If I could give more stars I would. We first met Masterpiece plumbing when we needed an emergency plumber for a leak. Masterpiece came within 30 minutes of my call and quickly identified/stopped the leak. He went as far as recommending a great mitigation company that is currently working on the repairs. We were so impressed by the first visit that we decided to inquire about adding a basin in our laundry room. The work was done in a timely manner, Sailo is very communicative, and truly does quality work. We felt comfortable with having him work in our home because he is very honest about the work and pricing. I high recommend this company for your plumbing needs. We are keeping his magnet on our refrigerator for future reference.

At 8 in the evening when an when upstairs bath and shower were being used, water started coming from the ceiling downstairs. Lal from Masterpiece Plumbing came out straight away, identified that the problem was a loose overflow connection, and fixed it. He asked if there were any other drain issues and I had mentioned a slow drain and he also fixed that. Most importantly he offered advice and taught us about what was happening and showed us how we could fix some of the issues ourselves in the future. His prices for a late night visit were extremely reasonable as well. Lal is a kind and professional plumber and wed be happy to give a call again the next time something happens.
