    Brandon the initial technician was very good. However, this company does not answer their phones and consistently left me on hold for 30-60 minutes before a human answered or they just disconnected me after 30 minutes. They do not respond to emails either. I was referred to them by American Home Shield as this is one of their vendors. However, this company treats warranty customers like scum. In addition, I was told by them that they are not adequately staffed to even answer their phones. Their customer service, once you reach them, is less than satisfactory. I am so disappointed in my experience with this company and they havent even installed the new water heater yet.......... Update on 6/28/21- Michael from this company called me to discuss my concerns. He offered to install the new water heater on Sunday (instead of the following Friday as they had told me). He installed the new water heater yesterday and has followed up several times including coming back today to make an adjustment on the vent. Michael had apologized several times for the way I was treated and told me the company aims to provide quality service. I am very satisfied with my hot water heater installation. I believe this company may have been having a challenging week last week and that they will continue to improve their customer service. Thank you Michael and Brandon!!!!!

    We have had Proven Professional Construction Services come out on two different occasions. First was a water heater instillation in the coldest part of the winter. We had another company back out which lead to another several days without hot water. As soon as the water heater was delivered Proven Professional scheduled us and worked late into the evening to ensure we had hot water.Today we had a problem with a garbage disposal and our tech Robert was extremely friendly, timely, knowledgeable and efficient.Highly recommend this company!

    Arrived during the 4-hour window as promised. Chris was friendly, professional, and very honest about what was wrong with my water heater. Sara, the office personnel that assisted me with scheduling and payment, was also friendly and professional. My previous experience with Proven for my leaking faucet was a great experience as well (Robert was the technician for that job). I would definitely allow Proven back into my home.

    Fast, professional and timely service. Reasonable pricing, with great customer service and polite staff and awesome service- starting with Adriana at the front office, Robert who came to assess the leak (Day 1) , Lincoln provided the quote, Day 2 - unit ordered and Brandon installed the hot water heater ( impressive how quickly he did it) and tidied up before they left. Brandon also gave tips to maintain the heater. Highly recommend! PPCS- shoutout to a great crew, amazing training in customer service. Thank you for diagnosing the issue and replacing the hot water heater.

    Michael and office coordinator were very professional. Michael fixed a toilet that was running. He replaced the existing ball float with a new mechanism that is so much better.Michael explained the work to be done and went over the completed repair with me.

    From the assessment to the plumbers to the mitigation team, ALL were prompt, professional and proficient. The mitigation team was very thorough as were the plumbers. They were all respectful and took the time to answer my questions (which were a lot) without acting bothered. As a disabled senior citizen and a volunteer housing specialist, it was refreshing to see the level of care they took and consideration they gave while yet focusing on doing their job. It seemed important to them that I was satisfied. I would have no problem, at this time, recommending them to partnering organizations and families that I engage with.Overall, after we got past the initial hurdles, I feel comfortable enough with my first-time experience with Proven that if any thing were to go amiss, they would be on it.Even the office personnel (thanks Dynasty) came to terms with the barrage of questions and requests from me.Also, I was pleased to see the diversity of staffing Proven has and the comraderie and TEAMwork that made this horrible issue feel a little easier to bear.BC, Raleigh NC

    I had a leaking toilet and my warranty selected Proven Professionals and Im so glad they did. They were quick to schedule an appointment and Pedro went above and beyond to get my toilet fixed. He wore shoe covers to enter my home without me having to ask. He fixed my toilet and right away noticed the pressure was high inside my home so he went to check the water pressure and confirmed that it was wayyyy above normal. He waited patiently till I got ahold of my warranty to get authorization to replace my PRV valve. He fixed everything and I appreciate the service Ive received. Will definitely recommend this place 👌

    Proven Professionals were chosen by American Home Shield to come take care of our leaky toilet with a faulty supply valve - so our toilet kept running and we couldnt even turn the water off while we were away on vacation. Michael called early in the day to schedule the appointment and he made sure to get the exact details of the problem, which he then provided to the plumber who came. He also detailed how their plumbers all respect social distancing guidelines and do the work the entire time while wearing a mask. We even got a heads-up text when our plumber was about 10 minutes away from arriving. Our plumber was Brandon, who was quick, courteous, thorough and professional. Our experience with Proven Professionals from start to finish was excellent. Highly recommended!

    If I could give 10 stars I would! I received a text to say a skilled technician was on the way. What a delight to have a company show up when they say they will be there! Michael was conscious about my floors and wore shoe covers. Every precaution was taken to follow the standards of preventing COVID transmission including wearing a face covering the entire time. He diagnosed and installed a new garbage disposal in less than 45 minutes. He cleaned up and took my old disposal to recycle. An added bonus is he very personable and professional! If you have any plumbing issues, I highly recommend this company. 👍🏻👍🏻⭐️💯

    AHS dispatched PPCS after the first assigned plumber did not respond. Brandon with PPCS came out and assessed the problem. He took pictures and needed to get further approval from AHS as the problem seemed more complex than a simple fix. I needed the leak fixed, so I agreed to the added cost. Brandon came back out on the day and well within the timeframe quoted me and fixed the problem within minutes! He checked back with his home base because of the quick fix, and I was not charged the extra amount. This is professional, honest service! Brandon didnt mind me watching as he made the repair. He is very personable and pleasant, and he came in with guards on his shoes and mask on his face. Thank you PPCS for not taking advantage of the situation, especially with me being a female homeowner. I definitely recommend this company for your plumbing repairs/installs!!

    I cant speak for the company much, they were selected by our home warranty. They did fail to respond to my email asking about rescheduling but luckily I got home just in time.The plumber was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and resolved our issue.     We had a gas leak in our home and had been without hot water for about 10 days so far and Proven Professional Construction Services, LLC came out to air test the fuel lines and repair on two separate days. JAMES was the technician and he did fantastic work. He articulated the entire process and really put forth an effort to help get our pipes fixed in record time.     Just another reason to support private contractors and small businesses in your community.Had a polybutylene pipe spring a leak under my house in a very tricky spot that could compromise my new AC Unit/Furnace.Had a competitor give me an appt 5 days away, Rob was able to fit my job in 5 hours later.The pipe itself was a relatively small job- but the location, materials, surrounding equipment, etc needed the skillful care of a professional.Rob fixed the problem quickly, added a down spout/ shut off as a possible fail safe in the future, and even took the time to identify a completely unnecessary pipe and remove that as well.I’m still waiting for a text pic with your card info for my rolladecks sir! Nah but seriously Thank you again.

The warranty company initially denied the work, but Robert called to inform me that he was going to communicate with the warranty company to get the approval.     PPC showed up on time through a HomeServe work order. I had some initial concerns based on some reviews I saw about them being late. I hope other people aren’t holding PPC responsible for delays out of their control from 811 Dig. The technician diagnosed and addressed the issue without me being there. The issue appears to be resolved but will monitor. All in all very pleased with the job and communication from PPC.

    Proven Professional Construction Services LLC was prompt, professional, and got the job done. We did have hic cups but they were because of unforeseen things that happened. They took it in stride and we moved on. They were through HomeServe via Dominion Energy. Home Serve on the other hand was difficult and not as they presented themselves.I find the program difficult to maneuver.

We had a hot water heater install that took no time at all. short while later, after business hours, we realized there was no water pressure and it was not hot...     Cant say enough good things about this company. Great customer service! The ladies on the front end ( Fortunata and Paisley) where courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. Fortunata was sympathetic to my problem and worked with my schedule to assign a technician. Mike was also great. He Diagnosed, explained my problem and then replaced my water heater.     I worked with Proven Professional Construction Service through my HSA warranty. They arrived within the appointment window (and completed the service too!) Jerel quickly diagnosed that it wasnt the toilet that was causing problems, but the water pressure. He worked with the HSA for approval and replaced the part for the water pressure and part in the toilet. This was all done within the appointment window so I was able to get back to work quickly. Yay!

    This company has the best customer service of any company Ive had the opportunity to deal with. My first interaction with someone was with Paislei. I was frustrated as any would be when having a plumbing problem. She was understanding, committed to listening and empathized. She went the extra mile and even listened to me share the type of frustrating day I was having overall. She never gave any indication that I was tying up her line or keeping her at work well past 5p. When I realized how late it was I immediately apologized. She laughed and continued toshow compassion and empathy. All while maintaining a professional demeanor. I will be forever grateful that I connected with this company. Upon speaking with the company further, after waiting on the plumber, I got the chance to speak with Vee. The professional, interpersonal skills were just as apparent. I could tell that it wasnt a coincidence, this is the culture of this companys business environment. It also doesnt stop in the office. The plumber Robert, was just as professional, just as interpersonal, just as kind and empathetic. I like these people. I like this company. They have proven to me to live up to their Companys name.     Robert and Mario came out and fixed our shower valves right away today! Not only were they on time for the appointment, they were kind, courteous, and professional! The communication from the office could be better, but besides that and some phone tag, they came out and did a great job and that is the most important.     Great company! They replaced my water heater through Home Serve. They came out quick, and did the repair and finally the new water heater installation. They were very professional, they always got back to me very quickly when I had questions. I would work with them again definitely. Highly recommend. Reading the other reviews on here, I think they complaints should mostly go to the insurance companies, not this company. I had to push with my insurance a bit, but Proven Professional was great- everyone I interacted with!

    Sorry for delayed review. I had a Water Heater leaks. I called the insurance company but after a while they approved the coverage. Once approved Mr. Robert the plumber manager took the extra step and ordered a new unit right away I greatly appreciate him. Next day a very nice and professional crew Brandon and Pedro came and installed the unit in a very tiny room with a Gas line on their way. I greatly appreciate them as well. Finally I was able to get a hot shower. I do recommend this company.

Once the new water heater was shipped the company scheduled Robert to come out an replace the water heater. Robert was prompt and did a very good job in removing my old water heater and installing the new water heater. I was very pleased with his work and he was very courteous.

    When Bryan arrived today I had a laundry list of things I needed him to fix and some issues I just needed his professional opinion on. Not only did he fix everything quickly, Bryan also did what you rarely find nowadays and that is he took the time to show me what the issues were and what he was doing to fix the problem.     Recently had a leak from the main service line to the home it was fixed promptly. There was constant communication about when and how the repair would occur. I wish more companies would use text messaging like Proven Professionals to notify when they are on the way. It saves a ton of time! All in all I would use them again.

    Great communication (texting and emails) and arrived in a timely manner. Sent text notification to me to show where driver was en route to my house (even came with an online map showing route to my house). Awesome! Jerel was the tech who came out and was very kind, respectful, and knowledgeable about the equipment. Quickly replaced garbage disposal and showed me how to use it and how to register it online for warranty coverage. Even though this was a recall for the same product, I feel they gave me the attention I needed to get the job done right with product replacement and a new tech. Thanks.
