I hired Carolina Plumbing to relocate and cap off plumbing lines so I could move the laundry room and 1/2 bathroom in my house. They were professional, helpful, and incredibly thorough with their work. They were quick to respond to my questions and scheduling before they arrived. The plumbers showed up timely and didnt leave until the whole job was done. Considering how much work was involved, they worked hard to finish that job! Their work was exceptional and they even made sure that the new lines were perfectly aligned with my new vanity. Thats a detail they didnt have to do, but it saves me a lot of time and hassle in the long run.I have other bathroom renovations and plumbing needs in the future and will only hire Carolina Plumbing. Its a huge relief to know that they will show up when theyre supposed to, dont add hidden fees, and will do an exceptional job. I cant recommend them enough!

I have used Carolina Plumbing for major and minor plumbing service and repairs. I was very pleased with their professionalism, skill and workmanship. They were timely and reliable, and their cost was very pleasingly within budget for the work that was performed. Most recently I had an emergency repair, and they were my first call. They showed up asap, and the repair got me back up and running, and they did not soak me on the bill. I had a hot water heater issue that developed on Saturday. I called what I thought was a larger reputable company on Saturday. As of Monday morning at 0945 I was STILL trying to get the larger, and obviously unreliable company to my house. I called Carolina Plumbing and Repair on Monday morning at 0945. Within 40 minutes, Tim was at my house. An hour and a half later the repair was complete and Tim was leaving. I dont usually leave reviews like this, but after the issues I had with the other company and the GREAT response I had from Carolina Plumbing and Repair I thought--why the hell shouldnt I let other people know how GREAT this company treated me? I guess I should also leave a review for that other company that ended up being bad. I will do that eventually, I wont say who they are here but their initials are ARS. Time gave me an estimate of the repair cost within 10 minutes of arriving and the repair was right at that estimated cost. If you are looking for a plumber in the Garner/Raleigh/Cary area--in my opinion--you CANNOT go wrong with Carolina Plumbing and Repair. Go ahead, give em a call. You wont regret it!!!

My home was built in the’80s. It is full of polybutylene pipe. Needless to say I have had more than a few leaks over the years. Carolina Plumbing has been there for me every time. They came out straight away and resolved my issues. The nicest people to work with! Very helpful!! They worked with me to find the best solution. Highly recommend!

Had my water heater start leaking bad late the other night, I was able to get it shut off and called Carolina Plumbing the next morning. They adjusted thier schedule and had it replaced the same day I called. Guys were awesome and very professional while working in my house even when I wasn’t there. Would definitely recommended you give them a call, they have my business for as long as I’ll ever need a plumbing company. Thanks again Carolina Plumbing!

I had some problems getting my GC to permit the work he had done in my home. I decided to just get it taken care of myself and called Carolina Plumbing & Repair. While NONE of this was Carolina Plumbing & Repairs fault or problem, when I called Paul to ask for help getting things permitted and inspected he was literally at my house within 1 hour. He was extremely helpful and understanding. He got everything resolved/permitted for me in 2 days. Frank has been out to my house multiple times and is always extremely polite and courteous. Carolina Plumbing & Repair will be my first call for all future plumbing needs, it’s very hard to find such good people and help! I have already recommended them to friends.

What luck to have our water heater start leaking days before a major hurricane. We called Carolina Plumbing at 8am, by 11am they had a brand new water heater installed. Our installer, Tim, was patient and was quick to answer questions. We are grateful they were able to get our new water heater installed before the hurricane.

I had several repairs that needed done under my ahs warranty.So I did not choose this company, the insurance company chose for me. I could not be more happy with the job the guys did, I had several additional repairs donethat I needed. I called around for estimates and they were reasonable AND did a great job. Ive used Carolina Plumbing and Repair for years, but I wanted to finally write a review to put it on record. We recently discovered a leak in our ceiling below our master bathroom and the technicians came out to take a look. They were able to look at the situation and come up with solutions that did not involve cutting a bunch of different holes in our ceiling. The solutions were spot on, as we have not had any other leaks. We were told that if we do get the leak again, they would come right back out. They were professional, polite and explained everything in detail about what they were doing and gave us a couple of options to pick from. Every experience I have ever had over the past few years have been a positive one and it is why I keep going back. I highly recommend them.

We called CPR yesterday for setting a toilet back and re installing a vanity in our half bath. The lady that answered the phone was very sweet and nice. They were able to get to us in the afternoon which is what we wanted. Andy came over to do the work and he was extremely careful, professional and knew what he was doing. What a nice company and I would highly recommend them in the future. Thank you CPR for a great experience and knowledge of your job!!

As part of my job I have a need to hire plumbers every week. They are my go to plumbing company. They are always willing to help out in a bind or an emergency. They are my first call every time. I have yet to come across a problem they could not handle. Knowledge, prompt, great attention to detail, clean, polite and priced right. Highly recommend

Oh My Gosh! These guys have gone above and beyond the call of duty! Ordered a new sink as a gift for my son from the Lowes in Clayton. My son had surgery on his right arm and couldnt pick up the sink. I called CP&R to see if they could pick it up and do the installation They picked up the sink, took it to my sons house to install. The sink was broken, CP&R returned it to Lowes for us. When the new sink came in, CP&R went again to pick up the sink, again the sink was broken. Third try, CP&R went, again, to Lowes, checked the new sink - all was well. Installing the sink was the easy part! I appreciate Paul dealing with all the stuff at Lowes for us and not telling me to find a new guy to finish the job. Really appreciated all their help!
