I had Dustin here last week to fix a leak under the kitchen sink. He had to go under the trailer.He was done within an hour. Today I had Tyler here to cut and put a heat register in the bathroom. He also had to crawl under the trailer. He was done in a great time. They were both so nice and neither complained about crawling under the trailer. I would definitely recommend this company 100%. Had a waterline going to my toilet developed a pretty good leak. You had a employee in in less then 2hrs.he also told me how to shut the water off so it would stop leaking. He fixed the problem and was professional and friendly.

Organized, friendly, extremely knowledgeable. The experience was one I would wish upon anyone getting their A/C installed. Tyler and Tony were the two that came over today and I was beyond impressed. Quick, on time, detailed oriented and extremely easy to talk to. I know little to nothing about hvacs and they both took the time to inform me of things they did during the install - and got me up to speed on the thermostat and how to use it. They had my best interest at heart and I’m beyond happy with the experience from these two gentlemen today. Moore Mechanical has a life time client in me - use these guys , trust me you won’t regret it. 10/10 would recommend.

We had an appointment with a heating specialist when a plumbing issue same up. He scheduled a plumber to come out to our cottage the same day, and within 2 hours we had someone here. There were several issues, but the plumber was careful to diagnose the main issue, , even calling another expert to troubleshoot. We appreciated his honesty providing us with options, understanding that it’s possible other issues will come up.

I have been a Moore Mechanical for several years and I have never been dissappointed. Service persons and office staff are knowledgeable and polite. Appointments are on time.The couple of times that there was going to be a delay, I was notified on a timely fashion and able to reschedule the appt for my needs and convenience. The work that was done was top notch. I have routine maintenance on my furnace and air conditioner yearly and am very pleased with this service.

Alex was excellent in his communication skills. His knowledge to define the problem was excellent. Alex was easy to work with. The extreme negative was the outrages charge for emergency service at night. Furnace malfunctions at night of $300 dispatch fee and $125/hr once repairman arrives I think is outrages. CUSTOMER SERVICE 24 hrs a day was lacing.

I recently had my AC and furnace replaced by Tony and I believe Jake. Both were very respectful and kind. They were on time and remained focused on their work until it was completed. My home is small and uniquely situated, which makes it less than ideal to work with and difficult to maneuver, but they took their time and patiently figured everything out. I’ve been able to enjoy my cool home in the summer heat for the first time in years and I’m extremely grateful!

In the late fall of 2021 we were able to switch over from propane to natural gas. We made the decision to replace rather than convert our hot water heater and furnace. With the furnace we replaced the AC. We purchased these items from Moore Mechanical and hired them to install them. The workers were pleasant and went about their business quietly. They were very considerate of the special circumstances involving my wifes 99 year old father living with us. They even loaned us a heater to use for him during the time between the two furnaces. We have not had a bit of trouble with the units they put in. We especially love the heat produced by the new furnace. Everything works great! All during the process which included hooking up to the new gas lines the company kept communicating with us. The whole job was completed in very reasonable time. Would definitely recommend Moore Mechanical.

What an absolutely fantastic service call, your tech was prompt, courteous, and respectful of property. Within minutes, he had diagnosed the issue, explained it thoroughly and had replaced the faulty part. The tech also made recommendations for future preventive maintenance options, as well as making complete measurements for the eventual replacement of the furnace itself since it was 25 years old.

After numerous small issues ($175-300 repairs) that had occurred with our natural gas furnace we started to shop around to replace the 19 year old furnace in our home. After four quotes from different companies, we went back to the first company we called, Moore Mechanical. By far they had the best price of anyone that we called to our house. However, even if they had quoted us the highest cost of all the companies we had give us estimates, we would have chosen them.Dave was able to set us up with a convenient date and time to ensure our furnace was able to be installed. His knowledge of mechanical systems far surpasses that of anyone else that stepped foot into our home. Every company needs a “Dave” as his knowledge of mechanical systems will put any home owner at ease. And if that’s not enough to convince you to give these guys a shot, then Andrew (install guy) is the icing in the cake.Our install required a couple specialized parts and Andrew was able to manage the install of the furnace on his own. Andrew had clear and appropriate knowledge of HVAC systems and was able to confidently install our furnace in a timely fashion that never once felt intrusive or as an inconvenience to my wife or myself.Spending any amount of money on your home is never fun. So make the correct choice and use Moore Mechanical for your installation. I can’t speak about their plumbing, generator install or anything else they do, but if they are half as competent as they are when they install a furnace, your money will be well spent.
