I had an amazing experience with Elk Grove Village Sewer & Plumbing. I didnt get to talk to everyone on my job, and I didnt get all their names, but they were awesome. They were extremely polite, very clean, very trustworthy, and very friendly. Also, Great job on the new sump pump, too!! The girls in the office were the Best too, so nice, so helpful from start to finish. I would highly recommend using them and it will not be my last time to use them. True all-around great experience. Joe and his crew of guys from Village Sewer and plumbing are fantastic. They came highly recommended and I now know why. My sewer lined backed-up this past Sunday 12/8/24. I had a company come out and charge me $1k to rod and camera my line. I was then told I need a 5 foot pipe replacement from my sidewalk to the curb and that it would cost me around $10k to do. I called Village Sewer and Plumbing to get a 2nd opinion and Joe the owner came and used the camera to see what was going on as well as he didnt charge me either. Turns out I didnt have the issue the other company said I did. With Joes Expert Opinion I will only call Village Sewer and Plumbing for any of my issues going forward. The stress of having to pay $10k for something that didnt even need to be done is ridiculous and Joe eased our minds on this. Local and Great Company, Judy in the office is super sweet and nice as well!!

We had a leak below our concrete slab which was extra complicated because of how old plumbing connected to new plumbing with a 2006 home addition. Elk Grove Village Sewer & Plumbing was able to come out quickly and troubleshoot and there was great communication throughout. Armando is extremely knowledgeable and we felt comfortable with his solution to our problem. The entire crew was so hardworking and professional. It was a big job but they were able to get everything done in two days, left our home clean and we felt the price was fair. Hoping not to have any plumbing issues in the future but if we do we will definitely call Elk Grove Village Sewer & Plumbing

Back home from local shopping; Half-bath floor devastatingly flooded seeping into adjoining room. Colleen said somebody would be out asap. Armando was here within the hour to work intensely at unclogging the hardest part of the sewer, from the clean-out access to half-way in the crawl space having to change to special high pressure power equipment, still being unable to go further. He then called me to observe, via the camera cable, the reason for the overflow: The original age-related deteriorated sewer pipe collapsed from the rush of washing machine-pumped drain water from one end to the muddied, fully clogged collapse at the other.Now, here comes my maintenance penance for what you cant see or hear is no problem. OML...Integrity lives...Rather than the complete trench-and-tunnel cost I feared, thankfully came relief from an alternate much less costly repair-offer suitable for houses with a crawl space.Armando explained the procedure, and after confirming with the office, he and Colleen gave us orders to use the front bathroom only- anything else. ...until he and his crew return early in the morning to start repairs; but if the end of day doesnt come until well into the night theyll finish until the only thing left is for them to return when they can to merely clean and organize. The cost was discounted, and the immaculate workmanship was done by a specialized crew.Im sorry for the lengthy review but having lived in this house for fifty-two years I have never experienced service from a contractor close to that of Village Sewer & Plumbing. Rick H came out and did a great job of using his extensive knowlege and long standing experience to resolve a recurring leak and Colleen was very responsive in dispatching service and following up to make sure the leak was fixed on time, on budget and correctly. Elk Grove Sewer and Plumbing is a first class operation with professional staff that do excellent work and back up their work all at a very reasonable price as well.

I was recommended to Elk Grove Village Sewer and plumbing by a village employee after a I had a bad experience with another plumber who was sent by the home warranty company.Joe came out that same day with camera and diagnosed the issue..which was unfortunately the main sewer line in my crawl space under the new concrete floor.It was a New Year’s Eve and late in the afternoon but Joe had his crew come and temporarily power blast the clog to move some of the crumbling cast iron so we didn’t end up having to get a hotel because of no running water in the house..this was a very nice of him.The crew showed up bright and early on Thursday to begin work..they were very polite and very respectful of my property.The job was completed in reasonable time and at a very good price considering the amount of work involved.I would highly recommend them to anyone needed plumbing servicesThank you Elk Grove Village Sewer and PlumbingSincerely

Colleen -I didn’t get a chance to email you yesterday but I wanted to let you know how great your crew was! Such nice guys – trying to make sure our issue was resolved in the best possible way. They worked so hard all day long but always had a smile despite the craziness and unforeseen issues.In the middle of all the chaos here, I was having a family party too. Yikes. We had about 30 family members here for dinner. It was quite a day. So it made my life just a little easier to know your crew was taking care of everything!I also have to tell you that the guy from the city – who came to look at the main sewer pipe repair yesterday – pulled me aside to tell me to recommend your company to all our neighbors and friends. He said they were fixing things exactly the way it should be done – no cutting corners. He also said your quote for the work was a great price. I have used Village Sewer twice and both times extremely impressed with the customer service of their office staff. I’ve called twice with emergencies and called multiple times with questions. They listen to you and answer your questions. They are also prompt at getting a plumber out. Both times the plumbers that have come out are so friendly and helpful. They really try to figure out the problem and the most economical way to repair the problem. Last year two companies wanted to charge me thousands of dollars and their solutions were wrong. Paul came out from Village and figured out what was wrong and it cost me around $1000. I highly recommend Village to everyone. This day in age it is hard to get good customer service. I wish I had used them in the past for other plumbing problems! I was so ripped off before by another local company.

I am not very good in leaving reviews but in this digital age its a must when someone does a great job as well as when they screw up. Good for accountability and keeping honest. So Couple weeks ago I had water in the basement due to a faulty Ejector pump and it was raining heavy as well. Next day I started calling companies to get a quote. The price quotes ranged from $950 to $2000. Also every company I called from charged $45 - $75 to come and give an estimate and this is after I told them what I needed done. After calling many companies and finally setting an appointment with one I decided to give Elk Grove Village Sewer and Plumbing a call as I saw their van pass my house. They said they dont charge anything extra for an estimate also they gave me a quote for ejector pump that was $300 less. Needless to say I went ahead with Elk grove Village Sewer and Plumbing and was extremely happy with their service and professionalism. ABSOLUTELY will use them for any future needs as well as will tell family and friends about them as well. Great people and great company. THANK YOU!.

Ryan came to my house to fix my kitchen sink and was in and out in less than an hour. He was so polite, didn’t make a mess, and was able to tell me what was wrong right away. I’ve had other plumbers come to my house who made a huge mess, left my house smelling awful, and were rude and this was such a pleasant surprise to have the total opposite. He cleaned everything and kept a very neat work area. I will be calling this company for all of my plumbing needs from now on!

I thought the issue in my crawl space was just a crack but it turned out it was a bigger issue. Armando and his crew (about 6 professionals) spent all day working in the crawl space and replaced the pipes perfectly. Since then, the humidity in the crawl space has normalized and it looks like one of the picture perfect examples of a crawl space that I see on a Google search. If you are living anywhere around Elk Grove Village, I am absolutely positive that they are the best professionals for these kinds of jobs, and they are the first ones I will be contacting in the future for any other plumbing services. I had a HUGE task of eliminating my septic and sewer from my house and hooking into the town’s water and sewer. I called every plumbing contractor from ABC (which was another story in itself!) to XYZ. Joe the owner came out and took the time to walk the job and review every detail of the project. Joe contacted the city to get a full understanding of the elements he would be dealing with to complete an accurate bid for my project. BTW this is a task some of the other companies that came out to give a bid said they would not do and that I was to deal with the city.Joe’s bid was by far the most detailed in terms of defining the full scope of work. Joe’s price was very fair. The job went as planned and on budget. Joe not only quotes the job but he is actually onsite making sure the work is held to his exacting standards.I looked at all the plumbing contractors in the area. Joe and his crew are the best by far. Don’t waste your time on the others, most of the other contractors I never received a quote or they couldn’t show up for their appointment. When I did get a quote from the others there was no details of the scope of work.In summary, I had a great experience and would highly recommend Elk Grove Plumbing and Sewer.

When I had a recent problem with my new water heater not heating properly, I called EGVSP to diagnose the problem. The problem was a defective OEM water heater component. Actually, where can I give 100 stars? Last Sat our sewer lines backed up. I contacted our Home Warranty company (which I have since used my CHOICE to cancel). They sent 1 guy who didnt want to take this machine down the stairs...isnt that where most clean outs are....Sent a second vendor who hit us for $75.00 deductible, another $250 for camera inspection (not covered) and wanted another $850 to hydrojet (which Ive since learned CANT BE DONE FROM THE INSIDE) and another $5-10,000 to replace the line if needed (all not covered).Thankfully, my 6th sense said no. Found Elk Grove Sewer & Plumbing thru Google....Joe, the owner, here within an hour, no charge. Told me they would not waste our money with jetting, came back today as promised, clean, neat, very respectful, kind...cant say enough good things about this company! And the cost is BEYOND reasonable. I feel like Angels are in our basement and yard today. Joe, Colleen & your staff...thank you so much!

We had a hard rain on Sunday night. Our plumbing downstairs started to back up in the utility room when trying to wash clothes. E.G.V. S&P was recommended to us. We left a message Sunday night after the Village came out and said their main line was clean. They called very early Monday morning, a lady named Katie. She took all our information, gave us pricing and said theyd be out the same day. We revd a call within a 2 hour window that they were on their way. My Mother is disabled and we could not use our bathrooms so this was crucial. Ryan & Jim came as a crew. They came in and surveyed the situation. Though we had a crawlspace where our clean out was inside the house, these two gentlemen transported heavy equipment from their van into our home and fit that into the crawlspace to begin cleaning the main line. They had a free camera inspection also. They saved the day. Ryan & Jim were so very polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. After they completed the work they informed us of options for the future about establishing a clean out outside of the home but also said they would gladly come back to do maintenance for the main line in the future inside. I would highly recommend these gentleman and the company for good, honest, reliable plumbing needs.
