Scheduled Michael and Son to check and fix a couple of items in our master bath(low water pressure from one shower head, snaking of a drain and fix a faucet) and could not be happier with results. Lalpeck and Samson were dispatched and they were both extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They quickly determined the issues and remedied the situations. Great service.

Technician was new, which is great we all start somewhere. The job took 4hours to complete for an inspection & general maintenance on heat pump. This should not take 4 hours. The technician’s tablet died so he was using his phone. His phone died. I had to resign several times. I said you need to get a double ended cord to charge your tablet & phone at the same time in your truck. He mentioned coworkers use portable batteries. I said yes that is a smart idea. I hope he learns from this & makes sure he is prepared in the future with charging cords, box to plug cord into & portable batteries. I did not appreciate being asked to use my WiFi. The company should have a service that works everywhere. Overall the technician was good & said he was new. I appreciate new people because we were all new once at our job. I do hope he learns & had the proper items to keep his phone & tablet charged from here on out. He did the right thing by calling his manger when he needed help with items. I respect this.

Great experience. Tyrell was thorough and polite. I was given different options to take care of a couple issues we were having and they did the work the same day. Also they were very considerate of my home and kept everything nice and clean. We will be using them from now on! Thanks!

While making repairs to my mothers home, it came to light that the bathroom was in need of urgent repair. Michael and Sons was very good about getting someone out in a timely fashion. Dan was the one to make the house-call and assess the situation. He was very friendly and professional. He was knowledgeable and had the patience of a saint working around my very interested cat as well as working in the sweltering conditions of that home as the AC was also not working that day. THANK YOU DAN!

Lets face it.. nobody wants to spend money on a major repair like a sewer line (tree root infestation).. But when you do.. you want the best and I got that with this company. The crew of Mario, Beatriz, and Nic were very professional and respectful and knew what they were doing right from the start. Mario even called back a utility inspector before starting the dig because he failed to make the lines as he should have.. When the guy came back to the site he realized he missed a coaxial comcast line 3 feet down that cris-crossed the sewer line (along with a main electrical bus for the entire neighborhood). Despite these challenges they deftly, carefully, and safely completed the work (which took longer than expected given the close proximity of utilities) and they took great care cleaning up the job site. Again, I would have preferred not going through this ordeal but I could not have asked more from the Michael and Son crew. They left a very positive reflection of the quality personnel in the company as a whole and because of this we will definitely consider Michael and Son for future work in our home.

It was a great experience having Jay and Robert for a great customer service. Jay provided every details about the heat pump and A/C systems that helped with my decision to make a purchase. He was very professional and continued with several follow ups with me including coming to my house to assist with the thermostat set up and provided explanation. Robert provided a great and professional service that was very pleased. Thank you Jay and Robert.

I called this morning with my issue and they had an Electrician out to my house within an hour of my call. Tyrel Fetterly was the Electrician and he was great. He figured out the problem quickly and had it fixed within a couple of hours. Overall was a great experience.

Robert and Brian were on time very friendly yet professional. Robert figured out the problem within 15 min it was the Capacitor which cost about $300 bucks. He checked everything else it was good on the AC he went downstairs to the other half gave us an estimate for duct cleaning and a water device cant remember the name lol. And we signed up for maintenance Contract at $35 a month the AC is working beautifully and it only cost us $410.00 today for the repair call the Capacitator and the the first month of maintenance. OUTSTANDING!!
