I had to wait two and a half weeks for my service day, that was not fun. My overall experience with Brick Street Plumbing was terrific. The office was very nice and helpful, I couldnt have asked for a better technician. He showed up on time, there were some issues that came up, he quickly resolved them. In a short period of time the water heater was installed and working. The technician (Mr. Eli) was very informative, very courteous. His experience and hard work made me feel very comfortable. Greetings, I would like to highlight the phenomenal customer service that I received on 5 July 2024 from Eli, hey phenomenal, plumbing and HVAC technician from brick Street plumbing and HVAC.. I was instantly greeted by Eli who immediately identified himself once he arrived. Eli was very courteous, down to earth and professional. As a retired disabled veteran, I expect top tier service, and that exactly what I received! Eli was very detailed with the instructions that he gave as far as the job that he would perform. First started out by evaluating the location of the hot water heater us on the third floor of my home. I asked how long it would take be that I needed to return to work once he had completed the job and to my surprise, he removed the old unit and replaced it with a new one in record time! Eli insured that the area was clean once he was completed and he gave me a short tutorial on the new unit. Mary was very considerate and super helpful when we were confronted with a twin situation of malfunction and leaking water heater system in the early morning hours of Tuesday September 10, 2024. When Brick Street Plumbing & HVAC was subsequently contacted the next day, Wednesday September 11, 2024 at 8:29am, Mary acted quickly and went the extra mile by working deep into the night to firm the contract same day which enable early and successful resolution of the problem before 9:45am the following morning.Tylerr, the technician assigned to fix the problem, duly reported at the house on schedule at 8:25am prompt after receipt of BSP & HVAC alert at 8:01am on Thursday, September 2024, and worked swiftly, efficiently and professionally to drain the water heater and compartment floor area of stagnant water, remove the faulty unit, install and test run a new one in approximately 1 hour 15 minutes. I had Brick Street Plumbing install a hot water heater on June 6, 2023. The hot water heater went bad 6 months later. It took about a week to get everything scheduled for replacement, because we didnt know who to contact. The manufacture, Home Depot (where we purchased it) or the plumbing company. After we found who we should contact for the warranty, they did an amazing job and were out in 72 hours. The plumbing company stated they will be out in the afternoon and surprised me this morning to replace the hot water heater. Tylerr was the technician and did a fantastic job on the installation, and also very professional. I highly recommend Brick Street Plumbing for any plumbing service you need.

The heater went into a small space which was a challenge but he found a way to do it. During the installation he needed some new venting and he needed to go to Home Depot. He took 30 minutes to do that but still finished the job on time. The finished job was very neat and clean. He took time to instruct me about caring for the new heater. We needed our water heater replaced. Though there was a hiccup in communication/ scheduling, we did have someone come out and he replaced the water heater in a timely way and we now have a hot water heater that doesnt leak. The plumber was professional and polite.Communication is usually good with Brick Street Plumbing. They have a fast response time and usually have the plumber contact us within 30 minutes of arrival. Some of their contractors are better than others. One thing that continues to be a sticky point is showing up within the allotted 4-hr window of time. Ive had some show up hours early, some show up later than the window which makes the entire day have to be reserved for the work. Having experience in a service industry, I think this is fairly normal, but still worth mentioning.

Darren, the Sales Manager, is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and trustworthy. He called almost immediately after I submitted a request for a quote on Instagram and was at my house the day after. Having had two quotes for a heating pump before he arrived and two more the following day after he left, the unit he suggested, similar in size and scope as the other, the quote was surprisingly much, much cheaper. His team came to install the units (whole house ducted unit and ductless unit in the basement) the following week. The guys were timely, professional and efficient. I am very satisfied with both units and highly recommend Brick Street Heat and Air Inc!

I have dealt with Brick Street Plumbers several times thru AHS. They have always been very friendly and helpful. The latest was for my water heater that had developed a leak. The first plumber came out and showed me what was wrong, what needed to be replaced and what needed to be done to upgrade my system to meet code. After I found out what AHS would cover and what additional repairs would cost, an appointment was scheduled. Brick Street has always been on time and the plumbers are great. This time it was Tylerr who came out. They sent the diagnosis to AHS. After getting approval Brick Street came out Thursday and replaced my heater. Eli was the one who came out. He was very professional and explained everything done. It was refreshing having a person come who was not only professional but nice and friendly. I would like to say thank you to Eli again. My hot water heater went out as it was leaking carbon monoxide. I called American Home Shield (AHS, home warranty) and they referred me to them. The scheduling was so easy. Tyler came about a week later to install it. When he got to my home, he noted that the way the hot water heater was installed was very ineffective. He re-piped the entire system, explained it all in detail and even placed a carbon monoxide detector in the HVAC room for added safety and security. He arrived at 2:30pm and left after 6:00pm. He didn’t complain about how long it was taking, but persevered to make sure I would be safe in the home. I don’t give out five stars. I actually never have, but they earned every single one of them.

The final result looks great, and is much appreciated.We will definitely call Brick Street next time we want an estimate, and they will start at the front of the line.
