Very happy with the service I received from Blantons and specifically Dev who came out to our house. We got up on Monday morning with a kitchen sink issue and were not sure how quickly someone would be able to come out. Blantons was able to send someone out the same day, only a couple of hours after we called, and we were so grateful! Dev was a pleasure to work with and was so helpful. We signed up for their service plan since we were so impressed with his professionalism. Would highly recommend recommend Blantons to anyone in the area!

We had a great experience. Blanton’s was quick and easy to contact. The gentleman on the phone was friendly, helpful, and made it very easy to have service scheduled. When the the technician arrived, we were prepared as they let you know about 30 minutes ahead of time what their expected arrival is.Olex was friendly, professional, and made the whole process pretty painless. He was clear and concise with his explanations and we knew what to expect the whole time he was working on our system. He wore shoe covers inside the house, which is always appreciated.We also had an inspection done with Tori. Timely, great communication, and professional. Thorough review of findings and no big sales push.

He was incredibly responsive, scheduling the job at a time that was convenient for me, and showed up exactly on time. Alex worked quickly but carefully, making sure the installation was flawless. Not only was the work high-quality, but he was also very respectful of my property, cleaning up thoroughly afterward. He even took the time to explain maintenance tips to prevent future issues. Brian Broadney came out to do my bi-annual HVAC inspection that I have with my WOW service plan. I was having an issue with my heating at the time and he was able to determine that a part would need to be ordered to rectify the issue. Brian was very thorough in his explanation of what the issue was, as well as what would be needed to fix the issue. He was extremely polite, courteous, respectful, professional and knowledgeable in explaining everything to me, as well as working with me on the potential costs and anything that may be covered under warranty. Excellent experience from a technician in a long time! Joshua Ballance was very kind, patient and easy to speak with during his visit. He took pictures and discussed the issue and how he fixed in detail. He also took the time to answer unrelated questions regarding my HVAC system and how it operates. He was very detailed in testing the system components to ensure everything was operating properly and efficiently for the Winter season. He went above and beyond to ensure that my system was back up and running in a timely manner. We need more techs like Josh!

Our air conditioner quit working yesterday afternoon, so we called Blanton’s because my husband saw they were open until 8 pm. The guy he spoke to was very nice and said they would send someone out in the morning. Brian called first thing and said he was on his way, and by 8 am Brian was at our door, he was the absolute nicest, friendliest and knowledgeable gentleman we have ever had come to our home for service. This is our first time using Blanton’s and have been very impressed with all of their employees and especially their CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Which is hard to find these days, we will definitely continue to use them for all of our heating and cooling needs!!!!!!!

I had an electrical issue in the laundry room. The electrician, Ty Greene arrived at my home on time. Since its raining here today, he put on shoe covers as to not track rain water in the house. He evaluated the dangling wires from the ceiling. He then advised me of the work required. He was very thorough in completing the job. I thought the job would be quite extensive, but it was not. He installed a new ceiling light fixture, which I really like. He is very knowledgeable and has the years of experience. Ty has provided exceptional service in the past. Olekxandr first contacted me to let me know his approximate arrival time, which I appreciated so I was able to continue my yard work. Brittany was very efficient and thorough. She first checked my fuse box everything was good. Then she checked the new electric water heater wires. The readings were low. Something was not quite right .So she went to her truck and got another Multimeter and rechecked the wires. Everything was okay. She rechecked the fuse box and apologized that the Multimeter she first used was not working well. Then closed everything up. She continued to check the electrical throughout the house and outside. Brittany was friendly and did a good job.

The installers Brandon and Chris did a great job! Im very thankful for their time they took to explain their steps. The bits of refab they did to fit the new air handler through our attic entrance was put back excellently. Very upfront and honest, as well. At the very end, they informed me they performed all pressure tests and made an appointment for us to send out a tech to fill the last little bit because its Saturday and the shop was closed. Also, because this company offers more such as electrical and plumbing, their inspections that come with the ac mantainance plan will also include those. Thank you Blantons !!!

Two days after that he also came in to inspect the whole house and give an estimate for all the plumbing related we need to address. Nick also help me to schedule the HVAC service, so the technician can come to our house and help us to install the filter. Due to the filter located in a difficult area, we were not able to find it, Cam was able to help us for this part. So far its a pleasant experience with everyone from this company. We had a small water leak from our drain pipe. What happened was that the builder punctured the drain pipe when the contractor installed the hall closet shelf. One of the screw went into the drain pipe that was right behind the drywall punctured the pipe. I called the Blanton’s. They sent Alex Torres, when he came in, I explained the problem and also wanted to flush out the tankless water heater as well. He first checked our kitchen and all the bathroom faucets and made some recommendations. Right after the drain pipe was repaired, the water was still leaking out of the drain pipe. I called the Blanton’s back. Alex came back the next morning. He said that he repaired the pipe wrong way, he didn’t bring out the excuses and apologized. He explained, what he didn’t do on first day and repaired the pipe rock solid this time. He is very friendly, personable, and very knowledgeable about his profession. If we need anything else, we want Alex Torres’s service again.

Biruk Wolde was professional and explained everything clearly and provided with pictures and video of the areas affected. Blantons also inspected the kitchen sink and all bathrooms as part of their service call fee and because of that I discovered my garbage disposal and outdoor spicket were both leaking. The work on the main line was completed quickly and Biruk did his best to salvage my sod and rather than tear out one of my mature bushes, he found a work around and hand trimmed it back for me since I was very uneasy about removing the bush. Blanton Air has gone above and beyond and has consistently provided great customer care. I reached out to Blanton to help me address an issue that has been complicated, as it required coordination with roofers to correct a furnace pipe that exited our roof. Blanton answered my call quickly and scheduled me faster than any other company I reached out to. They say in their welcome message, “how can I make you smile today?” and it’s true, they strive to accomplish that in their service and work.I had a bit of an issue after the first appointment, no fault of the Blanton air tech, but work performed inside the attic on the furnace pipe caused the pipe outside of my roof to become dislodged. In a panic I called back to try and get this attended to because a big storm was about to hit and the roof was no longer sealed, and rain was coming into my attic. My technician, Cameron, coordinated with me and my roofer to ensure the issue was attended to. Cameron was wonderful and went above and beyond to communicate with me and help address the problem. This is the first company I have found that took the time to coordinate with my roofer and set a plan to finish sealing the furnace pipe roof cap.The Blanton manager called me later that day to follow up and show she was following the issue. She said they would make sure this issue was seen through correctly. It gave me a lot of reassurance and it built trust which I don’t often feel with companies nowadays.A new technician, Olekxandr, followed up to close the job and he was patient, kind and heard my concerns. He took extra measures to make sure I felt the issue was resolved.I recommend Blanton and can say they work hard to make sure you are happy and that the service they provide is the best.
