wrote up a quote before he left. He answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. He even gave me some ideas to better my project based on his experience. When he came to do the work, he was prompt, professional, and tidy. He double checked on our plans before beginning to make sure we were still on the same page. His water heater install looks amazing. I feel like he treated my house as if it were his own. Also, the price was very reasonable. Im glad I hired D&S Plumbing and Ill definitely recommend them to my friends.

    Excellent! Highly recommend. The receptionist was professional and helpful right off the bat. Next day appointment was available. Steven arrived as scheduled and was equally professional and respectful. He told us that in his experience our problem is most likely septic related and suggested we address the septic before spending several hundred dollars with his company. They didnt charge anything for their time. Unheard of these days. Will use again when the time comes.

    D&S Plumbing was honestly the best choice for me in handling faucet installations quickly and professionally. I wanted to update my bathroom sink faucets, Roman tub faucet and kitchen sink and faucet. I thought it was easy enough for me to do on my own and started the project. Come to find out, it was too much to handle for my son and I. I called D&S and they were out the next day to fix what w had started. They were on time, very polite, thorough, and affordable. The plumber came out, listened to what I wanted to accomplish, assessed the work, made a few suggestions, quoted the job and completed the install the same day! He had all the parts, replaced the supply lines and cut off valves as well. He did have to come back later in the week to finish the tub valves because they were so old and hard to find. But they found them and showed up on time AGAIN! No leaks the faucets and sink look great. I feel really good about the company and the work completed. Excellent service and quality work- I would highly recommend D&S Plumbing. Thank you D&S for being an honest, reliable company!

    We called D&S plumbing as we had a leaking pipe in the area where the water heater is located. It wasn’t a problem with the water heater. We had a leak on one of the pipes above it. They sent out a repair man that same evening within a short period of time. He assessed the area and found the leak. He checked his truck to make sure that he had everything he needed and then provided a price for the full repair and replacement necessary. He made the repair that same evening and within a short time he had the job completed. Very professional and thorough. He was a great person to work with. Awesome job.ThanksGene.

    Once again D&S Plumbing has saved us! Our well pump quit working yesterday. I called Ashley nearly frantic because we had absolutely no water! She worked some things around and had Stephen come out and diagnose and quote to fix. He and his assistant arrived promptly at 9:30 am this morning. They pulled 340 ft of wire and the pump out of the well and had the new wire and new pump installed by this evening. We are so grateful for D&S and have used them several times for various issues. I WILL NEVER USE ANY OTHER PLUMBING COMPANY!

Initially I thought it was coming from shower. To my surprise it was a leak in the wall that was causing this major issue in our home.     After the Christmas freeze of 2022, I had busted pipes between the walls with no water, no commode use, with (2) floors saturated. Upon calling D&S Plumbing, they were extremely backed up due to the influx of water issues but still found the time to be quite responsive and came to my rescue to fix my busted pipes. Within a few minutes, they found the broken pipes and repaired immediately! I was so impressed with their performance and extreme professionalism! What excellent pricing, as well! I’m extremely impressed and well pleased with their services! I’d recommend this company to anyone, especially if you’re looking for quality work and assurance!

    We had a major plumbing issue at our house about 3 weeks ago. Of course this happened on a Friday night. We called several plumbers, but couldn’t get anyone to come out. I got online, did a few searches, and found D&S Plumbing. Called them, they answered immediately, and came out the next morning. Two of our bathroom toilets were stopped up, not draining, and also two of our showers were not draining. We had a busted pipe that needed to be fixed in our front yard, and they had to add a clean out. Not really sure how to describe it. Anyway, Steven Price came out (had another guy with him too) and did a wonderful job. These guys were very professional, knowledgeable, extremely hard working and friendly. The truck they were driving looked brand new. There’s nothing I hate more than having a business person come to my house driving an old beat up van, dripping oil in my driveway. You don’t have to worry about that with D&S Plumbing! The guys from D&S are top notch! If we have any issues in the future, we will certainly use them again. We have even told our neighbors, and friends, about how good of a job they did at our home in Jackson.

    D & S Plumbing is definitely the company you want to contact for any issues you might be having!! Ive always used the same guy for all my plumbing issues and I had not been in contact with him for awhile so I was unable to reach him and I couldnt wait to see what the issue was so after researching for over an hour to find someone and reading some of the disastrous reviews I looked for local family owned businesses and thats how I was so Blessed to find D & S Plumbing. I called and a live person answered (didnt have to leave a message and hope for a call back) and she was So helpful and So friendly and she told me she could get someone to me between 6 and 8 to see whats going on but they might not be able to fix it till the next day unless it was an emergency. I said, Great! and she scheduled it and I asked if they would call before heading this way and she said they would. And they did!! They were able to come earlier than 6 and arrived right at the time we had planned. The gentleman Jaason was so friendly, personable and especially knowledgeable about his job and assessed the situation quickly and went over the options of getting it fixed giving a thorough explanation. Believe Me if you have a problem, and no one is ready for when a plumbing issue comes up unexpectedly, then this company is the one you want to rely on. They will follow through on what they say theyre going to do and do it in a timely manner. Hats off to a company that treats you with care and respect and does their best to help others in their time of need.

    The best two words to describe my experience are “very professional.” We had our main water line replaced in the front yard and I am very happy with their work.When they came for a quote, they were prompt and fast.     Our main waterline started leaking into our home over Thanksgiving weekend. Through our local social media, we were referred to D&S.     When we received our water bill we noticed that we must have a water leak somewhere. It was the Toliet in the master bath. Called D & S Plumbing because we used them before.     Ive used D&S plumbing before on reinstalling all the pipes under my house, and this time the job was just as excellent, on my daughters house. Its hard to find truly good service and expertise these days. D&S always makes sure the work is done properly and to the best standards and code. This time I had them install a new dishwasher for my daughter and clean out the kitchen pipes which were clogged up with coffee grounds that a family member kept pouring down the drain daily, but would not listen to reason. Hopefully that will change since we have proof of the damage that was done. D&S also reinstalled the pipes correctly. The old pipes had not been installed correctly and had given trouble for years. Im very happy that this is finely fixed and working as it should for her.

    Had kind of a mini bath remodel done with a freestanding tub and faucet installed which involved relocating water and drain lines in a concrete slab. Steven worked with me to break the job up into a couple different visits to allow me to do the demo and then tile work myself to save some money and they took care of the rough in and then finish install around the parts of the job I was doing. On top of that we ran into a couple hiccups which resulted in extra trips out and they were great about it.     If youre reading this then perhaps you also had the great misfortune of finding a leak in your home.. Im happy to review D&S as they were one of three plumbing businesses I contacted to help me with my problem. D&S proved to be the superior service. I cannot speak to the cost of the other services, as I was never given a quote from the other two... read on for specifics.The main reason I chose to hire D&S was their prompt and kind phone service. A human answered the phone for me both times I called and quickly helped me with scheduling. The other two businesses either had automated systems or had scheduler add me to a techs list but the tech failed to call me to add me to their schedule. Moreover, D&S sent me text messages to inform me of the arrival of my servicemen on the day of service.I believe the more important aspects of my dealings with them occurred on the day of my repair. Two gentleman arrived and were happy to be on the job. They were so clearly enjoying their job that they gave me a few laughs and were happy to share their knowledge with me. Because my problem was quite simple, they were completed with their work and had already prepared to accept my payment within thirty minutes. Moreover, the price I paid was minimal given the ease of the problem. The only qualm I had with D&S was that the earliest scheduling I could obtain was ~5d from the day I called. I can only infer that this is because so many people prefer to use their business, as well as my home is located on the edge of their service area.Final thoughts, should I find myself in need of plumbing assistance again in the future I will absolutely refer back to D&S. I expect you will also reach out to them if you are in need of plumbing services and value wholesome small business owners who take their job seriously and obviously care for their customers.

    Cold water faucet would Not turn off at 10:30 at night. After trying to figure it out and find house water shut off valve I knew I needed a plumber. I started down the list and D&S answered my call about 11pm. Whomever answered was very pleasant and assured me he would get someone to come out right away. Mike came right out and was Very pleasant! He had to crawl under my house a looong way to reach the water shut off valve. He didnt seem uncomfortable that I wanted to watch him make the repair. He told me why it happened and how to avoid it. My shower head was leaking and he fixed that And increased the water pressure to the hand held part.We have discussed moving the shut off valve so that you dont have to crawl on your belly to get to it.I cannot say enough good things about my experience. A service call in the middle of the night is not something you want to do. However I am extremely pleased with the service and will recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.

    This is long overdue but I wish I can post photos on here but I have been a customer for about 3 years now and they have done simple jobs from clog removal to full plumbing. Even on clog removal they explain why it happen and how to prevent it. He also drove and look for a bronze rub tub plug for me just to keep the color scheme. To some that doesnt mean alot but to me it did because I was out of country when this was happening so to get a call from my wife happy to me he moved mountains. I only have nice things to say about the staff and the owner. I mean they are awesome and I would recommend them to any and everyone.

    These guys were very professional when they came to my house and had my clogged drains fixed very quickly.     Always very impressed with D&S plumbing response time! Called them a few years ago when the water pipe in the front yard broke, Daniel was here in minutes!     These guys were great. Unfortunately they had a big project on their hands because my apartment complex isnt the best and it took them 12 hours.     Could not find any plumbers willing to come out on freezing Sunday. Homeadvisors sole recommended plumber would not call back. D & S not only called me back in 10 minutes but was out within 30 minutes at our back door. Spent about 1 hour tracking the problem down. Very knowledgeable , very courteous, and did not charge an emergency charge, or after hours rate. It doesnt get any better than this folks. I recommend this plumber highly if you are in the McDonough or Locust Grove area. You could not do better.

    We had to call D&S for an emergency when our pipe burst at the meter. It was very late in the evening and we tried calling several companies before we got to D&S but they are the only ones who would answer the phone. Why advertise 24 hour emergency service when you cant deliver. Thank goodness that D&S does. My plumber came out and had the broken pipe fixed and water restored within an hour. He even followed up the next day to ensure that all was still well. That is what you call Excellent Customer Service. I now have only one number to call for any plumbing issues.

    Great group of people from the office to out on the field, and well-mannered, too! Work is done as efficiently and as quickly as possible. The guys were all polite and answered the questions we had without creating other questions. For answers to questions they did not know, they did not make up or guess at the answer, they found out an answer and gave it to you directly.
