Bradley was very thourough and professional in cleaning our duct work. He was very informative keeping us informed of each move and service. Based on his advice we had him activate the humidifier attached to our system. Also found a return that was covered with drywall that he will be coming back to open. I have never been disapointed with Warner or its employees. That is why we keep a service contract with them and will continue to use them.

Warner Service continues to do fantastic work on our old boiler in our historic row house. The last couple of visits required a lot of work, and the technician (Gary) was extremely pleasant, patient, and took time to explain what all the issues were and how he would resolve them.Fortunately we have an annual service contract with them, which helped keep costs down.I trust these guys implicitly.

Our steam boiler had failed. We were collecting 3 quotes. Matt Weddle from Warner arrived and gave us valuable knowledge to help us make our decision (at this moment we don’t have anyone’s quote yet.). He was not only a nice fella but so knowledgeable in a field that has idiosyncrasies and is a dying art (steam radiator systems). Highly recommend for steam radiator issues!

He will submit his estimate of work to be done by early next week.

Heard a hissing noise under the stairs and came to find main pipe to water filter system had just sprung a leak. We called Warner for help and was at door within 30 minutes of the call. Provided multiple solutions to fix the leak and due to the well water tank looking old as well; we went with the full replacement. Full work being completed in just a few hours and looks awesome. Will definitely be calling Warner again for services.

When shopping for an HVAC contractor it is imperative that a homeowner educate themselves in advance. Learn about the different types of equipment, the benefits of each, costs, efficiency, lifespan, warranties, and maybe most importantly is your distribution of conditioned air in your living space. Of course by that I am referring to ductwork and how air moves throughout your space. Great airflow is the beginning of comfort, finding someone who understands that is paramount.Earlier this week, not a moment too soon given the extreme heat we are facing in the Susquehanna Valley, we had a Daikin Fit 2 ton heat pump installed at our home. This system is a fully variable speed modulating/communicating system. This system replaces a nearly 30 year old oil forced air furnace and dinosaur of a central AC. No more $1500.00 oil bills at the beginning of the heating season, no more smells of exhaust and carbon monoxide alarms going off on windy days, no more uncertainty of annual costs…just clean, reliable, quiet, energy efficient heating and cooling.Words/phrases like wow, I never thought, I’ve never been so comfortable, and I can’t hear it come to mind when speaking about this new system. From the time I called their office to make an appointment to the time he arrived, I couldn’t believe how helpful they were. I would highly recommend this business! They were very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. The heat pump they installed is top of the line and what is clearly very very important is the installation process. Everything was done to perfection. Nothing was left undone. Surge protectors were installed, wires were covered that are exposed to the weather etc. We also loved the fact that they have a zero percent payment plan, extra warranties at no cost and 4 free maintenence visits that can be used on another heat pump, if you choose, than the one just installed. Every time I call another plumber I end up needing to call Warner to once and for all fix the issue. Dave was my plumber today and his assistant was Brant. They showed up on time, and they were professional, kind, thorough, and patient with my questions. We live in an old home and plumbing issues come up. I have rarely experienced service that is as well done and complete as I have with Warner. I will be requesting Dave in the future. I have health issues and Dave showed up in a mask and instead of needing me to move things so he could access everything he didnt act annoyed or bothered that I simply could not do it myself. If you pay for a membership with Warner, you get 10% off your service. It just about pays for itself or evens out initially, but then sets you up for a solid discount should you need them to do additional work. From the initial phone call to the end of the appointment, you feel like youve stepped into the past where everyone was courteous and thorough as a rule. The peace mind that comes with a reliable plumber makes a big difference.

Top-notch and professional service and company. We have an older HVAC system and I thought the fan coil had gone down ( YouTube) l. Phoned Warner and within 3 of calling the office manager called, texted, and emailed me our appointment… I appreciated the text that displayed the service technicians photo and name as I had to leave my wife alone for work!Matt Danner was thorough, and professional and explained to her the motor had gone bad- thank goodness!!! Two years ago another company suggested that I upgrade my HVAC system. Matt said it’s an older system and it’s great working condition and the motor was the original motor. He didn’t try to upsell or inflate the price!! The new motor has since been installed, and we are very happy!!!

Last week, I had Warner Service at my home three days in a row for three separate issues. Monday was an A/C service policy call to make sure my A/C is ready for the coming hot weather. Cody Call and his partner explained everything that was checked and provided me with a co-worker who could provide estimates on replacing my A/C unit. I had been putting off a replacement for a couple of years, but, felt that it needed to be replaced sooner rather than later. Tuesday, Jeff Smoot stopped by and checked out my current equipment. He talked to me about two different options and explained how both systems would work. Later that day, I received estimates for each option. On Wednesday, Matt Main and his partner showed up to fix a leak coming from my pressurized well tank. Due to the age of the existing tank, it was replaced. Matt was thorough with the installation and quickly got the job done. I didnt realize how poor my water pressure had become until AFTER that tank was replaced. Every one of the technicians that came out, Cody, Jeff and Matt, were extremely polite, knowledgeable, on-time and patient with my questions. Kelly, has also been very helpful in providing information on services and costs, I always enjoy talking with her. I highly recommend this company and plan to keep their phone number handy!

Our experience with Warner Services was great. Our AC system needed to be replaced after 12 years. We called and scheduled an appointment for an estimate on a new system (furnace and AC). Steven Bassler came out and explained all our options and helped us to pick the best system for us. He was very professional and through . His technical team (Levi and Matt) replaced the furnace and AC and spent time with us explaining the features of the new units and provided an overview to the smart thermostat. They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The whole experience was great and I would recommend Warner services to my friends and family.

Can we give 10 stars!! Corey White was such the epitome of professionalism. I really wish there were others like him. He was very detailed, inspected and explained everything in a reasonable manner. He was so polite and understanding of the issues we had been experiencing prior to his visit. He went above and beyond in researching the issues and determining possible solutions and alternatives. For your future Warner HVAC needs, hes the one to call! I believe through his efforts, he has solidified our continued relationship with Warner.Follow Up Review: Again, I cannot say enough positive things about Corey and his wonderful work ethic. He returned to complete the work and was extremely professional and thorough. He, along with his trusted apprentice Cody (who, by the way, will also be great asset to the company) did a fantastic job, even bringing another issue to our attention and moved quickly to remedy the situation. Upon completion of the work, Corey explained everything and followed up with us later that evening and again the next day to ensure our satisfaction of the completed work. I observed that he is a good mentor and instructor to Cody, who was also be friendly and professional and under Coreys guidance will be an instrumental part of the Warner family.

Despite the fact that they were unable to resolve the issue, this company was the most respectful and professional group of people I’ve ever worked with in the plumbing business. Our mainline will need to be replaced and I will be only using Warners.The plumbers were here for hours trying and exhausting all the options but it just couldn’t be mended. I appreciate their efforts and look forward to working with them again.

We had an upstairs refrigerant line that was accidently punctured during a roof replacement. It as 90 degrees out and I called for service about 2PM. Kelly (dispatcher and customer service guru) got in touch with Chuck who was finishing a call in Williamsport. Chuck arrived about 4PM or so and got to work. Chuck was professional, kept us apprised of what he was doing and got us back in business. It took a few hours because the leak had to be accessed, repaired and then the system had to be evacuated and re charged. I might add that Ive been doing business with Warner for 8-10 years....maybe more and this is typical. These guys work under some challenging circumstances but know what they are doing. Ive never had a bad experience with Warner Service. Take a bow!

They are excellent in every category. Kelley is always nice on the phone and does a great job on scheduling the services. All the technicians are great but the two standouts are George Aitken and Stephen Beaton. They were here today and we were extremely impressed by their work. They spent extra time answering our questions and checking the AC unit to make sure it runs at its best. They did more than the routine maintenance. They went the extra mile to correct all our problems and get our unit at peak performance. We are very thankful to them. Having Warner Service to take care of our HVAC system is one of the best things we have done for our house.

AND HE DID! He worked thru until approximately 10.30 pm to deliver the proposal.. staying true to his word.. wow! We accepted the proposal early Friday morning, and were told we could expect installation sometime in the next week... (anticipating a very full house for the holidays!) Monday morning, Matt and Stephen showed up for the anticipated 2-day installation... it was cold, snowy and icy.. they worked straight thru, finished the installation and clean up by4.30pm!I cannot say enough positive about this company! 30 plus years and they just keep getting better and better!This time, from trouble call to new installation was less than 5 days!And every single representative of the company treated us as if we were the only people they had to work with.....
