    Outstanding work and customer service!! From the moment I called to schedule the young lady that answered was so sweet and helpful. I was put on the schedule for next day and before the service guys came out they called to let me know they were on their way.Kai and Andrew arrived at our home and were very professional, respectful and kind. They treated our home with respect and made sure they cleaned up after themselves. As they came into the bathroom looked at the issue with the drip and quickly explained and reassured me how it would get fixed. They did the work really well and quickly. Here is a picture of the tubbing they had to replace.I recommend this company to anyone in need of outstanding service and work done well.

    I had an excellent experience with Mr. Dylan Quick from Poole’s plumbing. He was sent through Toll brothers as part of a warranty request to fix the hose bib outside our home. His warm, friendly attitude made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He fixed the hose bib quickly and efficiently, showing great expertise.     We had an emergency where our new fridge was delivered and delivery team said our water line was bad and they couldnt hook it up.     Pooles Plumbing recently replaced our faucet in our bathroom. They navigated receiving the wrong handles and were able to quickly get the correct handles for our faucet.     Had a shower issue on the Sunday before Memorial Day. Called Pooles on Tuesday, got an appointment for the next day. Ethan and Chris arrived early, got the work done quickly and exactly on the quoted price. New faucet looks and works great. Quick service, excellent work, reasonable price.     We had two aging original water heaters, one electric and one direct vent gas that needed replacing. Pooles was one of three places that I got quotes from and their quoting rep, Bill, immediately impressed me with his attention to detail and knowledge of what my options were. Bill took measurements inside and out and talked about the exact process for similar replacements or a switch to tankless. In our case, I decided that it made the most sense to convert to tankless and it was clear that they were pros at doing that conversion. The quote also came in the lowest which was a great bonus, but since this is critical house infrastructure I was weighing the decision more on the expertise exhibited at the quoting stage.When it came time for the install, the techs Henry and Dylan did a fantastic and expert job. They mounted the new unit to the wall, plumbed in a dedicated gas line from the outside meter and very cleanly and neatly plumbed the unit in with our existing water lines and recirculation system. All of the visible hot lines were insulated for efficiency and you can almost not tell we used to have tanks. The before and after photos speak for themselves. They were done in a day and the inspector had no concerns whatsoever. VERY satisfied customer here! Thanks Pooles!

    I had a wonderful experience with Pooles Plumbing. Found a water leak in the line between the meter and my house. They came out promptly and told me everything that needed to happen (cable, gas, sewer lines marked, inspections, etc.). They took care of everything! Everyone with whom I dealt was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. And so very neat! I had to have a long trench to lay new pipe, and just a few days later, neighbors are commenting on how you can barely tell I had the work done! They left my yard looking as good or better than when they left! And they alerted me to a potential electrical grounding issue with my home. No one wants the expense of a water main leak, but I feel very good that I had the best people on the job!!

    Dylan and his counterpart (wish I caught his name!) were awesome. We called them due to some toys being stuck in our toilet (toddlers handiwork) which they were able to quickly retrieve. I then mentioned to them a leaky exterior faucet and they were able to fix the issue within the same visit. Reasonable cost and exceptional service.

    Project 1: Install tankless water heater.Highlight: Recommended by a competitor.We had four companies give us a quote for replacing our natural gas tank water heater with a tankless. One competitor told us that based on the complexity of the install, he would recommend Poole’s Plumbing. And that is who we used. The job consisted of removing the existing natural gas tank water heater, all of it’s venting and sealing all holes where the vent used to be (the old venting was no longer to code). Then installing a direct vent, condensing, non-recirculating new tankless water heater in a new location, installing a condensate pump, and rerouting the plumbing and gas lines to the new location. I would, and have, use them again.Project2: Install hot water recirculation pump in home that does not have a dedicated return line.Workmanship: “They do good work.” –City inspector.Results: From 3 minutes to 3 seconds.Previously, I had a traditional gas tank water heater in my basement. With it, it took 1 minute for hot water to show up at the furthest sink (laundry room) on the main floor and it took 1 minute for hot water to show up at the furthest sink on the top floor (master bath) of my three-story home.When I went tankless I did not want built in recirculation because I was not sure I needed that feature and also because those worked on timers and I would want an on-demand type of recirculation system, i.e. water was not recirculated until a remote is pushed or a motion sensor was activated.After my tankless was installed, the times went from 1 minute to 3 minutes. And these times were independent of each other. When I got hot water in the master bath and immediately went to the laundry room, it still took 3 minutes for hot water to show up there, and vice versa.To make a very long story short, when I contacted the tankless manufacturer about an under sink recirc pump, they said the model tankless I purchased cannot support recirculation. I relayed this information to Poole’s who in turn, without me asking, contacted the tankless manufacturer and got a totally different answer. The manufacturer even recommended a brand of pump to use. Poole’s then contacted the pump manufacturer (again without me asking), reviewed my home’s layout with them and came up with a solution. It consists of a no-timer, remote activated stainless steel flanged pump installed at the water heater, a 2 gallon expansion tank, insulating the hot water pipes where possible, stainless and brass thermal bypass values installed at the laundry room sink and another installed in the master bath, a wireless receiver and two remotes.The results? After pushing the remote button, letting the pump operate and opening the hot water on the faucet, I get hot water at both the laundry room and master bath in 3 seconds. Yes, 3 seconds.Many thanks to Bill and Tim for working with the manufacturers to configure a solution and to Henry and crew for the installation.

    I had a great experience with Pooles plumbing when they came to replace the gas pipe connecting my house to the meter. They were on time, had fair pricing, and were extremely professional. Bill, Henry, Cody, and Dylan worked together from giving me a free estimate, installing the pipe, and then meeting the city inspector all in a timely fashion.     I have used Pooles plumbing for installation of our tankless water heater, and later for its maintenance and repair. The water heater later failed on a Saturday morning over a holiday weekend. The on-call technician quickly responded and had the system up and running by the afternoon.Most recently, Poole Plumbing installed a toilet and replaced a broken faucet in my laundry room. Again, they did a great job.I find them to be very responsive and professional with reasonable pricing for the services. They are my plumber of choice!

They installed the new heater without incident, but we noticed a smell coming from the hot water. The service manager came out, agreed, and replaced the new water heater.     We have been dealing with the headaches of Polybutylene pipes for years, (leaks, burst pipes and lost sleep) but finally bit the bullet on getting the house re-plumbed. We had several quotes and chose Pooles, and we are very happy we did. We were on their schedule within 10 days of selecting them to do the job. Earl and John showed up on time (called before arrival) and explained how they would do the work. Going in we knew they would have to cut away some dry wall in the walls and ceiling to get to the upstairs bathroom plumbing, but I was surprised how small the holes were, they were like surgeons. They used the existing runs, removing the old pipes and putting the new in the same holes where possible.No one wants to spend that much money to fix something that isnt broke at the moment, but I can honestly say this was one of the best decisions we made at our home. We will sleep better knowing the poly is gone, and we made the right decision having Pooles do the work.

    We got an error message on our tankless water heater. After discussing the possible reasons for the message, Pooles was able to send some one out the day after I called . Corrie and John did an excellet job flushing and doing routine maintenance on the system. That was all that was needed. The system is 8 years old but never had the thorough inspection and cleaning that Pooles gave it. They did a wonderful job.

    After 8 years in our home, our 50 gallon hot water heater was leaking over the weekend. I started calling around on Monday morning. I did get several estimates, most of which were higher then Pooles. Pooles was recommend to me by our Heating/AC service company. So, I called Pooles on Monday around noon and they were here and had it replaced within 24 hours. They were competitive on the price and they were fantastic with service. They even called today to follow up with me. Wonderful experience. I would use them in the future every time! they did a fantastic job!

    We hired Pooles Plumbing for their Hydro-Jetting service to clear some landscape drain lines that run from our gutters. The service cost is pretty steep ($375 for the first hour), but its using specialized equipment so I was fine with it. The initial contact with the business is very professional with Carrie in the office. The first crew came out to work on our issue and were on time and professional and friendly. Unfortunately, we still had an issue that we found existed after they left. However, this is where Pooles shined. When I called back to say that I needed them back out, Carrie informed me that typically would cost another service call, at a somewhat discounted rate, since its a non-warrantied item. I wasnt thrilled with that, but I needed it done and theyre one of the few companies I can find to do it. She scheduled Tim, the service manager, to come out with another crew. They came back out today, again on time, and worked diligently for the entire time to fully resolve our issue. At the end, Tim indicated we wouldnt be charged for this 2nd visit. This is good business and will get me to call Pooles again the next time I need work done. They recognized an issue wasnt resolved properly the first visit and didnt make me foot the bill. Outstanding customer service from start to finish.

    Got a new hose bib installed that is more centrally located for my wifes garden. They even installed an extra shutoff (at no extra cost) in the crawlspace to prevent it from freezing on the outside during the winter. The team was responsive, professional and reasonably priced. Very happy with their work and will continue to use them for future plumbing projects.

    My electric tank water heater went out in the spring of 2019. A friend that works in the residential construction industry suggested that I call Pooles. They responded quickly and advised me on my options. I ended up going with a tankless water heater. It has been a great decision. They come right on schedule, are reasonably priced and give good advice throughout the process. Yesterday, they came out for the one year service of the new water heater. They showed me how to clean & descale the unit so I can do it myself next time. I highly recommend these guys.

    I had a Recirculation pump installed on my tankless hot water heater. Pooles Plumbing did a fantastic job. I felt like their fees were in line with other companies I called and they gave us a military discount. The first man came out to look at the situation and get us a quote and then Sabrina worked with my schedule and was able to get me an install date that was very timely. Henry and Zach came out and installed the pump and did it in about 1/2 the time they estimated it to take, which was awesome. They were very thorough in explaining and installing. I will definitely use them in the future if the need arises.

    Thank you so much! My husband used to work plumbing and when our upstairs toilet quit filling with water and it wasnt the flapper, he decided he didnt want the hassle and to call someone. Im so glad I found Poole’s Plumbing, Inc.. They came out same day (week day) and within 15 minutes had correctly diagnosed and replaced the hose that supplies water to the tank. We suspected the valve was the problem but they saved us so much headache being able to determine it was just the hose! They were on time, knowledgeable, friendly and adhered to social distancing requirements. Great service at an average price for plumbing repair. Highly recommend.

    I was having some issues with my Rinnai water heater, and noticed that on the Pooles Plumbing trucks in front of me in traffic, it said they worked on Rinnai water heaters in particular, so I gave them a call.The two young men they sent were courteous, polite and knew their trade.     We needed a 22 year old water heater replaced. I had 3 companies quote a tank water heater and tankless water heater. In both cases, Pooles plumbing was the lowest quote. In fact, we ended up selecting the tankless water heater and the installed quote was about $600 lower than the other two companies. So on price, Poole wins.On availability, from the time to quote to time to install, it was less than a week. Far less time than the other companies quoted. So on timing, Poole wins.On professionalism, all three companies were very professional, so I was very pleased.On installation, Poole did a great job. Finished the job in about 6 hours when I was expecting 8-10 hours. The service techs Henry and Chris wore covers on their shoes in the house, explained the steps that they were going through as they went through them, after installation went through a thorough explanation of how the water heater works, and informed me that they will be back on Friday for the city inspection. On installation, could not have gone any better.On customer service, Julie was superb. They even ran a nice drain line along my garage wall at the perfect angle.     We are delighted with Poole’s Plumbing! I know for a fact, that I flushed too many wipes down our commode. Poole’s found and cleared our immediate problem, but in the meantime, they discovered our sewer pipe had detached and separated from the main.     Our water heater was failing so we called Pooles and got an appointment in a timely manner. The plumber arrived on time with the intention of replacing the elements and thermostats as we had ordered, but we talked for a minute before he started. He did not give me a big sales pitch; we just discussed the age of the heater and the options of repair versus replacement. He quoted a price on the replacement and I decided to go with that option. The plumber waited while an new appliance was brought out to our house (without any extra charge), installed it and tested it, and completed the work in the expected time with the quoted price.     We had Pooles Plumbing install a Rinnai tankless water heater. They were the 3rd company we had provide an estimate for a tankless water heater and the company we ended up selecting. Bill, the estimator, was very thorough in his process, even with determining the best location for the water heater. The estimate provided was the lowest of all 3 companies and seemed the most reasonable. The estimate provided was detailed and comprehensive. Once we decided to move forward with the work, Pooles was able to fit us in the very next day. We were very grateful as we had been without hot water for 2 weeks by that point. The team arrived the very next morning. Henry was very polite and had a calm demeanor. He explained in detail the process and was patient to wait until we were finished using water before cutting it off. He assisted in providing a better solution for wiring that was needed that would not disrupt the integrity of the exterior of our home. Part of the drywall in the lower part of our house had to be cut into for some wiring. The person who did the wiring was nice enough to write down the supplies (and costs) of items needed to fix the drywall and detailed how we could do it ourself. After everything was completed, Henry took the time to walk us through everything that was done, including recommending flushing the water hear annually and showing us how we could do it ourself. We really appreciated this extra step, considering it had already been a long day for the team in completing the installation. I would highly recommend this business!

    Earlier this week I found water dripping from my kitchen ceiling. I originally hired Bizzy Bee plumbing to diagnose the leak, since they had great reviews online. They charged me $105 for 5 minutes of work just to cut a hole in my ceiling and look at the leak (had I known better, I would have just cut the hole in my ceiling myself). They claimed that a glue joint on the drain pipe was not done properly and was the source of the leak. They offered to fix the glue joint at an additional cost of $400!!! I declined the offer.Since the house plumbing was done by Poole’s plumbing, I gave them a call, and they forwarded me directly to Robert Poole. Considering the situation, Mr. Poole was incredibly polite and understanding of my concerns. He explained to me that it is a very simple job to fix the glue joint, less than an hour of work, and so $400 was an outrageous price to charge. He was explained that it is extremely rare for one of their glue joints to leak, since Poole’s Plumbing test their drains by filling them with water for 24 hours when the house is built.Mr. Poole sent one of his supervisors to diagnose the issue the next morning. They had found that the glue joint was completely dry and not the source of the leak, this means that the Bizzy Bee plumber had completely misdiagnosed the problem and I would have paid $400 for nothing. They quickly resolved the issue at a very reasonable price.Pooles Plumbing saved the day! (and saved me a small fortune)

    I can’t say enough good things about Poole’s plumbing!! I have needed them twice now and their service techs and customer service team are top notch!! Service tech Joey and his helper came out the first time to fix a leak in my bathroom and they were extremely thorough and had it fixed in no time. The most recent tech, Ethan, was just as thorough! I had 2 leaking hosebibs and even without a helper, he had them both replaced fast and was extremely professional. He even crawled back under the house to turn the water back on to my refrigerator after I told him I wasn’t sure where it was. Both techs went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the work before they left! And neither of them tried to sell me a bunch of junk I didn’t need like some other companies do.     Pooles Plumbing I recommend highly. Not only are they fair in their prices they provide on time high quality work. After going through a traumatic time the last 14 months after large tree destroyed my home. I had just moved back home and within a month started with backups from sewer line into home. After 2 very large quotes one over $10,000, 2nd over 6000.00, they did for almost half the $6,000. Excellent customer service, they were so honest, gave me different choices.
