    Christopher and Joshua were courteous and professional with our Fall check up. They asked if I was pleased with their service and I told them yes. They asked about past experience and I relayed an awful experience I had with a previous employee giving quotes for installation of a Rennai tankless boiler back in Feb or March. Dude literally told me to take my business elsewhere when I asked for time to get other quotes. I thought to call the owner but got busy and forgot. Was not pleased with the ac technician that came in the spring. Seems like he was trying to drum up business. Can not remember his name but he was pretty young. Had you not offered a special for renewal of the maintenance plan I would have taken my business elsewhere.

    Jacob and Dom were able to come to my house when my upstairs A/C was acting up. Scott was patient and thorough in his explanation of the systems we chose. Very kind and helpful. Scott was very responsive to our questions and texted us every step of the way. Installers were very polite , wore masks and did the work very efficiently. They cleaned up ( did not make a big mess at all)and vacuumed areas of the house they walked thru. Follow up by Eddy was quick and he addressed our concerns and made needed adjustments in 2 days post installation.I would highly recommend Tower.Also- they performed 8 years worth of maintenance service on our old unit and helped extend the life of that unit until it had to be replacedAnne Catherine Johnson

    I just had Christopher here at my apartment unit, and he did a fantastic job! He spent over three hours trying to isolate a problem with my heater, late on a Friday evening with an oncoming cold front this weekend. I so appreciate his persistence to isolate the issue and his willingness to go above and beyond to get the problem fixed. Cant recommend them enough!

    Tower Heating and Air are always on time, the technician Adonis is courteous and thorough and our HVAC and Furnace work and function better than ever! I highly recommend them for your AC needs.Update: Now in 2024, I am still impressed with Tower and most recently our technician Tyler. He was able to pinpoint a larger issue due to carelessness of our energy provider. Hopefully I can recoup some of the repair fees, but the unit is working great and hopefully adding some longevity to its life bond Tyler’s knowledge.

He contacted me within minutes and let me know someone would check the system out the next day.Chris arrived and gave me peace of mind about the issue. I immediately signed up for a service plan which will perform maintenance on the units twice a year for less cost than a routine visit from other companies. Chris identified a potential risk and repaired it promptly and with great care.I wholeheartedly recommend this company and their enthusiastic and professional team. They are the only company I will use going forward. They are a Godsend.

    The company is awesome. From the delightful young lady, Nicky, who answers your call to the serviceman who rings your doorbell, everyone is friendly, courteous and professional. Allen arrived on time and found the problem and then showed me what was wrong before he fixed it. He also let me know what the charge would be before starting. He finished the repair and showed me that it was working after checking it twice to make sure it wouldnt fail again. Allen has been working for one of the partners for over 20 years. That only happens when you have a good boss and a honest and reliable company. Job well done!

    Tower is the best HVAC company in the area. I needed to replace both air conditioners this week and called Tower because they have been servicing my 20 year old system. David came the day I called, analyzed my needs and made a very reasonable proposal for two systems and some needed upgrades to my system. I did get other estimates and Tower was significantly cheaper. The installers were very professional and showed up as scheduled. By the end of the day, we had two great AC units installed. They cleaned up everything and our house has never been so comfortable. You will not go wrong with Tower.
