They have been a lifesaving help for me and my family for decades! awesome people and great products!! I buy all my plumbing devices, fixtures and supplies from them to help keep them from being run out of business by the big box wolve stores always lurking in the shadows with cheap prices and inferior products!!

I would give 4.5 stars if I could. I was able to get a non-emergency appointment very quickly. The person the phone was able to answer my questions and guide me through the process. He explained the truck fee and labor per hour cost which helped me estimate the cost before hiring them.The man who came out is a pure craftsman. He did everything right. He pointed out everything that the previous guy had done wrong and explained why its wrong and why the right way is right. He cleaned up after himself, he was a great conversationalist, he was patient with my questions. Theyve been in business for 97 years and for good reason.However, two small minuses. I understood the appointment to be at 9am. At 9:30 I got a call asking if it was OK to head over. Second, I was expecting the work to take about 2 hours. Instead, it took about 4 hours because of uncovering new problems (not his fault). As such, the work cost about double what I was expecting. I just wish he would have given me the estimate before he started because I wouldnt want a family on a tight budget to be surprised by extra cost for a non-emergency fix.Overall, very pleased. I will definitely be hiring them again.

***Update*** We had a house call to have two leaky spouts fixed and two stems replaced. Steve was great, he was friendly, professional and did an excellent job fixing everything. Again, I highly recommend Petersen!I went to the local ACE and they didnt have a shower diverter that I needed and they recommended that I check Petersen. I went there and they had the exact same, hard-to-find part.Very friendly and competitive pricing. Highly recommended...

One of the best places to come for all your plumming needs. They are far more personable, kind, reliable, professional, hard working, and masterful in their work, than going through some corporate owned place like Home Depot or Lowes. Petersen Plumming, family owned since its start, has been helping people for 100 years now and theyre still going strong. I strongly recommend their services for their quality work and integrity in business dealing.

This place is awesome...not the fast pace of big box home improvement stores but a place you meet face to face with someone who knows their line of work & not just clocking in/out for their 8 hrs for pay...esp recommended for people with older homes( mine was built in 1927)...many of these homes of age have diff size pipes vs whats code now...and you need someone who knows that....take pics with your phone to show why you are there...many of these older homes have things jury rigged to fit current standards...taking pictures help them to see your situation and make recommendations...
