Thank you to Tracie and Keith. Water heater failed and I called 8:30 AM on Thursday and within minutes Tracie confirmed Michael would be at my home within the hour. New water heater was installed and completed the next day.Installation was perfect. Michael did an amazing job and answered several questions throughout the install.Keith stopped by to have a look and see if I had any further question. I value the customer service and appreciate how quickly they helped us.

Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and on task! Michael arrived on time, clearly explained issues and repairs, and was prompt to send the paperwork. For what its worth, as a woman, I also found him totally cool and not remotely creepy. I purchased my first home 3 years ago, it was new construction and Keith installed all the plumbing for the house. He is amazing with costumer service and all you have to do is send him a quick text and hell be back to you within minutes. Hes very professional and will get the job done the same day you call. He lets you know how much the job is going to cost upfront and there are no surprises after the work is done. Im glad I found a reliable plumber that I can trust. Keith and his brother did a wonderful job taking care of a laundry list of plumbing items we needed taken care of after buying our home. The final cost was a little higher than the original quote due to extra work that needed to be completed that was not able to be seen during the estimate. They did a fantastic job and were in and out in less than a day. We will definitely use them for future plumbing needs!

One heating element went bad on my 15 year old water heater so I called a hand full of places to get a quote for a new one. Some plumbers wanted $90 to just come out and give me a quote! When I called KW Boykin, I spoke with Tracy and she had me send pictures and measurements and was able to give me a quote the same day with NO service fee. She also was super nice and answered all my questions! I did ask her about upgrading to a smart water heater and she gave me a good price so decided to go with that. I did get a quote from a big box store that was slightly cheaper but not much. I wanted a licensed plumber to do the install and Tracy was really helpful so decided to use them. Michael was the plumber that did the job and he was great as well. Walked me thru downloading the app and how to use it. I will definitely use them in the future as they were easy to work with, responsive, fairly priced, local, and did quality work!

I called Keith about an estimate for a new water heater and since he was in the area, he was able to drop by the same day. He got back to me the next day with a price and once I was ready to have the work done, he was able to get me scheduled very quickly.On the scheduled work day, they arrived on time and ready to go and did a great job with the installation of the unit. Both Keith and his son were friendly and answered any questions I had for them. They left the work area clean and followed up a few days later to see if everything was working as expected.I will definitely use them again for any plumbing issues that I have.

Hot water heater decided to just stop working. We called K W Boykin and spoke with Keith, and Michael was there in less than 24 hours. Before replacement was suggested, Michael took all measures to try and save the unit. When there was no other choice but to purchase new, we had a new hot water installed in a day and a half. Michael did a fantastic job with removal and installation. Pricing was spot on and more importantly, the service was stellar! We totally recommend using K W Boykin Plumbing.

I received quotes from 3 different plumbers for a broken hot water knob. The first plumber quoted me a crazy price and unnecessary work. The second plumber took 2 days to come by and 2 more days to call me back with a pretty high quote. KW Boykin came out the day after I called them and fixed my problem right away. They were very friendly and showed me exactly what was broken. They already had the necessary equipment to fix it and gave me an awesome price. So greatful to them for being honest and fair! Its really hard to come by these days. I will definitely be using them from now on!

Keith Boykin and his brother came out right away when we had a leak that was flooding our basement, fixed that rapidly and effectively, then filed an estimate with us regarding another problem we were having, which turned out to be the 40-gallon well pressure holding tank. They fixed that in a timely manner and came in under estimate. They also explained what they were doing in a way this non-professional could understand, both on the job site and in a follow-up call I made to them the day after the job. Couldnt ask for better plumbers. After several misadventures with other plumbers, KW Boykin is who well call from now on.

I had a call out to three different plumbers all top rated on yelp and google over a plumbing issue I was having. The issue in question was black tar/mascara like rubber coming out of my hot water faucets. When I googled the problem a whole laundry list of issues came up for possibilities. Two plumbers I called wanted a $99 diagnostic fee per hour and then the cost to fix whatever they recommended. KW Boykin didn’t charge this fee and they were available the next day. From the moment they arrived they were courteous and professional. The issue was discovered to immediately be my expansion tank. They said the bladder inside of it had exploded. But more than just telling me what was wrong and charging me, they took the tank off and showed me the problem. The plumber tapped the tank on the ground outside and the tar like substance was flaking out all over. I was happy that what seemed like a complex issue was resolved so quickly and affordably. I also asked them to flush my hot water heater for me since the price was so good on the other service and they didn’t charge me at all to do the flush and fill. Between time and money saved and the professionalism this is hands down the company I will use from now on in the Garner area. They even sent me information on the remaining warranty for my full size water heater tank. Thank you Kieth and KW plumbing!

AMAZING service! Called on Tuesday afternoon and they had a plumber at our house at 8:30 am the very next day. Michael was on time and so very informative. He cleaned out pipes, replaced our garbage disposal and the trap so quickly and efficiently and was very reasonably priced. He also shared with us info about our warranty for the disposal and showed us how to reset the disposal in the future if needed. We could not be more pleased! Thank you KW Boykin Plumbing!

Its the little things, you know? After getting a ridiculous quote to replace a shower temperature valve, I googled a plumber in Garner and KW came up. With little to no expectations, I called and within a couple of hours, I had a quote (3x less than other) and scheduled the repair for a couple of days later.Boykin Plumbing showed up on time, with the correct parts and was in and out within an hour. After a week of no issues, Im ready to submit my review.These guys have restored my faith. I now have a local plumber I trust. I would not hesitate to call Keith and Michael for any plumbing need. They get it done right at a fair price. I cant believe I even typed those words, but its true. I was not ripped off by a plumber. Merry Christmas!
