Nick and Eli came out today to fix our very dated plumbing for our new shower and tub renovation. Nick was extremely helpful in explaining what he was going to replace and how he was going to accomplish this. We had planned to do the fixture install ourselves, but wed rather do it right, so Nick set up another appointment for us on the spot to come out in two days so we can get the tile up before he returns. A great team, on-time and very helpful! We will definitely use East End Plumbing for any future projects. Thank you!

Cannot recommend these guys enough. Nick is professional, honest, and very informative with all aspects of the job. They had a small hiccup (not their fault) that required them to work an extra hour and get extra parts, beyond what they originally quoted and didnt charge anything extra for the service. As a Realtor, I know Ill be using them for myself and future clients.

Prompt and efficient. Explained in detail about the gas line installation. I especially want to comment on my experience with Jeff. He made the entire process of installation go extremely well. He handled getting all permits and keeping me informed I requested that he tell all coming to our house that upon before entering our house they must remove shoes and were a mask. Upon arrival I asked the installation crew about my request and they assured me that Jeff told them of the request and they honored it. Great job Jeff we appreciate all you did to make the job site work fantastic.

This is a very professional and responsible team. After my kitchen basin water pipe was blocked, two companies sent people to unclog the pipe, they could not be changed, but quoted $1002 and $2597 to further unclog, later, I called the company, they were very kind to ask about the blockage, and immediately sent someone to unclog, two staff are very professional and dutiful, repeatedly using the machine to unclog, Using a line with a camera to dredge the pipe to detect, and finally other companies can not solve the pipe dredge, thank you very much for their hard work.

I had Frank at my house and I was extremely impressed with his experience and professionalism. He did a great job and he actually saved me a huge and expensive repair by fixing a clogged drain. I highly recommend this company if you need help with anything plumbing related. After he explained his opinion I felt like I could trust his judgement and decision making. We are very pleased with our new walkin shower! East End Plumbing installed the unit for us and did an amazing job. Each step of the process was professional. The gal who came out initially to give us the quote was extremely helpful and put our mindat ease, as we were very overwhelmed at the thought of the whole idea of tearing up part of our house. After talking with her, she explained the process and the quote was very reasonable. She is why we decided to go ahead with the project! The two guys who came to do the installation were also friendly and professional. Finished the job in a timely 2 day window, cleaned up after the day, and answered any questions we had. We would highly recommend East End.

I contracted to have a 24 Kw Generac whole home generator installed at my home by Grand Bay Electric / East End Plumbing. My initial contact was with Matt Cheslek who was prompt, courteous, and well informed about Generac ans Kohler generators. After explaining the differences between the two lines, I ultimately decided to go with the Generac model. He was very clear about educating me how to contact the correct department at DTE in order to have a larger capacity gas meter installed at my home. (Unfortunately DTE would not accommodate my request to have the meter installed before the electricians and plumbers came to install my generator. I was informed that this is not an uncommon occurrence!)I was contacted several days before installation day to confirm the time and advised that we would be without electrical power for about 6 hours on installation day. The electrician, Kevin Hawkins and his assistant Charlie arrived on time and moved the generator in to the previously agreed to location and shortly afterward, the plumbers arrived. While the electricians were installing the the the transfer switch, various other hardware, and running the underground power cables to the generator, the plumbers were installing the underground gas line. All of the crew seemed to be well organized, got along with each other, and were willing to answer any and all questions. The electrician, Kevin, was very careful not to track anything into our home when he made several trips to our inside breaker panel to make some additional wiring changes. At the end of the day, all extra material and debris was cleaned up and the plumbers made a point to advise me that they would be back in two days to complete the gas hookup to the new meter which was scheduled to be installed the next day.As previously agreed to, the plumbers returned two days later and completed the gas hookup. They started the generator up and educated me about its operation, maintenance, and encouraged me to call if there were any questions or issues with my new generator.I decided to contract with Grand Bay Electric / East End Plumbing after talking with other people in my neighborhood who had generators installed by them and gave great reviews. I am happy to add my name to the list of well satisfied customers. It was a pleasure working with a first class company!

We had a basement backing up. We called East end plumbing and set up an appointment for the following morning. The service techs Ray and Dominic showed up on time and were very professional and had great communication. They augered the line and provided us with video as to what was creating the clog. The jetted out the line and cleared all the blockage. This particular drain has been a continuous issue for us for a long time. Having them camera/video the line provided us the knowledge of why the issue continues to happen. Our issue was that one of the lateral lines has a settling drop in it which allows all of the solids and other items to collect in that area creating another back up. We will be getting quotes to replace that section of pipe to eliminate the issue from happening again. I would certainly choose East End Plumbing again.
