Same day service for a well pump issue solved in under 5 hours. They charge hourly but no nickel and diming after that and they work quick.Bryan arrived promptly, professionally, and conducted a number of tests to determine the issue before pulling the well and finding a split wire. Replaced it quick and is now working good as new.

In November 2021, I had a leak that resulted in water in my basement. I needed a plumber fast. After 3 attempts calling several plumbers, my insurance agent recommended Murphys. Bryan came out within an hour and replaced the expansion tank. He recommended in the near future to replace my 17 year old water tank. Today was the day, Bryan came back with Allen and they did a fantastic job. Efficient, professional, kind, and polite, they did a great job and were careful of my carpet, wood floors and walls. Carrying a 50 gallon tank up and down the basement steps without incident. Highly recommend this team. Cost was in line with the market as I did my research. Do not hesitate to call them when you need a plumber in Frederick MD . Great service !!!

I have had Charles Murphy pluming come to my house on a few occasions for repairs. They are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Allen & Dylan who came today did great and even fixed things we hadn’t called for. This is a great company with great employees including the receptionist. Thank you!

I was pleasantly surprised at you companys good quality, value, and professional service. My water heater needed replacing, and upon servicing, it was determined that I needed an electrical water heater over a gas heater. I thought that it would be more, but, after spending 4 hours and calling in another service vehicle, removing the old water heater, re-doing the piping, installing the new one, etc., the total price was less than that originally quoted. Because I also needed an electrician from another company, I found out that the electrician charged significantly MORE than Murphy for. labor alone. I am thankful for Murphys service and attention to personal service. I will use them again.

I’ve used Murphy’s Plumbing for 7+ years and perhaps on 10 service calls.We’ve had our communication issues at times...but all in all, they always pull through and provide a solid service. I have used a few other plumbing companies and will be sticking with Charles Murphy. My original review was 3-stars. They were very old school and not responsive early on. They are really striving hard to be a 5-star operation in both plumbing and customer care.

We had an emergency on a weekend and called this company based on neighborhood referral. Alan (Allen) came out within the hour, found out leak, repaired it and gave us the best care, guidance and service we could have asked for. I have called them twice for various plumbing issues. Not only did they come out the same day, they fixed the issue, went above and beyond what they were called for, they are reasonably priced, their plumbers are friendly and knowledgeable, and they didnt make me feel like a silly crazy clueless woman.

My kids threw a toy into the toilet and kept using it - needless to say we needed a professional to fix it! Murphy Plumbing came right away. They were extremely professional, explained everything along the way, and were very tolerant of all the kids standing there asking questions as he worked. Hopefully I dont need to call a plumber again but if I do, I will be calling them again! Highly recommend!

Honest company that saved me thousands by telling me I could get Delta parts for free for my shower leak instead of quoting me 2k like another company did in the area. I was able to fix myself for less than 10 bucks. While they didnt get my business this time, I definitely plan on using again Im the future. Highly recommend based on honesty.

Ive had 2 or 3 service calls to Murpys and I could not be any more pleased. The customer service is top notch. I also wanted to say the owner has been especially pleasant. Our shower lost pressure and I felt like I could fix it, but needed a little guidance. I called Murphys and the owner walked me through the steps. He was kind and patient with all my questions. He could have tried to sell me on his service, but he didnt. He was just a big help. BUT he will always get my plumbing service in the future.
