I was very pleased that despite Ronald’s busy schedule, the day before Christmas Eve, he kept his word and came to my home to resolve my overflow problem. Other well-known contractors could not come until Christmas Eve, which would have inconvenienced me and stressed me out . He was courteous, thorough, cleaned up debre and made recommendations for preventive care. I would use his service again.

I noticed my water heater leaking from the side panel late Friday night. I called Certified Plumbing on Saturday morning explaining that I would likely need a new water heater because of the location of the leak. They gave me a good price quote, especially for a weekend emergency call. They had a technician out in about three hours. He noticed that there was signs of burning on the electrical from the leak. Ronald got to work right away and got it done in a few hours with no issues. It has been a few days now and everything is working fine and there are no leaks. There also was no surprise fees, the price was same as quoted. I will be using them again for any plumbing needs.Pictures are of the electrical burning from leaky water heater. I had an emergency on a cold cold night. I had forgot to unhook my hose from my spigot and it sprung a leak and the spigot would not shut off. Ronald came out that night in the cold and even went under my crawlspace and fix the spigot. He gave me a great price for doing that and he was a very nice man!

My hot water heater went out over the weekend. Ronald actually took the time on Sunday to return a call, understand the work that needed to be done, and schedule it for as soon as possible the next day. Unlike other large companies in the market that spend a lot of money on marketing or wont return a weekend call, or that want to charge 4X their weekly rate to visit on a weekend…… Ronald was very accommodating in getting the work scheduled, showed up when he said he would and made me aware of any potential future issues. I reached out on Yelp looking for a certified plumber to do a total rebuild on my toilet in my downstairs bathroom because the quotes on a new toilet was really expensive. Ronald reached out to my request and gave me an instant quote for a new toilet. Not only was his quote reasonable but it was cheaper then all the rebuild quotes I received from 3 other plumbers. We set up a day and he arrived on time with a great personality. I loved the service he provided. While he was at my residence, I asked him a question about my garbage disposal and he took a look at it and fixed it with no problem for no extra charge. It only took a switch of a button but I respected him because he was honest about it. I was quoted $400 to replace my garbage disposal when it didn’t need to be replaced. I will always call him for all my plumbing needs now and I highlyyyyyyy recommend!

I had new countertops and a sink installed days before Christmas, but I didn’t realize that my garbage disposal and pipes would have to be reconfigured. Other plumbers were giving estimates up to $1000 because we wanted the work done before Christmas. I reached out to Ronald and he responded quickly and was able to give me a fixed quote that was a 3rd of what others were charging. He didn’t try to price gouge and he was willing to come early the next morning. I am very satisfied with the finished product. Ronald installed my faucet, water Rinser and soap dispenser as well. We use certified plumbing plumbing on two separate occasions, the first time to have our sink and dishwasher hooked up, and then on the second occasion after getting countertops and a new sink, we had to have it hooked up again. Had a shower cartridge fail while closing the valve. This prevented shutting off the water & forced the water to the house to be shut off. They are exceptional. In addition to addressing the blockage inside the house, he went outside and traced the problem through to the septic tank. He detemined that the hair trap needs replacing, and that this was the ultimate source of our reoccurring problems. All while responding promptly on a Saturday. First class service in every way.
