My first time using with TriState Home Services was an overall good experience. I found the gentleman ( Bill & Mike )who arrived at my home to be both professional and courteous. They had a neat appearance, asked if Id like them to remove their shoes and even had a treat for my nervous dog. My heat pump is older and in need of replacement. They went over in detail options for a new system to be installed and offered me a fair price for the installation. They plan to have the new system installed next week. I look forward to having air running through my ducts once again!

It started with Mike. He gave an accurate assessment of my situation. Then Garret gave me my options. Donnie took some measurements, then the fun began. Gary and Jake showed up and got started. Then Jeff and Jonathan showed up with more equipment. These guys wasted no time they tore the old unit out and installed the new unit quickly and professionally. They cleaned everything showed me how the system works and we’re gone. Everyone was great from start to finish. I highly recommend TriState if you need a new HVAC system in your home. They were fantastic.

Matt and Vidal are true professionals! They not only did a fantastic job of installing new faucets in our home, they cleaned as they went! The faucets are functioning perfectly! They had covers for their boots so they did not track in any rain or dirt. They even took all the trash with them. They both were so polite and professional and treated me and my mother with respect. John, an electrician with TriState, exceeded my expectations. A new outlet was needed for a new stove. John thoroughly checked out the wiring, upgraded the outlet box, double checked the circuit box to make sure it and the stove were compatible (he did have to replace it), and then took the time to make sure the stove worked properly with the new outlet. He was friendly, professional, and explained everything he did. TriState has me as a new loyal customer.

Meeting Mike Galletti and then Technician Nick Ward to replace our furnace was decided mainly by the several hours they spent with us diagnosing our problem and explaining painlessly and in clear terms what our options were. Mike came at 3 pm on a Friday and then called Nick, who was out on a job and agreed to come by when his job was done. Truthfully the nicest experience my wife and I have had in dealing with any company representatives. This was with a free evaluation! They are our new go to company for heating and cooling!

Very good and professional service. Tri-State installed a new furnace for me in February, but it didn’t pass inspection due to a new code requiring a remote emergency shut off. Tri-State followed up with me, and the guys came and installed the new remote switch at no additional cost to me. They took the time and effort to run the wires so that they didn’t have to cut into my plaster walls. They worked very quickly and I am very pleased with both of my experiences with this company!

He provided the same high-level, examplary service, as last year, when We contacted Tri-State to replace a 6 year-old Water Heater, the Former Homeowner had Installed. It was exactly 1 mo past end of warranty: Tri-State Tech, Bryan is professional, courteous, timely and respectful of the fact, that I manage all of the household repairs. He cleared the water that had leaked from the older unit, wore covers on his shoes and was friendly to our dogs. He installed a better quality unit with a 9 yr warranty for a reasonable price, in just a few hours and with a drip pan and moisture alarm.Well done!

He provided a commentary of what the main drain inspection revealed and noted potential issues when he observed them. Matt removed the lower level toilet to facilitate the inspection and repositioned it once the inspection was complete. He left the bathroom cleaner than when he arrived. Thank you Matt!

My parents and I are long-time customers of Tri-State and they have always been wonderful in responding to our needs. I recently had a late fall HVAC maintenance service by Mike Jensen. He was very thorough and indicated issues with the HVAC. I appreciated his honesty in recommending a new HVAC system as the repairs would have been costly and not reasonable for the age of the old system. Mike quickly connected me to Joe Gottlieb on the same day, who came to explain about the new HVAC systems and prices. Joe was very clear in his explanations which made it easy for me to purchase a new system. Tri-State was quick in setting up the installation service in two days and Donny Bean came the next day to take measurements to ensure the new system would fit. On installation day, Jake Turner with his helper, Justin, came to install the new HVAC and heat pump. They did an excellent job and within hours, the new system was operational and is doing well thus far. In all, I truly appreciate Tri-States professionalism, responsiveness, quality and value! Highly recommend them!!
