Professional, Friendly, Prompt. I am super impressed with the quality of work and knowledge of Dionis and Jonathan. Quoted and installed within one-week. For years we have been living with inadequate AC in our home with a 10-12 degree increase on our second story house. Dionis reviewed our furnace, AC, and ductwork and saw that it wasnt a match. His knowledge and guidance led us to a properly matched system with upgraded blower which has resulted in a much quieter, efficient system that brings only a 4-5 degree temperature increase on the second level. I couldnt be happier- especially with the heat advisory this week.

Furnace went out on thanksgiving with a cold front on the way. Called Klima Solutions and Dionis was here in approximately 1 hour. He determined we had a bad thermostat and was able to replace it and get us up and running. Also tuned up our furnace humidifier. They’ll be the 1st company we call next time we have HVAC needs.

Awesome service! After another contractor said they couldn’t repair our heat pump because they would be waiting on parts for the whole weekend, Klima came right out and made the repairs. My family didn’t have heat for 2 days with the other contractor and within 2 hours of calling, Klima had it fixed. Only problem is I wish I would’ve called them first!

Water heater went ka-pu-ty! Water everywhere in my basement. I called in a haste at 1:30AM and Dion from Klima Comfort Solutions called back (the only one) about 10 minutes later, with hope. Technician arrived in the am, like he said he would diagnosed my issue and gave me a fair price on an all new water heater system. I would highly recommend and use Klima again if needed. Thank you and I appreciate the tech making sure to cover my floors, clean up the mess and the respect given to my home. My warrantied new water heater looks good and is working fine. Klima even followed up to see how everything was going, and if I was satisfied! So add great customer service to the list!

Everything from consulting, to getting the job done in a timely manner, is what they prioritize in. BUT what stood out to me the most, was the clean up. These guys left the place cleaner than what it was to begin with after the job was done. Local prices for international quality. You just cant beat that!

Our furnace died on a Sunday night. We called Dionis at Klima and he answered right away, and video chatted so he could get an early idea of what was wrong. He offered to come out that night, and we opted for a next-day visit Monday morning. He was on time, very friendly, even wore those little booties to keep from tracking mud and snow into our house. He pinpointed the problem with the furnace and explained our options. It really felt that he wanted US to make the best choice that fit our needs and our budget, without pressure. We opted for a new system, since repair would have been expensive on an older unit. He was able to schedule delivery of the new unit the next day, AND put a used motor into our furnace, so we had heat while we waited for the new furnace installation. On Tuesday, Dionis’ colleague, Johnathan installed the new furnace without any hiccups.We are very pleased with the speed, courtesy, and value of Klima, and would definitely recommend to others!

I found this to be very unacceptable. I had a friend who had provided me the phone number for Klima comfort, and not only was the service prompt. He was very professional. He guaranteed his work. We were up and running within an hour.And it was a very fair price. I would highly recommend Klima comfort!!!!
