Everything from first outreach to follow up has been absolutely phenomenal. They utilize your preferred method of communication (mine was text). They let you know who will be coming to the house, including a picture and bio. Mandy was our sales rep and she was very thorough with her information—something my husband especially appreciated. She was also very kind and personable—it didn’t feel like having a salesperson in the house and I certainly didn’t feel pressured. Owen was our installer and he was very quick (at least compared to my expectations). He lived up to his qualifications in his bio—he was quick, quiet, and respectful of our workday (we work from home). Everything looks great and our hard well water is significantly improved! We have well water which has a lot of iron in it. Our Kinetico system had not been serviced for almost 3 years. Yesterday we lost water flow into the house as the valve system got clogged. I called and Parker was able to fit us in the same day. Chris McDermott came on time and was able to clean the valve and replace warn out parts. Water back to normal.He was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing. An excellent job.

Owen installed our whole house water filtration system and K5 reverse osmosis drinking water system today. He arrived in the time slot noted and was very friendly, professional, and did a through job. Originally, we thought we had to put the system in the garage, but after reviewing our crawl space, he said he could fit it in there as well. This was my preferred location and he made it happen! After the job was complete, he went through and made sure everything was working properly and took the time to explain how the system worked and what maintenance was required.Mandy was our sales rep, originally we thought we needed a water softener system, but after she tested our water, instead of trying to over sell, she said we did not need that but rather our choline level was super high and recommended a water filtration instead.Overall Great experience, we look forward to enjoying clean water in our home.

I believe water is the most important thing that crosses our lips. Brandon was able to identify true issues in my water system that even after 9 years with Culligan were never noted much less resolved. The RO and water softening system was just installed today, so I dont have any feedback on how it works yet, but if our experience to this point is any indication, then everything will be great.Spencer was our first point of contact when he came to the house to explain the products and test the water. We already knew that we needed a softener and that we wanted RO water, so we wanted to hear about the attributes of their products. He did a great job of explaining everything and he was clearly passionate and knowledgeable about the products and the chemistry involved.On install day Max was onsite. He was amazing. I dont recall ever having anything installed where the installer was a knowledgeable and well put together as Max was. He knew his stuff and worked his tail off to get the system installed. We appreciated his commitment to quality and patience while explaining how to operate the equipment after a long day of installing.5 stars all the way around!

We’ve been using a Kinetico water softener system for over 20 years. It works great on our hard water from Aqua and has been very reliable. Since it doesn’t use electricity, the main cost is filling it with salt (from Home Depot or Lowe’s), changing the filter and occasional maintenance charges to keep it running. Edward from Kinetico has serviced our filter for our last few services and we’ve been very pleased with his knowledge and reliability.

Ions of concern over water quality, months of research, multiple conversations with water resource people and treatment facilities led me to Kinetico Advanced Water Systems. I now have their K-5 system in my villa. Granted, it is more costly than the average water filtration products out there. However Kinetico, more completely and efficiently combines, removes unwanted pollutants and toxins including the forever elements that are now prevalent in our water supplies. The installation was professional. And, the water is not only as pure as water can be, but tastes perfectly bright, neutral and clean as water should be.

We recently purchased a home that uses Aqua for our water service provider. If you’re familiar with Aqua then you already know where this is going. I placed a call to Advanced Water Systems after a recommendation of a neighbor who has the Kinetico system installed. Mr. Pat came out to our home and spent a good amount of time going through our options, testing our water, discussing treatment plans, and long term health benefits. If you want good clean water for any kind of consumption this the place! Max was our technician who installed the system. He did a phenomenal job. We have the whole house filtration in addition to the drinking water system in the kitchen. I couldn’t get a picture of the whole house unit since it is in the crawlspace. I don’t go in the crawlspace. 😆 This is a short term investment with long term effects. So glad that we made this investment.

We were dealing with hard water along with a faint smell in our water. We setup free water testing with 3 different companies and decided to go with Kinetico non-electric water softener in the end. Our representative for the water testing was Joanna. She has been on the job for about 1 year but she was friendly and was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. We scheduled our installation date for 2/25/23 which was on a Saturday so we didn’t have to take off from work. Our service technician Owen showed up a little early which was great. Owen was very friendly and knowledgeable about the equipment he was installing. The install took about 3hrs to complete. Owen answered all questions about the system along with a demo of how everything work. We are very happy with our choice on a water softener system. It is a lil type pricey but a great investment to your home especially when you’re in the county with well water. Thanks to Owen and Joanna for a great experience with Kinetico. We also had a service representative call Tuesday 2/28/23 for a follow up to see how our installation went and to see if we had any questions.

We have had our reverse osmosis system connected to the refrigerator (water and ice maker) as well as a spigot on the kitchen sink for a little over 10 months. We noticed that the water pressure had dropped in the water dispenser in the fridge. I took a picture of the indicator on the system and sent it to Kinetico and asked if they could send a tech out to check it. Tommy Kilgore was the plumber that they sent. He is an outstanding plumber. He arrived on time, checked the system and recommended we change the 4 filters since they were just about used up. Additionally he showed me how to to change them next time so I would not need to call for a service person to come out. Tommy was absolutely efficient and neat. Another outstanding job by Kinetico.

Just had Parker L. service my Kinetico system. He came on time, totally prepared for the call with possible repair parts that might be needed. He is very professional and knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the part. I highly recommend him for any water system service needs. While here I showed him my leaking hot water heater and said I was looking for a plumber to replace it. Parker said Kinetico now offered residential plumbing services and was able to give me an estimate. Called the next day and they answered all my questions so I scheduled the service. He made sure that I was left with a functioning UV filter lamp.

I inherited the Kinetico water filter when I bought my house. I have a well and the water is brown without it. After 7 years, the filter system works well and fairly low maintenance. I am able to change the filters myself and keep things working well. I recently had really bad yard flooding due to rain, and my water was very brown despite changing the filter. Austin W. and team went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot the issue. I really appreciated their support, diligence and follow up. I felt prioritized despite their busy scheduled and the holidays approaching.

Whenever I call to have service done on my water filtration system, the Kinetico team is fantastic to work with. The appointments are easy to schedule, the technicians are on time and do a great job, and they send text & email alerts of the technician before they arrive, complete with their name, bio, and ETA. It’s a really nice feature to know who is coming to your house before they arrive.Today, I had a UV light installed to provided even further purification of my well water. The technician, Chris M., was personable & friendly, careful & meticulous, and explained the process and set-up to my dad, who was keen to understand how it worked alongside the advanced water filtration system we have in place already. He was extremely professional with excellent customer service.I am very pleased with the caliber of service the Kinetico team provides its customers, and appreciate the great work they all do.

He informed me when he was on the way so I knew his arrival window. He had Joseph with him as an orientee. Edward was the perfect mentor for Joseph and communicated each step of the exchange process clearly to Joseph. Both gentlemen were very respectful, cheerful and competent!!
