They got me in right away, communicated about timing leading up to the appointment and arrived within the half hour time window they gave. My technician, Adam H., was very courteous and was very sweet to my dog. He provided a quote immediately after assessing our issue and communicated what he did to resolve it.     James and Josh arrived earlier than scheduled appointment (but called 30 minutes notice). They quickly assessed our problem and quoted options for repairs. We chose to replace our lift pump. They worked quickly and professionally to our satisfaction. They walked me through warranty and what to look for. They did a thorough job of cleaning up afterwards.They were great guys with a great personality, represented your company very well.

    Absolutely recommended. Very responsive and honest about what to try before they charge us for service. They fixed another company’s poor work and did an exceptional job documenting everything from first review to complete job. They found a way to remove descaling through a pipe outside the house without cutting a hole in the floor inside.

    They showed up on time, gave me a quote for the job, and performed to job in a timely manner. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves. There final invoice include a video of clear out pipe, which show where I can clearly see the condition and know things are truly cleared out. Highly recommend them and will call them if I needed any additional plumbing work done.

    McDonald Plumbing exceeded my expectations ESPECIALLY Tyler! He arrived early and I explained to him what my issue was and he listened and gave me multiple options at which time I chose one and he worked on it and when that didn’t work he called his supervisor and described my issue and what he had done to fix it to no avail and they agreed that it was on the City’s end so they called the city who came out promptly and addressed the issue and agreed it was on their side so they made arrangements to have it fixed and it was fixed the same day around 11pm. Tyler is amazing and has a wonderful personality and sense of humor might I add. He’s very professional and took the time to explain to me various things on the sewer system. I will definitely continue to use McDonald Plumbing for all my Plumbing need. Thank again Tyler I most greatly appreciate your efforts, kindness and information! 😊

    We are extremely pleased with the service that we received. We called them on Sunday afternoon and they were out at 8:00 the next morning. They came within the time in which I was quoted. The Technicians were very courteous, straightforward, and professional. There wasn’t any upselling or scare tactics. The price was extremely fair and they were in and out within an hour. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

    I had an excellent experience with McDonald Plumbing when they came out to unclog my main sewer drain. Roots had caused a serious blockage, and the team at McDonald Plumbing handled the situation swiftly and professionally. Not only did they clear the drain, but they also took the time to explain exactly what was happening and why my basement bathroom was flooding. They identified the source of the issue, which gave me much-needed peace of mind. The crew was friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough in their work.     Kevin was my plumber today and he was incredible! He was so kind, and my toddler was home and he was even interacting with her as she was curious :) he was very professional and was honest with cost upfront before he did any work. He kept his work area very clean and cleaned up after himself. He was in and out within an hour of working. Our kitchen sink was clogged up due to oil and grease (very old 60s home) and he even fixed some piping in our basement! He was very knowledgeable and very good at explaining things and told me ways I can try to help prevent it happening again, highly recommend!

    We have had McDonald plumbing fix several issues in our older home from a failing hot water heater, replacing our old toilet, and most recently cleaning out the line to our sceptic tank.     A big thanks to Kevin and Brad for installing a water heater at my home. I would highly recommend! Again the guys from McDonald Plumbing were here again to save us from a faulty copper drain pipe in our basement. As always they were professional and explained exactly what had to be replaced any why. They got to work quick and finished in no time.     We had our entire sewer line from inside the house to the connection at the street re-done by McDonald Plumbing. We had several quotes for this work, and they were the best price (by far!). The crew did a great job of doing minimal damage to our yard. The technology they use to pull the new pipe underground is great--it only required one major hole in the yard and they didnt have to break up the driveway or excavate in multiple areas. They were able to get the job quoted, scheduled, and completed very quickly from the first time we contacted them. Thank you!

    McDonald Plumbing came out to install a new water service.Seth from McDonald plumbing arrived just before 8AM and stated that if all went well, they would be done around 10 am. However, much to their dismay, they encountered issues that prevented a smooth flow and many hiccups in the routine. This caused many delays and prevented them from completing the job until 4pm.All of the gentlemen working were professional and skilled in their jobs. They worked together well, explained to us what had been happening throughout the day and what issues they had incurred. Overall we are extremely pleased with the work they did. They were even conscientious in cleaning up and leaving our property as close to normal as possible. They went above and beyond and we need to give Kudos to the three remaining technicians at the end of the day! A Special thank you to:Seth, Chase, and Tucker!! You guys Rock!! Thank the rest of your crew as well!! We would highly recommend McDonald Plumbing in a heartbeat!

    I must say, I’m extremely impressed with McDonald’s plumbing. We used them to hook up to city water recently. From start to finish they explained things and did their homework! No guesswork and they came back at a fair price!The crew was extremely respectful and efficient and I’ve dealt with a lot of plumbers and they by far come out on top. They went as far as rolling out carpets to protect the foot traffic from them going in and out and laid down plywood in our yard to protect our grass from the excavator. Even the hole they made in our yard was minimal 3x5 ft approximately and perfectly rectangle shaped and grated for ease of planting seed.The crew arrived on time and was able to get everything done in less than a day, the amazing part was that I only actually had no water for 30 minutes, with a newborn and toddler at home this was much appreciated! The crew actually had me check my sprinklers and underground dog fence just to make sure everything worked correctly before they left, It did thankfully but they said they would have fixed them if they damaged anything. Very refreshing since we’ve had other contractors who said it was our problem and left us with many headaches.The best part about the end of our experience was when we were testing the sprinklers and I was trying to figure out the correct zones I got the crew drenched. Seeing grown men laugh and spray away some hard earned dirt, really showed that they enjoy their jobs and their employer. Thank you for everything, I will highly recommend you, and we will be calling you for any future needs.

    I can’t say enough good things about McDonald Plumbing. We were told we had to have a sewer line replaced and it would be $10,000+. McDonald came in and cleared the line for less than $1,000, despite major root problems and cracks. They put us a maintenance plan that should keep the line working for potentially ten or more years. McDonald is amazingly competent (better than other companies that do this work) and incredibly honest. Really couldn’t recommend them more.

    I dont have enough characters to say all the good things about the crew from McDonald Plumbing that worked tirelessly all day to restore water service to our house. When you pull into the driveway to this, you just know it was a bigger job than expected. They dug deep (literally), solved some mysteries, found solutions all while putting us at ease that yes, we would have water. They took great care of our home and yard and cleaned up well and preserved every inch of sod they could. I highly recommend them in particular for emergency work.

    We had a leak in basement and the water line needed to be replaced. We were amazed that McDonald could come out to inspect, give a quote, and promise to fix the problem the next day. 3 employees were today and it was a pleasure to see how beautifully and diligently they worked as a team. And - they came out on short notice and completed a large project just in the nick of time for our weekly community meal to take place at Servant’s Church.     I recently reached out to McDonald Plumbing with the heavy rain that fell for about a week straight. I came to find out our sump pump failed and we had about an inch of standing water in our basement. With it still down pouring we knew we had to act quickly. From the moment I called McDonald, the representative we spoke with was sympathetic and gathered basic info to get to a team leader on the phone immediately (stayed on the phone with me while transferring). The team lead spoke to me within a few minutes and sent a crew within hours to take a look at the pump and assess the damage. The two technicians that came out were knowledgeable, patient, courteous with our home, and acted quickly. Within an hour we had a new sump pump working and the water receded quickly (they also pinned the wires professionally so they would not be damaged, they treated our home as if it were theirs). I will be recommending them for all plumbing needs in the future to anyone we can. From start to finish, what a great group of people who generally care about you and have years of expertise to get the job done right. Kudos to those technicians whom came as well who worked tireless hours for many other homes as well.

    McDonald’s diagnosed & fixed a drain issue outdoors that’s been a problem for 23 years. They were able to schedule the work in a very quick & limited timeframe. They are excellent. After fixing the initial drain issue, on 1.22.24 they completed putting that drain into a retention tank that was recently discovered in the yard.

    I am incredibly happy with my experience with McDonald Plumbing! Their job was to disconnect the house from the well and to hook up to GR city water. Tim, Troy, and Adam worked efficiently and answered my questions throughout the process. They laid rugs down the steps and across the carpeted floor. They cleaned up any mess and made sure we were happy before leaving.I was happy with the minimal amount of digging in the yard and will easily be able to rake out and plant grass seed in the spring.

    Great service!! Wanted a garbage disposal removed because it was clogged with lime and calcium buildup and wouldnt drain. Smelled so bad!!😬Macdonald was able to get a technician out the same day! Glad it was the end of his day since it was one that getting it loose made you want to go home for the day!😳The technician was friendly and resourceful and did a great job. However my ground was a bit of a challenge so we did end up going into another days work for them. I recently had my long-term plumber and friend retire and was at a loss for a plumber so I took a shot on McDonald’s Plumbing and was glad I did.     When I called McDonald Plumbing we were without water. The owner came out within 2 hours to give us an estimate. Within 10 minutes of Scott’s arrival and him making a call, I had 4 township workers here determining where the underground tap was. We were put on the schedule within days. The McDonald team showed up as promised 8AM sharp and got right to work. I didn’t need to be here but it was a treat to see how efficiently they were able to get pipes under ground and into the basement without disrupting landscaped areas. Whenever I stopped one of them to ask a question, each one took the time to answer (with zero level of annoyance). Clean water (our well had gone kaput) is flowing from my faucets due to the intellect, ingenuity, and impressive attentive communication skills of the McDonald Plumbing team (and that includes the office staff). We are grateful for their service and blessed by their abilities.

    We had outdoor waterline leak, contact McDonald Plumbing. They are responsive, and quickly come to our house explained everything clearly. Crew came the next day, and they were very friendly, dug one hole instead of two, replaced the waterline and got everything done, cleaned up in the same day. They really know what they are doing.     These guys are amazing! Grace set up an appointment right away and made sure this project started as soon as possible. McDonald plumbing showed up first thing Monday morning and started working even though it was a national holiday and 8 degrees outside. They also brought floor mats into the home so they wouldnt bring in too much snow as they worked. Their work was very clean and neat. They were very professional and got the job done quickly. Im grateful for their haste and good nature. Would highly recommend this company.

    Ben and Seth came to the rescue today to help us with a kitchen sink back-up! They were super knowledgeable and worked until they figured out the culprit which was a sneaky back-up in our garbage disposal. They were so kind and represented their company so well!     The pump for our drain-fields pump-tank failed due to an electrical malfunction. McDonald came and analyzed the initial problem, waited for us to get some electrical work done, then came back and tested the system, only to discover that there was still a problem despite the electrical fix. They would need to install a new pump. We were able to get the tank pumped out the next morning and McDonald returned at noon and we had a new pump, working correctly, by mid-afternoon on a Friday. So we didnt have to go the whole weekend without using the septic/ drain-field system. The work was quick, timely and efficient, the workers friendly, their explanations clear. I wish the cost would have been less, but we are happy with the results and would not hesitate to call McDonald Plumbing again.

    I couldn’t have been happier with the service from everyone at McDonald Plumbing, start to finish! We called late on Monday evening when my water main broke and Scott came out early on Tuesday to walk me through the fix. He explained everything perfectly, so I knew exactly what to expect and the whole thing was done by Wednesday afternoon. I was so grateful for the quick turn around! The three guys who did the work were absolutely fantastic- super good at their jobs and so kind. Many thanks to everyone, I’ll certainly call again!

    Best plumbing experience EVER...Mike came out to access problem from busted pipe(which was replaced less than 2 yrs ago from another plumbing service who had a 2yr warranty on my paperwork) said that didnt apply and wanted $80 to come and check and would be up to mgr if he stood behind work....Ah No..screw me once...worked with Chase for financing (who is Tom Cruise twin!!!) Great guy! Mike came today and worked his butt off to get me up and running! I will ONLY use McDonalds from now on! GREAT TEAM!!! THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!!🥰

    The team from McDonald’s plumbing was highly professional and extremely precise. They conducted their work professionally while painstakingly considering every detail. They dug the trench with near surgical precision. The pipe angle was verified with a level and the earth underneath was tightly packed. They maneuvered around my tiny yard with great care, and they cleaned up so well they left it better than they found it. I am extremely pleased with the 30 foot of sewer pipe that they replaced and the way they replaced it!

    I recently came home to a ruptured water main. As one can imagine, it was a very stressful and anxious time. McDonald Plumbing came to the rescue in a big way.Scott McDonald quickly came out to assess the situation and exceeded my expectations with his knowledge and experience. He took the time to help me link up to the neighbors water supply via hoses that McDonald’s supplied. It was reassuring to at least have access to running water as this happened late on a Friday and the fix wasn’t able to dealt with until the following Monday.As any homeowner who has had this done knows, it’s an expensive repair. Due to the circumstances, Scott negotiated with me on a price that I felt was incredibly fair.On Monday, the crew showed up right on time and made swift work of the fix, not running into any unexpected delays. This was surely due to their experience. They did a great job keeping my front yard tidy upon completion.I can’t stress how impressed I am with the entire process. If you don’t choose McDonald’s Plumbing for any plumbing needs you are selling yourself short. I will forever recommend their services. They knocked it out of the park!

    Tim and his crew did an awesome job on our big project to install new pumps and re-route our storm/sewer lines. Everything was done excellently, including all clean-up inside and out in the yard. They even fixed a gas line leak we have had trouble with for years. Outstanding work, friendly crew...great job in every way. Highly recommend for any project!

    McDonald Plumbing did a great job. Our gas range quit on us and we wanted to upgrade to a newer unit. Unfortunately our gas lines in our house did not include any shutoff valves behind our gas fired equipment. I called McDonald Plumbing to see if they could come out and help us out with getting a valve installed behind the range. Brandon was the individual who came out to do the work. He was personable, professional and very respectful. He installed the valve and had everything setup and working within 10 minutes. They were upfront with pricing, so no surprises there. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for work on gas lines or other plumbing services.

    Our main water line sprung a leak on Sunday night. We fell victim to failing Blue Poly water line. We called McDonald and they directed us to have the city shut off the water at the road. They came out promptly Monday morning to take a look and give us a quote. We had 2 other quotes that day as well. We decided to go with McDonald for a few reasons; their price seemed fair vs other quotes, I have seen their trucks in our neighborhood over the years so I know they are familiar with the homes we have here, and they have a lot of experience in doing the type of work we needed to have done. The work was completed on Tuesday and we now have working water. The 3 man crew that came to do the work was outstanding, professional, and did fantastic work (and didnt mind me asking curious questions about the project). Hands down, they are the right people for new water line installation.

    We are so impressed with this company! They truly went above and beyond for us. We had them install a new water valve and gas valve as well as a few other small checks and fixes throughout the house. They were incredibly professional and timely.     I called McDonald on a Saturday to fix a leak in a water pipe in our basement. Jake arrived within 30 minutes, and made all necessary repairs, and even installed an extra shut off valve to make it easier to shut down the water from the well.     The one issue I had was that it took almost 3 weeks from placing a deposit, to hearing back from them on scheduling. Luckily, they called me and had a last minute opening that day. The plumbers who did the job were amazing. They were thorough, fast, and explained everything in a way where I understood. I have use McDonald for several plumbing jobs, and plan on using then for further projects.
